Hoteles en Condado de Orange con desayuno

El hotel recientemente renovado está justo al lado de Disney, todo es muy bueno, sin embargo, si no tienes una cuota de membresía para Internet, la tienda en el primer piso del hotel tiene café Starbucks y sándwiches y algunos productos de Disney. Lo más importante a tener en cuenta es la tarifa del estacionamiento, que es de una noche. La tarifa es 3 veces yuanes, por lo que no se trata solo de cuánto cuesta la habitación.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Alex the front desk manager is super nice and helpful. Hotel location is great, lots of stores near by. They also offer complimentary shuttle services to Disney, Dave and Tony are both great and friendly. Would recommend to stay at this place if you’re visiting Disney. Only downside would be the bathtub, it drains really slow, if you took the shower too long, the tub would be flooded.

Service was good as expected and location is great, walking distance from the theme parks. But there is some communication problem between trip.com and the hotel. I booked a 2 queen beds bedroom and mentioned in my booking that we are a family of 3. But the hotel said they could not see the info from trip.com and so they only gave us a 1 king bed room. They offered us a rolling bed for free, but that was not exactly what we booked and expected.

Aparte de la tarifa de estacionamiento de 28 dólares al día, me gustaba todo sobre el Hotel FERO en términos de servicio al cliente, instalaciones y limpieza. La mejor parte que me gusta acerca del hotel es la ubicación conveniente a Interstate 5, el Honda Center, el estádio de Angels, un centro comercial y restaurantes a pie.

Hotel is close to Disneyland. Kids liked the water slide. Customer has room for improvement. Waiting an hour to find booking is unacceptable, management could have resolved issue more professionaly with trip.com Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

Location is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

¡Este lugar fue genial! La habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa. Reservamos la suite con litera (¡a los niños les encantó!). Tenía muchísimo espacio para los ocho. Desayuno gratis, transporte gratis a Disneyland, aparcamiento gratis y al mejor precio. ¡Sin duda volveremos! Disneyland está a un paso.

Nos alojamos con el equipo de fútbol de nuestras nietas en este hotel. Fue genial para ir a Disney, aunque no había transporte gratuito y tuvimos que pagar para usar el autobús el día que no había. El bar nos atendió muy bien y la habitación estaba bien, pero el hotel y la decoración parecían anticuados.

¡La presión del agua en el duche era terrible! ¡El agua estaba solo tirando de la cabeza del duche! ¡El agua se congeló mientras estaba duchando! ¡Qué debía haber tomado sólo 7 minutos para terminar el duche durante 20 minutos! ¡Es terrible! El sofá no tenía hojas ni cucharas. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. Ella fue al autobús tratando de localizar al conductor del autobús, sin ningún beneficio. Entonces habló con alguien que estaba en el autobús y él no sabía dónde estaba el conductor del autobús. En el hotel, el hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas. No sé que recomendaría este hotel. Basicamente este hotel me ha causado una experiencia increíblemente estresada. No bueno!
