When my father was hospitalized in Nanning, my mother was there alone, and my brother and I had to urgently travel from Singapore to be with them. During this stressful and emotional period, your staff’s warmth, patience, and willingness to help truly made a difference. Your thoughtfulness and support went far beyond what we expected and provided us with comfort when we needed it most. Your professionalism, compassion, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Please accept our heartfelt thanks and appreciation.

It is definitely a 5 star ⭐️ hotel not only with good clean room ambience , delicious food , amenities and truly 5 star service warmly welcomed by Kira the lady service manager who ensured that the stay was a perfect one ! It is definitely on the top of the list for a 5 star Hotel in Nanning . The standard of the hotel is greatly met and experienced! Sure to come back for the next stay . Well done for the excellent work of hospitality to make this stay a memorable one ☝️

One of the better hotels in Nanning at a price around half that of the Shangri La. It offers a great view of the lakeside park and of the river. Unfortunately, weather was not very good during my stay but even so I think it was nice ot have a hotel with a view, and having dim sum at the restaurant on the 48th floor is very relaxing as well. They also have a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Fairly close to Qing xiu park, the train station, and Nanning Mixc. Can alos walk over to the lakesidepark across the street. Bathroom has a bath tub with a view rather than just staring at a bathroom wall.

The professional service, friendly manner and a helpful mind delivery the perfect staycation experience. Especially after having a lost and found accident, the stuff took into action to courier the item to another city immediately. This hotel is the top choice of my next visit.

El entorno es especialmente bueno, no pensé que golpear un hotel tan bueno equivocadamente, y el entorno es muy rico. Podemos caminar a Guangxi Art Museum, Nanning Library, los niños les gustan mucho. Cabe mencionar que el personal de servicio del hotel es de alta calidad, entusiasmo y moderación, las necesidades propuestas se cumplen, y la comida de buffet del hotel es excelente, la polvo es deliciosa y la experiencia global es especialmente buena. Si no fuera por apresurarse a ir a la izquierda, viviría más días, vine a Nanning y viviría aquí la próxima vez.

Decent but old style luxury hotel. We were given a free upgrade to a business suite which was most welcome. The pool was indoor but on the smaller side, more suitable for families or a leisure swim. The gym was also quite simple and the equipment range was not extensive. Breakfast was rather enjoyable.

Booked into the Club Double Room and it was an enjoyable stay with easy access to the Club Lounge. Enjoyed the gym as it was quite well equipped. Will definitely come back again for another staycation, especially on a long weekend. The breakfast was good and the service at the club lounge was really good. Thank you!

I must commend the hotel staff for their excellent customer friendly service. Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests.

Being so close to the airport one would expect this hotel to cater for the traveller but it does not. On arrival there was no bar facility open or room service for the same. The room does not have coffee in the room. Bathroom floor was wet from a non sealing shower and fittings need maintenance. At breakfast the staff were not willing to make scrambled eggs despite frying eggs. It was there normal or nothing.
