This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with such warmth and genuine care. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond in every way. It didn’t feel like a hotel — it felt like staying at a close friend’s beautiful home. The room was spotless, elegant, and unbelievably comfortable. The view was so stunning I almost didn’t want to leave the room! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and quality. What truly sets this place apart is the heart of the team. Their smiles, kindness, and dedication made this trip unforgettable. Thank you for making me feel so special. 整體入住體驗超出預期，值得推薦。酒店環境清幽，公共區域打理得乾淨漂亮，前台服務熱情有禮貌，辦理手續快捷省心。客房內部佈置温馨，衞生做得十分到位，各個角落都很整潔，床墊軟硬適中，休息質量特別好。房間設施齊全好用，水壓穩定，冷暖調節也很方便，隔音做得不錯，晚上十分安靜。酒店整體管理到位，服務貼心周到，性價比很不錯。旅途住在這裏輕鬆又安心，下次出行還會選擇這家。

La higiene es muy rápida, la vivienda también es cómoda, la actitud del servicio al cliente también es buena, muy satisfecha!

Rooms were clean and neat. Housekeeping everyday without fail with clean towel changes. There is also an automated (AI?) Voice control for aircon, curtains and lights, but it's only for use with Chinese language. Breakfast was simple, rice noodles (soup), rotating type of different fried noodles, Chinese steamed buns and dumplings, congee, stir fried veges, fresh milk, soya bean milk, orange juice, boiled dumplings and some fried stuff. There is a laundry room with detergent provided, but only 1 washer and dryer. Being in China, do note that although it may be a non smoking room, there is still cigarette smoke smell. May be tricky to find the entrance to the hotel at first, sharing same lift with another hotel (4th floor onwards). Do note that Yeste is a chain of hotels and there are actually many branches nearby this branch as well, will need to identify the proper name in Chinese esp for when ride hailing (滴滴).

This is a very smart boutique hotel, with furnishings in the room elegant and stylist. Also love the handy location to the shops and eateries. Two eateries have become our favourite dining places. One is the rice cooked in a porcelain pot with yummy crusts costing two of us only 60 yuan with double boiled soup as well. The other one is a proper restaurant serving Cantonese yumcha for breakfast and lunch, also servicing dinner. The best thing is there are two Cantonese opera shows per day at 10.30 and 12.30 each day, patrons eat while being entertained by real artists. When you are in Nanning, you must visit Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area and Nanhu Park. If you are going to Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area, do not miss the coffee place on the side of the temple. They serve beautiful drinks and croissant.

The hotel is decorated very well, the environment is excellent, the service attitude is very good, the room is very clean, the parking is convenient, the room is soundproof, the internet speed is fast, the shower experience is good, the bed is very comfortable, the cost-effectiveness is high, and transportation is also very convenient

We had a great stay and really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, so we slept well every night. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Even with the language barrier at times, they did their best to assist us, which we really appreciated. One thing future guests should know is that the breakfast is mainly Chinese-style. There are plenty of local dishes to choose from, but if you’re expecting a typical Western breakfast, the options are quite limited. We personally didn’t mind, but it’s something worth keeping in mind before booking. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

I am travelling with my 78 years old father, stayed here for two times. The first time is arrival to naming airport before I travel to visit my family member's in BeiLiu. We stayed at 9 floor the first time, the toilet has odour of cigarettes for the whole night, even though it shows as a non-smoking room. The second times when we came back, the receptionist checked with me either to get the same room, I feedback to him the toilet has odour of cigarette, he gave me another room at 8 floor. The toilet has no cigarettes odour. But the towel has some weird smells or odour of cigarettes when we used it, that time already near 11pm, we choose not to call the receptionist for towel changing. The receptionists are both very nice. There are varieties of stalls next to the hotel and many other stalls are avaliable, the location is quite good.

Mis comentarios no tenían por objeto ser críticos, sino ayudar a mejorar el servicio ... Estaba en la habitación 2715. El 27o piso es literalmente negro y estrecho, se siente deprimido, no sólo eso, es extremadamente caliente y lleno. La habitación está completamente carpetada, pero no creo que haya sido limpia durante mucho tiempo. Todo el tiempo que estaba allí, se me topó como un sock no lavado. Las ventanas cerradas, el calor, la humedad y el decoro oscuro sólo lo empeoraron. Notas: la luz de la cama izquierda y el espejo de la lavandería derecha no funcionan. El baño también está saliendo. Las ventanas son largamente adelantadas para limpiar. En el lado brillante, el personal es útil y hace lo mejor para ayudar.
