«The apartment is very well located and the price is good.
Owners are nice, and even if they don't speak English we can talk through a translation app. Communication was also fluid through WeChat and the translation tool.
The apartment it self was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning was done everything day.
The only pain point, that are not directly linked to the room, is that the corridor is often dirty (but that's because of the neighbors I guess) and the elevator takes a long time to come. It's a pretty old building...
But on the overall, it was quite nice so we extended our stay there! Thank you !»

UUsuario invitadoEste hotel de reserva me ha dado una gran sorpresa. El entorno del hotel es muy bueno, limpio y delicado. A diferencia de otros hoteles de Van Hoofu-Bon, el diseño del hotel es muy nuevo. El bar de Mizza del primer piso está tranquilo y puede ver directamente el piquet del hotel. El hotel puede jugar gratis por una hora y la experiencia del campo es excelente. ¡Surpresa llena! Nanning es la primera opción.

BBadegg168Second time in Nanning and second time using the same hotel. My only complaint is that I had booked a non smoking room. But I guess my neighbours were smoking and the smoke leaked into my room via the toilet air duct.

Although some of my parcels being returned by them but they willing to help to deal and send all my parcels back🫶🏻 really appreciate all the services and helps provided by them. Also, ordering MT also very convenient, there are convenient shop also. It is near the GuangXi stadium for concert!! All and all, it is suitable for those coming for concerts~

TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.
Comfy robes and slippers.

UUsuario anónimo本來一直玩得很開心。但離開的這天上午沒啥事就去玩了下山莊裡的三月三非遺文化市集。活動挺簡單的，但有幾家住客一起玩，本來很熱鬧，很歡樂。架不住有些工作人員不公正也不靈活，反正迅速散場她就可以收工了，掃興也衹是掃客人的興。
還好投訴後有收到積極反饋，希望後面的客人能玩個盡興。個人覺得畫彩蛋最有趣，位置在風雨橋，也是最涼快的。
其他方面，國賓館的水準當然是高的。這家的特色是荔枝樹，滿山都是，這個時節已經有一些掛了果，叫三月紅的，但聽工作人員説這種果子很酸，而且現在噴了葯。六月有機會再來。

Los rincones están limpios, los productos de cama son de lujo solar, el espectro de la habitación no tiene agua, el baño no está colorido. Las instalaciones de marcación son completas, el aire acondicionado es caliente, el agua caliente sale de segundos, el WiFi no está en catones. La disposición de la habitación es razonable, el suelo es suave, el sofá está cómodo, el buzón de carga de la cabeza de la cama es muy conveniente, ¡hay una vida muy cómoda!
