La ubicación es excelente. El estacionamiento está muy bien. El personal de recepción es súper amable. La ensalada de bistec está buenísima. Te dan 8 oz de bistec, que es más de lo que la mayoría de los restaurantes te dan por una cena de bistec. El aderezo de cilantro y lima es fantástico. El personal del restaurante era conocedor y amable.

Alex the front desk manager is super nice and helpful. Hotel location is great, lots of stores near by. They also offer complimentary shuttle services to Disney, Dave and Tony are both great and friendly. Would recommend to stay at this place if you’re visiting Disney. Only downside would be the bathtub, it drains really slow, if you took the shower too long, the tub would be flooded.

Service was good as expected and location is great, walking distance from the theme parks. But there is some communication problem between trip.com and the hotel. I booked a 2 queen beds bedroom and mentioned in my booking that we are a family of 3. But the hotel said they could not see the info from trip.com and so they only gave us a 1 king bed room. They offered us a rolling bed for free, but that was not exactly what we booked and expected.

Highly recommended for a Disney trip in Anaheim! I think this is one of the best hotels to stay at when visiting Disneyland in Anaheim. The room was very clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed here three times, and so far I’ve never had a negative experience with the staff. One thing to note is that there is a fee to use the microwave. Also, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the park, so it may not be ideal for those who don’t like walking. However, I personally recommend walking because there are large drugstores like CVS along the way, which is very convenient for buying food and other essentials.

Hotel is close to Disneyland. Kids liked the water slide. Customer has room for improvement. Waiting an hour to find booking is unacceptable, management could have resolved issue more professionaly with trip.com Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

Location is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

Nos alojamos con el equipo de fútbol de nuestras nietas en este hotel. Fue genial para ir a Disney, aunque no había transporte gratuito y tuvimos que pagar para usar el autobús el día que no había. El bar nos atendió muy bien y la habitación estaba bien, pero el hotel y la decoración parecían anticuados.

Este valioso hotel es muy recomendable para unas vacaciones si pudiera quedarme más tiempo. Me asignaron una cama king size, como comparé con otras páginas web de viajes. Desde la entrada principal, el vestíbulo, el pasillo, la habitación y el baño estaban impecablemente limpios y organizados. Sin embargo, no había mosquitos en la cafetería. El personal, eficiente y amable, me ayudó a proporcionar toda la información necesaria y a organizar el registro de entrada y salida. Fue un placer nadar en la piscina privada. Se necesitaba una tarjeta de huésped válida para abrir la puerta. Por último, pero no menos importante, este hotel es muy recomendable para pasar el tiempo.
