This hotel features a unique style with its sandy yellow architecture reminiscent of old Dubai, making it a very comfortable stay. The terrace rooms offer beautiful views of the hotel pool and beach, and from a distance, you can even see a mosque. April mornings are delightful for sunbathing on the beach. The seafood buffet for two at AED 390 is a great deal, though the taste is just average, and dining options nearby are limited, mostly consisting of hotels and upscale residences. It's a 15-minute drive to the mosque and 30 minutes to the Louvre Museum. After 11 AM, you can enjoy a small boat ride around the hotel, which can be a bit dull but adds to the activities available. The gym is separated by gender, which might be a slight inconvenience for couples. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

Tomamos un taxi de 1h15m desde Dubai a Abu Dhabi, cuando estábamos en el mostrador de facturación del hotel, nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones para nosotros debido a que el hotel estaba lleno por un grupo de funcionarios gubernamentales, por lo que tuvieron que mudarse. a su hotel hermano del mismo grupo y nos ofrecerían una mejora de habitación. Teníamos 2 niños y 2 ancianos (mayores de 70 años), no nos informaron de ninguna forma (ni llamadas, ni whatsapp ni correos electrónicos) que las habitaciones no estaban disponibles con antelación. Le pregunté a la gerente y me dijo que enviaron correos electrónicos, lo cual es curioso porque mi amigo y yo no recibimos ninguno en absoluto. Les pedí que me mostraran el correo o lo probaran, no pudieron, ¿qué tal si me dicen cuando se envió el correo? no pudieron, ja.. eso significa que no se ha enviado nada. Dijeron que eran funcionarios del gobierno, pero no podían rechazarlo, pero hice mi reserva 4 meses antes de las fechas de llegada. No tuvimos más remedio que aceptar la mudanza, el otro hotel es bueno en realidad, pero no nos dieron una mejora de habitación como lo prometieron hasta que hablé con su gerente.

Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

The biggest highlight of our stay was receiving complimentary tickets to Yas Island’s iconic theme parks—Warner Bros. World, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi—one for each day of our stay. Getting these tickets added amazing value, with easy collection at check-in and hassle-free entry to the parks—no need to pre-book, just scan and go. We especially loved the convenience of a free shuttle service, making it simple to visit the parks and return when we wished. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. From prompt housekeeping to concierge support, every team member took care to personalize our visit and ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the pool and recreational facilities, while busy, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, our Hilton experience combined five-star comfort, thoughtful perks, and unbeatable access to Yas Island’s world-class attractions. The upgrade, early check-in, and free theme park tickets truly set this stay apart. Highly recommended, especially for families or groups looking to enjoy Abu Dhabi’s best entertainment in style.

Hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms are clean, food is ok. However, the breakfast room is too small. Because there wasn't enough space, we were directed to another room temporarily for breakfast one day. Savory and sweet dishes were one next to another, pancakes and omelets were rarely served. On the second day, we managed to stay for breakfast on the ground floor of the hotel but due to lack of space, we had to sit at the table with another couple. Also, the housekeeping took our face towels the day before departure instead of replacing them.
