酒店環境不錯，看得出來是新酒店設施啥的，都挺新的，距離客運站挺近的，步行幾百米就有地鐵，從這裏去平西夜市也很方便，打車十幾塊，也可坐地鐵。其次是前台，小周的服務真的很熱情，包含的商務餐也挺好吃，還可以送餐上門。真的是很貼心了。

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

Reception staff- they are not good at English but they tried to help us. We used google translate for communication. I appreciated them for their support and kindness. Size- great. I booked the big room and all was good Cleanliness- good both the bedroom and toilet room but people or customers can smoke everywhere Amenities- no fridge. Others were nice. Location- it is in the CBD so it is convenient to go anywhere easily and I liked it. Lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel and it is near the Nanning exhibition center. However, the name of the hotel is not the same as the name on Trip.com. I had to check it with the staff again. Comment for Trip.com - please change the name of the hotel as attached pictures

My sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing. There are many pros about this hotel: - superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious - there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus. - although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk The cons, which I hope can be improved on are: - the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel - there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each. Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible. Thank you

趁着假期我帶着父母來南寧旅遊，選擇入住美豪麗致酒店會展中心埌西店，我們原本期待一場輕鬆愉快的旅程的但是夜裡突發的意外狀況卻讓我真切感受到酒店温暖貼心的服務，發自內心給出五星好評！因為當天飛機延誤3個小時下飛機從機場打車到酒店到順利辦完入住時已經是晚上12點了，我和父母安頓好之後就打算外出覓食。晚飯是在酒店附近隨便找了一家店就餐，味道不錯挺好吃的吃完之後當時沒有感覺到明顯不適。回到酒店準備休息的時候，我突然開始拉肚子，剛開始我以為是吃壞了什麼東西沒太在意，後面就開始了上吐下瀉。突如其來的狀況讓人措手不及，我的父母一下子也慌了神，手忙腳亂，身在外地不知道該如何處理，一時間十分無助。緊急關頭，我們第一時間聯繫酒店前台服務員。前台接到求助後，工作人員沒有絲毫推諉，耐心安撫我們緊張焦慮的情緒。一邊細緻詢問我的身體情況，一邊快速幫忙查詢附近正規醫院、急診的位置，還幫我叫了救護車醫護人員來了之後還詢問我們是否需要同行因為太晚了不想麻煩她們就回絕了，之後前台小姐姐就貼心提醒我父母夜間就醫注意事項。就醫途中前台小姐姐還給我父母打電話詢問我的情況全程態度温和，積極提供力所能及的幫助，在我們最慌亂的時候給予了莫大的幫助。得知我情況好多了之後告訴我們有什麼需要可以隨時隨地聯繫前台！真是太貼心了！因為我們是連住三晚的獨自在外地旅遊遇上身體不適，本就容易焦慮，前台工作人員真誠的幫助，讓我們在異鄉感受到難得的暖意！！！😘拋開這次突**況，酒店本身的硬件條件同樣讓人滿意。大堂裝修簡約大氣，前台正前方休息區域非常舒適，前台附近還提供免費茶水和水果！還有地鐵出行和景點的圖片！非常奈斯😁前台小姐姐入住辦理效率很高，酒店是支持免按金、免查房的十分便捷。客房乾淨整潔各個角落打掃到位，房間配有智能設備，使用方便。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水穩定，床品柔軟，隔音效果良好。酒店配套齊全，五樓設有24小時自助洗衣房，同時可以享受延時退房到14點，對於遊客非常友好。次日的自助早餐品類豐富，還能品嚐本地特色米粉桂林米粉🍜🍜🍜我超愛！客房保潔人員工作認真，補給及時。很多酒店僅僅能夠完成基礎的接待工作，但是在客人遭遇緊急情況時主動伸出援手，格外難得。良好的裝修隨處可見，但有温度的服務千金不換。這次的經歷讓我對這家酒店好感倍增。無論是旅遊出行還是商務暫住，美豪麗致埌西店都是值得信賴的選擇。下次再來南寧，我依然會優先選擇這裏，也真心推薦給準備來南寧的朋友們！
