Highly Recommended, Especially for Families with a Special Needs Child We have been visiting this place for several years—staying in both the chalet tent and the villa—and we truly love it. All the staff are consistently kind, respectful, and very accommodating. As a family with a child with special needs, we deeply appreciate being treated equally, without any judgment or discrimination. That level of understanding and genuine care truly means so much to us. From reception check-in to check-out, the service has always been warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also a wonderful experience. Edward was very attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and professionalism made our morning even more enjoyable. A special thank you as well to Resse from Reception for always accommodating our requests during every visit and stay. Your kindness and consistency keep us coming back. Highly recommended, especially for families.

This hotel features a unique style with its sandy yellow architecture reminiscent of old Dubai, making it a very comfortable stay. The terrace rooms offer beautiful views of the hotel pool and beach, and from a distance, you can even see a mosque. April mornings are delightful for sunbathing on the beach. The seafood buffet for two at AED 390 is a great deal, though the taste is just average, and dining options nearby are limited, mostly consisting of hotels and upscale residences. It's a 15-minute drive to the mosque and 30 minutes to the Louvre Museum. After 11 AM, you can enjoy a small boat ride around the hotel, which can be a bit dull but adds to the activities available. The gym is separated by gender, which might be a slight inconvenience for couples. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel luxurious, like the personalized service and high-end toiletries. The dining options are excellent as well, with a variety of restaurants serving delicious food — particularly the breakfast, which was fresh and full of great choices. The location is also ideal, close to key attractions but peaceful enough for a quiet, relaxing stay. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend The Abu Dhabi EDITION for anyone looking for a memorable and upscale experience in the city.

Getting these tickets added amazing value, with easy collection at check-in and hassle-free entry to the parks—no need to pre-book, just scan and go. We especially loved the convenience of a free shuttle service, making it simple to visit the parks and return when we wished. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. From prompt housekeeping to concierge support, every team member took care to personalize our visit and ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the pool and recreational facilities, while busy, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, our Hilton experience combined five-star comfort, thoughtful perks, and unbeatable access to Yas Island’s world-class attractions. The upgrade, early check-in, and free theme park tickets truly set this stay apart. Highly recommended, especially for families or groups looking to enjoy Abu Dhabi’s best entertainment in style.

Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests. On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay. It is often the human element that leaves the strongest impression, and in this regard, your F&B colleagues did an excellent job. With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments.
