«The apartment is very well located and the price is good.
Owners are nice, and even if they don't speak English we can talk through a translation app. Communication was also fluid through WeChat and the translation tool.
The apartment it self was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning was done everything day.
The only pain point, that are not directly linked to the room, is that the corridor is often dirty (but that's because of the neighbors I guess) and the elevator takes a long time to come. It's a pretty old building...
But on the overall, it was quite nice so we extended our stay there! Thank you !»

La habitación es amplia y brillante, el servicio de la señorita del salón y de Chen Gang está muy entusiasta 👍🏼 ¡Porque jugamos a un juego de filtrado de Hong Kong con demasiado sentido y con mucha inteligencia para golpear un autobús, los empleados del salón están muy entusiastas y con mucha paciencia para ayudar, ¡hace el viaje más colorido!

UUsuario invitadoAyuda a recoger parcelas de TB (pero no ordenar demasiado pronto, pueden recoger sólo durante 2 semanas). Aunque algunos de mis parcelas son devueltos por ellos pero están dispuestos a ayudar a tratar y enviar todas mis parcelas de vuelta 🫶🏻 realmente apreciar todos los servicios y ayuda proporcionados por ellos. ¡Está cerca del estadio de GuangXi para el concierto!!

UUsuario invitado民宿在小都百景區裏面，跟門衞説一聲住裏面他就放行了。第一天下午去了羊山天窗，很多人，水很冰，孩子們都冰傻了，租橡皮艇等了蠻久。孩子們更喜歡在民宿的小遊泳池玩，安全感足。民宿的游泳池是山泉水，但是沒有天窗的水那麼冰。老闆娘做的早餐很好吃，孩子們很喜歡吃番茄雞蛋麪。第二天去玩了三甲飛拉達攀巖，民宿裏面也可以幫買門票，有些票價比**便宜。吃飯我們去了聚賢山莊吃，離民宿五分鐘車程吧，一家人點了紅燒羅非，番茄炒蛋，苦麥菜，98元，分量很足，魚做得超級好吃;還去了南院藝宿吃素食，菜品做得很精緻，環境也很好，就是最好提前一天加微信預訂。

TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.
Comfy robes and slippers.
