The terrace rooms offer beautiful views of the hotel pool and beach, and from a distance, you can even see a mosque. April mornings are delightful for sunbathing on the beach. The seafood buffet for two at AED 390 is a great deal, though the taste is just average, and dining options nearby are limited, mostly consisting of hotels and upscale residences. It's a 15-minute drive to the mosque and 30 minutes to the Louvre Museum. After 11 AM, you can enjoy a small boat ride around the hotel, which can be a bit dull but adds to the activities available. The gym is separated by gender, which might be a slight inconvenience for couples. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

La piscina de la familia era muy completa, así que tuvimos que rechazarla y usarla. Y junto a la piscina familiar, se produjo una construcción muy alta, por lo que no era un tiempo relajado en la piscina.

Travelling as a group of three, we were delighted to receive an early check-in alongside a complimentary room upgrade, which made settling in comfortable and seamless. The room itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with all the modern amenities and views you would expect from a five-star property. The biggest highlight of our stay was receiving complimentary tickets to Yas Island’s iconic theme parks—Warner Bros. World, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi—one for each day of our stay. Getting these tickets added amazing value, with easy collection at check-in and hassle-free entry to the parks—no need to pre-book, just scan and go. We especially loved the convenience of a free shuttle service, making it simple to visit the parks and return when we wished. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. From prompt housekeeping to concierge support, every team member took care to personalize our visit and ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the pool and recreational facilities, while busy, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, our Hilton experience combined five-star comfort, thoughtful perks, and unbeatable access to Yas Island’s world-class attractions. The upgrade, early check-in, and free theme park tickets truly set this stay apart. Highly recommended, especially for families or groups looking to enjoy Abu Dhabi’s best entertainment in style.

Ya nos habíamos alojado en Bab al Qasr, solo nos trasladamos a Hilton para experimentar cómo era aquí. Nos alojamos en este hotel durante 5 días. Ya conocíamos las sucursales de Hilton de Alemania. El hotel es bonito y muy grande, nuestra experiencia allí cuando nos registramos no fue demasiado concurrida en el vestíbulo y el saludo cálido del personal no fue demasiado cálido, simplemente nos trataron como un huésped más que pagó por la habitación. Mi esposo hizo el registro y el personal de recepción dijo que nuestro desayuno no estaba incluido, luego revisamos nuestra reserva ya que reservamos a través de trip.com y les mostramos la confirmación de reserva de nuestro desayuno ya incluido nuestro esposo aún insistía en que no podían encontrarlo y que necesitaban llamar al departamento de reservas para confirmarlo y luego dijeron que ya estaba incluido entonces entonces no hubo problema, ya que tenemos un niño pequeño y necesitamos algo de comida para poner en el refrigerador, le pedimos al personal de recepción por la noche que no necesitábamos el minibar y que podían quitarlo para que pudiéramos usarlo. El personal dijo que enviaría a alguien para que lo quitara, esperamos hasta el día siguiente porque nadie vino. Volvimos al vestíbulo para hacer seguimiento. Nos encontramos con una señora allí, creo que es del equipo de reservas, creo que se llamaba Lisa. Ella nos ayudó a hacer seguimiento sobre el minibar y llamó al departamento de limpieza para que limpiaran nuestra habitación. Ella es muy servicial y amable. A mi hija también le cae bien 😊 El buffet de desayuno en Hilton era muy grande, tienes muchas opciones y la comida también es buena. A mi hija le encantan los panqueques, siempre va a la estación de panqueques, el cocinero que hace los panqueques es un chico, olvidé su nombre 😅 es muy amable y siempre sonríe cuando pedimos panqueques. Solo una cosa que observamos es que las bebidas calientes siempre tardan en llegar y a veces son dobles. Tal vez la comunicación debería ser mejor, para que no haya que tirar tantas cosas y el tiempo sea mucho más eficiente. Quisiera agradecer a Shariah y Jee Ann, anfitrionas del desayuno, quienes nos saludan cada mañana al ir al restaurante y nos preguntan si todo está bien. Su simple y cálida bienvenida siempre alegra el día. Tienen un club infantil para que puedas traer a tus hijos a jugar o dejarlos allí un rato. En nuestro tercer día, preguntamos sobre la posibilidad de un check-out tardío en FO para nuestro quinto día, ya que teníamos un vuelo nocturno. Se lo pidieron al agente de reservas para consultar la disponibilidad y el precio. Nos dijeron que debíamos volver a preguntar el quinto día para que tomaran nota del check-out tardío. Así que fuimos a FO en nuestro último día para preguntar sobre el check-out tardío. Creo que se llamaba Ronald, pero nos dijo que no tenían información. Estábamos decepcionados porque la comunicación en este hotel no funciona. Pero gracias a Ronald, pudimos hacer un check-out tardío y extender nuestra estadía un par de horas. Por supuesto, hay que pagar por el check-out tardío. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista al mar muy bonita, pero es mucho mejor si la reservas con vista al mar y puedes ver el Emirates Palace o la ciudad. Pensábamos que al reservar con vista al mar automáticamente veríamos el Emirates Palace y el mar, pero no es así, solo se ve la piscina y el mar.

Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

Overall, the property is undeniably impressive in scale and architectural presence. The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment. The hardware standard is strong and well maintained. That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined. Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests. On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay. It is often the human element that leaves the strongest impression, and in this regard, your F&B colleagues did an excellent job. With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments.

La ubicación es ideal, el hotel es bueno y de nueva construcción, en general fue una buena experiencia.

El hotel es precioso por dentro y cuenta con varias zonas de estar amplias y pequeñas cafeterías repartidas por todo el recinto. La bañera tenía una grieta y la ducha no era muy buena. El personal del hotel fue estupendo y muy amable. El complejo es genial, pero está un poco lejos del hotel y es difícil llegar a pie; creo que un paso elevado sería mejor y más cómodo. Por cierto, la tirolina nunca está disponible cuando he intentado reservarla el último año. El río lento es muy lento, así que tenlo en cuenta, jaja. En general, es un buen complejo, aunque le vendría bien actualizar la publicidad en Trip.com con fotos nuevas, etc.
