⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed at Mehood Hotel for a week and honestly everything was great! The service was good, staff were super friendly and helpful. Love that they have complimentary afternoon tea and supper, and the breakfast was tasty too! Room was spacious and comfy, and they do have makeup remover cleanser amenities. Is a YES for ladies! Front desk was very helpful and informative, especially thanks to manager 小白 helped me handle my Taobao parcels and resolved a pending delivery issue. Even after I checked out, they still updated me about my remaining parcel to collect, which I really appreciate! Not those “once you leave, they don’t care” kind of service. Their service really thoughtful! Auntie cleaner was also super nice. Overall, super happy with my stay and would definitely come back again!

酒店設施很新，全房智能控制開空調電視等叫一聲就可以，乾濕分離，水壓足，網絡可以，送了飲料，早餐豐富很多東西吃！免費停車路面和地下室自由選擇。酒店對面就是大型商場吃飯逛街過個馬路就能實現。旁邊就有美宜佳。

My sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing. There are many pros about this hotel: - superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious - there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus. - although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk The cons, which I hope can be improved on are: - the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel - there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each. Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible. Thank you

Everything is satisfied. The front staff is also good service, just should be more educated for general knowledge such as how to select the right location of airport in Didi app.

We arrived at Jinjiang Metropolo Nanning East Railway Station hotel late afternoon on 7 Nov for an overnight stay.  The hotel provides both pick up and drop off service for nanningdong station.  The room is very clean, very spacious and the bed firm and comfortable. A young man at the front desk patiently assisted with all our enquires: He pointed us to 12306 rail system for booking Gaotie to Wuxu international airport from Nanningdong station.  We weren’t able to find the metro to Wuxu international airport, not knowing that this airport line is within the 12306 system.    He showed us the nearest big shopping centre Qinhai where we were able to visit for the evening and also helped book the station drop off for bus to airport the next morning.  However, in the morning we made a last minute change for the earlier HSR to airport.  The Hotel immediately reorganised our drop off at Nanningdong station and we made it in time for the earlier HSR to airport.  The staff are so helpful and professional in their service.  Thank you. We highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Welcoming lobby. We had no problems changing rooms after the room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. Room was good enough. Breakfast is adequate. Bathroom was satisfactory. Surrounded by good food outlets and convenience stores. Cons: (1) Although it is only a 10-15mins to the nearest subway station, the path is narrow and quite dangerous as noiseless electric 2 wheelers shares that path. (2) No pick up area from lobby of hotel. Have to leave the hotel, climb a flight of stairs to the accessible road to board a taxi, didi or car - made worse if raining. (3) Only 1 lift services the hotel exclusively & that lift is slow and has questionable noises going up and down.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. There is a mall nearby. Good buffet options for breakfast. Walking distance to subway and a short Didi ride to the shopping district. For those who love to explore local culture, there is a morning market about 15 mins walk towards the People’s Park direction. Worth exploring. Overall a good choice for its amenities and location.

We enjoyed our stay, staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time we need a room in Nanning.

來南寧玩，到酒店放下行李後，我們就跟前台小姐姐打聽附近有什麼好去處。正好我刷視頻看到南湖公園可以划船，就隨口問了一嘴好不好玩。小姐姐人超級好，笑着説特別好玩，價格也實惠，幾十塊錢就能兩三個人一起劃，還特意建議我們下午四點到六點去，説那個時間段能看到很美的日落，而且太陽也不曬了，順手還提醒我們帶上驅蚊水，湖邊蚊蟲多，説著就從櫃枱下面拿出兩個嶄新的驅蚊手環遞給我們，説這個比噴的方便，戴上就行，算是給遊客的小禮物。 我們一聽就心動了，立馬出發去打卡。去了之後才發現，真的是自己動手劃的那種小船，特別有意思！雖然有點累，但湖上風吹着很舒服，兩個人一邊劃一邊拍照，玩得特別開心。劃完船我們還在公園裡逛了一圈，才慢悠悠回酒店。 結果晚上回到房間，我倆都開始不對勁了、頭昏昏的，渾身沒勁兒，估計是下午湖上風大，吹着吹着着涼了。本來想着睡一覺就好，誰知道睡醒更難受，鼻涕流不停，喉嚨也幹癢。實在撐不住，衹好打電話問前台附近哪有門診。 接電話的居然還是下午那個小姐姐，她一聽到我聲音就問我是不是不舒服。我説可能感冒了，兩個人都在流鼻涕、頭痛。她説附近門診要一公里多，我正猶豫要不要硬撐着去，她説讓我等一下。沒過幾分鐘，門鈴響了，她端着兩杯温熱的羅漢果茶站在門口，説先喝點潤潤喉嚨，南寧天氣燥，這個對嗓子好。我們接過來喝了幾口，甜甜暖暖的，喉嚨確實舒服了不少。 看我們倆都蔫蔫的，她放心不下，説帶我們去醫院。下樓時她特意打電話給經理請了假，接着幫我們在酒店門口打了車，一路陪着到了門診部，掛號、跑前跑後全是她在忙。輪到我們看醫生時，她也一直陪在身邊，輕聲安慰我們別擔心，還跟我們聊起南寧哪兒好吃哪兒好玩，説等我們好了可以慢慢去逛。 我們在門診掛了一個多小時的水，她就一直在旁邊等着，沒離開過。中途還跑去給我們買了兩瓶礦泉水，説打完針要多喝水排一排。等我們打完針，她又把我們安全送回酒店，還特地送了一壺温熱的水上來，叮囑我們吃葯方便。那一晚好好睡了一覺，第二天起來人精神多了。 下午出門玩的時候，正好又碰到她，她還特意走過來問我們身體好些沒。後面兩天我們在南寧逛吃，完全照着她推薦的路線走，果然每一處都特別棒，吃得好玩得也盡興。 這次南寧之行，風景是美的，划船是開心的，但最讓我感動的，還是那位客服小姐姐。陌生的城市裡，能遇到這樣温暖的人，真的特別幸運。強烈推薦大家來南寧玩，這裏不僅有美景美食，更有人情味。

Very well located hotel, close to Nanning Railway station. The building and hotel are a bit older, but everything was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Recommended for a short stay.
