Our family is very satisfied with the hotel's considerate service. The hotel's environment is clean and comfortable, and the waiters' enthusiasm and warm smiles make us feel at home, especially the butler Coke, who enthusiastically explains to us, making us happy! Give the Coke butler and other staff five stars!

The hotel is about 10 minutes car ride to the train station so it was convenient for us. Service was excellent and the breakfast was good too. The room was clean and as shown in the photos.

The rooms/bathrooms are nice and clean. I like the adjustable lighting system and air-conditioning in the rooms. Several sockets (Chinese system) for your cables. Hi-tech toilet, good flushing.Toilet and shower room are side by side but separated with own doors. The hotel is located directly in front of a big shopping-mall including a supermarket. So you have short ways :) Nice atmosphere at night outside. There is a laundry room with several washing machines, dryers and other equipment. Breakfast room with air condition and a nice selection of various food including western cuisine. My Tipp: book a room farer away from the outer air-condition systems outside the walls. Because those are pretty loud and the noise will vibrate into the hallway and into the rooms. Service stuff does not all speak English but they were committed, professional and helpful. Thank you. I recommend the hotel and would come back again next time.

Stayed for a week. Checking in was good except that the hotel couldn’t accept foreign credit cards. Ended up paying using e-wallet which had Alipay. Overall, the hotel was conveniently located next to the Metro and next to IKEA and eateries. It also has a washing machine n dryer for residents to use. However, a few downsides.. first is the hotel wifi was not accessible most of the time and we were told it’s because they’re on full house capacity. Also, they only give 2 bottles of 500ml water per day, so one had to buy water bottles in everyday. The housekeeping didn’t automatically top up on toilet paper and handwash. In conclusion, I will stay here again as overall, the hotel room is spacious and quiet, and very convenient to get around on the metro.

Everything is satisfied. The front staff is also good service, just should be more educated for general knowledge such as how to select the right location of airport in Didi app.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. There is a mall nearby. Good buffet options for breakfast. Walking distance to subway and a short Didi ride to the shopping district. For those who love to explore local culture, there is a morning market about 15 mins walk towards the People’s Park direction. Worth exploring. Overall a good choice for its amenities and location.

We enjoyed our stay, staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time we need a room in Nanning.

Decidimos quedarnos unos días más porque disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, el desayuno debería ser más variado y creativo, ya que, después de cuatro días, nos daba miedo comer el mismo desayuno todos los días. La cena es sencilla pero bastante buena. La lavandería de autoservicio es genial, el televisor es especialmente grande y la habitación es bastante grande. En general, le damos una calificación positiva a este hotel.

Very well located hotel, close to Nanning Railway station. The building and hotel are a bit older, but everything was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Recommended for a short stay.
