I would rate this hotel more than 5 stars if I could—it truly exceeded every expectation. We stayed for our wedding anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it magical. They gave us the best room with a breathtaking view overlooking the landmark mosque and the beach, and even decorated the room specially for our celebration. To top it off, they arranged a private boat journey just for us and treated us to complimentary mocktails. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We left with unforgettable memories and cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Excelente hotel, ¡lo recomiendo encarecidamente! Tuve el placer de alojarme aquí recientemente y no tengo palabras para describir mi experiencia. Desde que mi esposo y yo llegamos, el personal se desvivió por hacernos sentir como en casa. Su profesionalismo y genuina calidez crearon una estancia inolvidable. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y bien equipadas con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Las instalaciones del hotel eran excepcionales. La zona de la piscina estaba limpia y acogedora, con numerosas tumbonas disponibles durante todo el día. El restaurante del hotel servía comidas deliciosas, y el desayuno fue un punto culminante, con una amplia variedad de opciones frescas y de alta calidad, y una gran variedad de platos para todos los gustos. La ubicación también era perfecta, con playa privada y desde nuestro balcón se veía el palacio presidencial. Está cerca de la mayoría de las atracciones, lo que hizo que explorar la zona fuera muy cómodo y, al mismo tiempo, un remanso de paz al final del día. Lo que realmente destacó fue el excepcional servicio. Todo el personal con el que me encontré fue atento, amable y se comprometió a garantizar que mi estancia fuera perfecta. Very enjoyable stay and good value. Facilities were well maintained and breakfast had a good spread of fresh fruits, hummus, yogurts, bakes and cooked food. Convenient if you are heading to Yas Mall or conventions nearby. Only downside is that its a long drive from downtown (30 mins).

La piscina de la familia era muy completa, así que tuvimos que rechazarla y usarla. Y junto a la piscina familiar, se produjo una construcción muy alta, por lo que no era un tiempo relajado en la piscina.

Reservé 3 habitaciones para mi familia y una cuarta habitación reservada por mi amiga por separado para su familia. Tomamos un taxi de 1h15m desde Dubai a Abu Dhabi, cuando estábamos en el mostrador de facturación del hotel, nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones para nosotros debido a que el hotel estaba lleno por un grupo de funcionarios gubernamentales, por lo que tuvieron que mudarse. a su hotel hermano del mismo grupo y nos ofrecerían una mejora de habitación. Teníamos 2 niños y 2 ancianos (mayores de 70 años), no nos informaron de ninguna forma (ni llamadas, ni whatsapp ni correos electrónicos) que las habitaciones no estaban disponibles con antelación. Le pregunté a la gerente y me dijo que enviaron correos electrónicos, lo cual es curioso porque mi amigo y yo no recibimos ninguno en absoluto. Les pedí que me mostraran el correo o lo probaran, no pudieron, ¿qué tal si me dicen cuando se envió el correo? no pudieron, ja.. eso significa que no se ha enviado nada. Dijeron que eran funcionarios del gobierno, pero no podían rechazarlo, pero hice mi reserva 4 meses antes de las fechas de llegada. No tuvimos más remedio que aceptar la mudanza, el otro hotel es bueno en realidad, pero no nos dieron una mejora de habitación como lo prometieron hasta que hablé con su gerente.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Upgrade the room for better track view and got the room at 9am. The breakfast is superb. The location is so convenient and close to all the attractions. Highly recommended.

Travelling as a group of three, we were delighted to receive an early check-in alongside a complimentary room upgrade, which made settling in comfortable and seamless. The room itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with all the modern amenities and views you would expect from a five-star property. The biggest highlight of our stay was receiving complimentary tickets to Yas Island’s iconic theme parks—Warner Bros. World, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi—one for each day of our stay. Getting these tickets added amazing value, with easy collection at check-in and hassle-free entry to the parks—no need to pre-book, just scan and go. We especially loved the convenience of a free shuttle service, making it simple to visit the parks and return when we wished. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. From prompt housekeeping to concierge support, every team member took care to personalize our visit and ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the pool and recreational facilities, while busy, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, our Hilton experience combined five-star comfort, thoughtful perks, and unbeatable access to Yas Island’s world-class attractions. The upgrade, early check-in, and free theme park tickets truly set this stay apart. Highly recommended, especially for families or groups looking to enjoy Abu Dhabi’s best entertainment in style.

I booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable... After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :) Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room. If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place. There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review. What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression. These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.

The stay was truly enjoyable, and my entire family was fully satisfied. The reception staff and housekeeping team were very polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. I would especially like to appreciate the restaurant staff during breakfast—they were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, which made our mornings even more pleasant. The ambiance and hospitality of the hotel were excellent, and we genuinely had a great time. The only concern we faced was with the bathroom drainage system. While using the bathtub, water tended to accumulate on the floor due to improper drainage, which caused some inconvenience. Apart from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider visiting again.

El hotel es precioso por dentro y cuenta con varias zonas de estar amplias y pequeñas cafeterías repartidas por todo el recinto. La bañera tenía una grieta y la ducha no era muy buena. El personal del hotel fue estupendo y muy amable. El complejo es genial, pero está un poco lejos del hotel y es difícil llegar a pie; creo que un paso elevado sería mejor y más cómodo. Por cierto, la tirolina nunca está disponible cuando he intentado reservarla el último año. El río lento es muy lento, así que tenlo en cuenta, jaja. En general, es un buen complejo, aunque le vendría bien actualizar la publicidad en Trip.com con fotos nuevas, etc.
