This was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

Me encanta este hotel. El personal y las instalaciones son excelentes. La piscina y el jacuzzi son geniales. No los he probado, pero hay un bar y un restaurante. Hay varias opciones de comida y un Target cerca. El servicio de transporte a los parques de atracciones es genial. Nos hemos alojado en este lugar varias veces. Esta vez nos decepcionó un poco. Nuestra habitación olía a humo. Lamentablemente, el hotel estaba completo, así que no había otras opciones.

El agua caliente de la ducha se enfriará de repente, Las bolsitas de té que necesitas pedir para que te las rellenen, incluso yo pagué las propinas en la habitación, pero el ambiente es muy bueno. Hotel is close to Disneyland. Kids liked the water slide. Customer has room for improvement. Waiting an hour to find booking is unacceptable, management could have resolved issue more professionaly with trip.com Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

Location is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

Muy bien, la próxima vez que terminemos con este comentario, será muy interesante. Si es rico, voy a ver este filme. Me gustaría verlo más verdadero y profundo entre nosotros.

En realidad, es la señal del hotel, no hay lugar donde sorprender o decepcionar. Hay un bar en el primer piso del hotel, y hay negocios por la noche, pero no tiene ningún efecto en el hotel, se puede ignorar.

In general this hotel is acceptable for the price range and consider how old this property is. There are two main complains about this hotel is the sound insulation and safety. Basically we heard all the noise from the hallway including next door who open and close the door, and shower, etc.. In addition, the gap of hotel room door between the bottom of the door and floor is big. While we stayed there, we concerned if someone could use tools to open our room door thru that gap.

El desayuno del hotel es rica, cerca del mar, el paisaje es bueno
