Lo que realmente pone aparte este lugar es el corazón del equipo. Sus sonrisas, bondad y dedicación hacen esta viaje inolvidable. Desde el primer momento en que entremos en el hotel, el personal me ha recibido con mucho entusiasmo, el servicio es cuidadoso, lleno de buena voluntad y delicado. No se siente como vivir en el hotel, más como llegar a la casa cálida de sus amigos. La habitación es muy limpia, decorada y la cama es especialmente cómoda. El paisaje fuera de la ventana es hermoso, casi no quiere salir de la habitación! El desayuno también es super delicioso, se sienta cómodo con cada plato preparado. Pero lo más que me muestro es ”verdad” de esta equipo de hoteles. Su sonrisa, buena voluntad y servicio profesional hacen de esta viaje un buen recuerdo que no puedo olvidar. We had a very nice stay in The Orange is red - Homestay. The hotel is clean and very cosy decorated. Very children friendly with cute beds for children and toys in every room. Our children had a very happy time there. The hotel owner and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. We felt there like at home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

La experiencia de estadía supera las expectativas, el servicio es cuidadoso y intimidad y la respuesta es rápida. La habitación es amplia y tranquila, la instalaciones de baño es alta, la piscina está completa, el precio es alto, se recomienda fuertemente. También nos envió la cortesía de la compañía cuando nos fuimos, demasiado intimidad.

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

整體入住體驗超出預期，值得推薦。酒店環境清幽，公共區域打理得乾淨漂亮，前台服務熱情有禮貌，辦理手續快捷省心。客房內部佈置温馨，衞生做得十分到位，各個角落都很整潔，床墊軟硬適中，休息質量特別好。房間設施齊全好用，水壓穩定，冷暖調節也很方便，隔音做得不錯，晚上十分安靜。酒店整體管理到位，服務貼心周到，性價比很不錯。旅途住在這裏輕鬆又安心，下次出行還會選擇這家。

The room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is basic. Unfortunately, the hotel is located from the 46th to 50th floor of a building. That means a long wait for 1 of the 3 lifts to reach us. We had a non-smoking room, but we could smell cigarette smoke along the corridor. The hotel is located next to Shengtiandi. But far from the airport and the main tourist attraction of 3 streets 2 alleys and the Xiguan night market.

Although the hotel location was not very near any eateries or shops, the free shuttle service to Nanningdong railway station was very helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable with AI Xiaodu voice control function. The staff has been very helpful too when we requested for late check out and luggage storage. We will be back!

太棒了👏因為這間房愛上這座城。位置太優越，在邕州閣L層，上面有書院圖書館，周邊如意坊吃好吃的太方便，離青秀山的西門衹有百步之遙😍隔壁還有個大公園大水庫，每天散步好舒服。前台小朋友都很不錯，禮貌有温度。一不小心住了四晚，實在是性價比太高。唯一自駕遊停車費有點高，每天15元，多付的部分酒店都幫忙處理退回了。

¡Hay que darle un elogio a este hotel! Las instalaciones son nuevas y completas, no sólo con WiFi de alta velocidad, sino que las necesidades de oficinas de viaje son totalmente satisfactorias. El entorno es aún no elección, la zona pública está tranquila y limpia, no hay un poco de olor en el momento del ascensor, el efecto de aislamiento del sonido de la habitación es excelente, duerme especialmente tranquilo en la noche, la próxima vez que elijamos esta casa!
