Stayed at Mehood Hotel for a week and honestly everything was great! The service was good, staff were super friendly and helpful. Love that they have complimentary afternoon tea and supper, and the breakfast was tasty too! Room was spacious and comfy, and they do have makeup remover cleanser amenities. Is a YES for ladies!
Front desk was very helpful and informative, especially thanks to manager 小白 helped me handle my Taobao parcels and resolved a pending delivery issue. Even after I checked out, they still updated me about my remaining parcel to collect, which I really appreciate! Not those “once you leave, they don’t care” kind of service. Their service really thoughtful!
Auntie cleaner was also super nice. Overall, super happy with my stay and would definitely come back again!

UUsuario invitadoReception staff- they are not good at English but they tried to help us. We used google translate for communication. I appreciated them for their support and kindness.
Size- great. I booked the big room and all was good
Cleanliness- good both the bedroom and toilet room but people or customers can smoke everywhere
Amenities- no fridge. Others were nice.
Location- it is in the CBD so it is convenient to go anywhere easily and I liked it. Lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel and it is near the Nanning exhibition center. However, the name of the hotel is not the same as the name on Trip.com. I had to check it with the staff again.

HHo FongMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.

UUsuario invitadoWe arrived at Jinjiang Metropolo Nanning East Railway Station hotel late afternoon on 7 Nov for an overnight stay. The hotel provides both pick up and drop off service for nanningdong station. The room is very clean, very spacious and the bed firm and comfortable.
A young man at the front desk patiently assisted with all our enquires: He pointed us to 12306 rail system for booking Gaotie to Wuxu international airport from Nanningdong station. We weren’t able to find the metro to Wuxu international airport, not knowing that this airport line is within the 12306 system. He showed us the nearest big shopping centre Qinhai where we were able to visit for the evening and also helped book the station drop off for bus to airport the next morning. However, in the morning we made a last minute change for the earlier HSR to airport. The Hotel immediately reorganised our drop off at Nanningdong station and we made it in time for the earlier HSR to airport. The staff are so helpful and professional in their service. Thank you.
We highly recommend this hotel.

UUsuario invitadoPros: Welcoming lobby. We had no problems changing rooms after the room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. Room was good enough. Breakfast is adequate. Bathroom was satisfactory. Surrounded by good food outlets and convenience stores.
Cons: (1) Although it is only a 10-15mins to the nearest subway station, the path is narrow and quite dangerous as noiseless electric 2 wheelers shares that path. (2) No pick up area from lobby of hotel. Have to leave the hotel, climb a flight of stairs to the accessible road to board a taxi, didi or car - made worse if raining. (3) Only 1 lift services the hotel exclusively & that lift is slow and has questionable noises going up and down.

當天夜裡凌晨，我突然肚子絞痛、反覆不適，渾身發冷、頭暈乏力，一個人在外地，人生地不熟，加上深夜街上什麼店都關了，真的特別無助，衹能蜷縮在床上硬扛。實在撐不住的情況下，我抱着試一試的心態撥通了酒店前台電話，本來衹想着簡單諮詢一下，沒想到收穫了全程超出預期的温柔照顧。
值班的管家得知我獨自入住、身體極度不舒服，立刻耐心安撫我的情緒，讓我別緊張，馬上過來查看我的狀態。幾分鐘後，她帶着温水、熱水袋和一次性水杯來到房間，細心詢問我的具體症狀，幫我測量體温，全程温柔又細心。因為酒店有嚴格規定不能私自提供葯物，她完全恪守規矩，沒有隨便給我東西吃，特意給我泡了一杯温熱的羅漢果茶🍵，告訴我南寧本地都常喝這個，温潤養胃、舒緩腸胃不適，還耐心教我多次小口飲用，同時叮囑我多喝温鹽水補水，防止脱水，全程專業又暖心，讓人格外安心。
深夜我身體持續難受，輾轉難眠，前台管家一直沒有休息，時不時發消息詢問我的狀態，耐心安撫我的情緒，讓我在陌生的城市裡多了一份底氣。她時刻叮囑我小口勤喝温鹽水補水、做好保暖，緩解身體不適，全程專業又貼心，嚴格遵守行業規範，不隨意提供物品，衹儘自己所能給予陪伴和幫助，讓獨自生病的我少了很多無助和委屈。
第二天一早，我的身體依舊沒有好轉，腹痛頭暈的症狀絲毫未減，衹能前往醫院就診。酒店沒有接送車輛，得知我孤身一人無人陪同，管家主動提出全程陪我就醫。她提前幫我查好最近的正規社區醫院、精準導航路線，仔細整理好掛號流程、所需證件，細心對比就醫注意事項。出門後，她陪着虛弱的我一起打車，全程寸步不離，到醫院後幫我排隊掛號、溝通病情、核對就診訊息，跑前跑後忙個不停，把所有繁瑣的流程全部幫我打理妥當。
從醫院就診回到酒店，她第一時間趕來關切我的身體狀況，認真記下醫生叮囑的所有用葯細節、飲食禁忌和休養要點，逐條耐心叮囑，生怕我粗心遺漏。後續入住的日子裏，她始終貼心惦記着我的身體，會時常主動上門問詢恢復情況，不間斷為我續上温熱的羅漢果茶和白開水，用南寧本地温潤的茶飲幫我舒緩腸胃。同時反覆貼心提醒我忌口夜市的酸辣、生冷刺激食物，叮囑我清淡休養，每一處細節都温柔又周全，讓人倍感暖心踏實。
退房當天，她還貼心幫我拎行李、提醒我路上注意休息，再三叮囑我回家後好好休養。
南寧的風景很美、美食很治癒，但最讓我難忘的，是這家酒店陌生人般的温柔與善意。沒有套路、沒有噱頭，衹有最真誠、最貼心的服務。全程合規專業，不越界、不敷衍，在我最脆弱無助的時候給了我滿滿的温暖。下次來南寧，我一定還選擇這家，也真心推薦給所有來南寧旅行的朋友！
