Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

This hotel is perfect for attending conference at ADNEC. Literally just across the road. We had a two bed apartment which was perfect as I brought my sister in law and nephew. This was easy for preparing food and doing laundry. I also wish to highlight one of the bell staff who was excellent. I think his name was Rayyan? He was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately when we arrived we were taken to a room that had not been serviced after the last people checked out so there was half eaten room service left in the room, as well as used bed linen and towels. Very distressing when you arrive at 6pm tired from travelling. It was not the front desk who handled it but Rayyan. In fact we received no personal apology from the hotel although a fruit basket was sent up to us with no accompanying note.

Es viejo, el agua no sale lo suficientemente rápido al ducharse. Es muy difícil ajustar el agua fría del lavabo. Tardé 10 minutos en entender cómo funciona. Pero la ubicación es estratégica y el precio es razonable.

Este hotel es muy frecuentado por grupos de turistas. En general, su relación calidad-precio es excelente, y el desayuno merece una mención especial. **Mi opinión:** **Aspectos positivos:** El desayuno es fantástico, con mucha variedad y platos nuevos cada día. El servicio de recepción fue muy bueno. No experimentamos la discriminación hacia los huéspedes chinos que mencionan algunas reseñas; al contrario, fueron muy serviciales. Éramos un grupo de cinco, con niños y personas mayores, y nos ayudaron a conseguir dos habitaciones comunicadas, las cuales se podían abrir por dentro para facilitar el cuidado de la familia. Llamamos a recepción para pedir cepillos de dientes y zapatillas, y alguien los trajo en aproximadamente media hora. La ubicación es excelente; es fácil conseguir un taxi y hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados en los alrededores. **Aspectos a mejorar:** El hotel tiene sus años, y se notaba en que las rejillas de ventilación acumulaban bastante polvo. El cabezal de la ducha estaba un poco estropeado; al abrir el agua, había una fuga considerable, aunque seguía siendo funcional.

I don’t have any issue with the hotel except for the late delivery of the amenities that I have requested on the phone. Add to that, the cleanliness of the bathroom is quite low as you can easily see the black dirt around the edge of the bath tub which makes it look disgusting to use. Other than that, everything seems quiet and good.

Hotel is clean and good location but after one day room make up, they missed hand tower and not really attentive to changing or cleaning things, like tea and coffee didn’t replenish. However, it’s still worth of money with this price, fair enough.

Overall decent place and good rest close to ADNE and good value for money. Some nice local restaurants behind the hotel. Massage wasn't great.

Tome el autobús desde Dubai hasta la estación de Abu Dhabi y bájese. Solo tardará unos 2 km en llegar a este hotel. Puede solicitar una tarjeta de transporte dentro de la estación y luego salir y cruzar la calle hasta la parada de autobús, que conduce directamente. hasta la puerta del hotel, lo cual es muy conveniente. La estación de autobuses del aeropuerto también está muy cerca del hotel, a solo unos cientos de metros de distancia. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, y el tamaño es adecuado. La recepción tiene un servicio sonriente y hay todo tipo de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. ¡El precio es muy rentable!

La ubicación del hotel estaba bastante alejada de los lugares turísticos. Sin embargo, si tienes un coche o no te importa coger un taxi o un taxi, todo está bien. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, con bañera de hidromasaje y sala de vapor/sauna de uso gratuito. Sin embargo, la habitación no tenía artículos de aseo y hay que solicitarlos (es decir, cepillo de dientes, zapatillas de baño, afeitadora, etc.). A pesar de ello, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia.
