酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境優美，藝術氣息濃厚，服務熱情周到。我入住的是酒店湖景帶陽台的房間，窗外的風景很美，樹木繁茂，湖水碧綠，可以散步。酒店環境優美適合旅行兼顧休息放鬆心情。

Nos alojamos aquí cuatro noches durante nuestro viaje a Disneyland y Disney California Adventure, y nuestra experiencia fue sencillamente excepcional. De principio a fin, todo fue perfecto. El personal de recepción fue siempre atento, servicial y claramente experto en su trabajo; se nota que se enorgullecen de él. El hotel estaba impecable y muy bien mantenido. Se ofrece un desayuno gratuito todos los días. Si bien el desayuno no fue del todo de mi agrado, entiendo que es cuestión de gustos. Nuestra habitación estaba totalmente equipada con microondas, mininevera e incluso bañera. El aire acondicionado y la calefacción funcionaban a la perfección, y disfrutamos de una hermosa vista de la ciudad. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa. Nos hemos alojado en muchos hoteles a lo largo de los años, y este es sin duda uno de los mejores. Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita.

The spa hotel is very conveniently located. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you want to take advent of the pool, you need to go across the parking lot to their other hotel. Not very convenient. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

This was our first time at The Waterfront Beach Resort, and will be our new go to when in the area. We were treated so kindly by everyone we came into contact with. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a suite for my husbands bday. What a treat! Comfy beds, inviting area. We were here in Dec a few weeks before Christmas and it was so pretty! Fun events for the kids (didn’t travel with ours this time) but they had Santa and the Grinch to take pics with. Good food at Cabo Wabo for both dinner one night and the weekend breakfast buffet one morning. Parking was a little pricey ($50 per night), that ended up adding a bit to our stay, but seems pretty normal in California. Steps from the beach and beautiful ocean view from the room. 5/5 stars for us!

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

La ubicación es excelente, a 15 minutos a pie de la entrada de Disneyland. El hotel es normal, el motel está recién reformado. La alfombra de la habitación está muy sucia, las almohadas son incómodas y el desayuno solo incluye cereales, gofres y manzanas. Por lo demás, todo bien. El aparcamiento es práctico.

Experiencia decepcionante. 1. El estacionamiento del hotel está a un bloque de la calle. 2. Las unidades de aire acondicionado son las cosas portátiles en las ruedas. En la habitación. Muy alto, se desactiva toda la noche. 3. Windows abre deslizando - no se mantenga abierto, demasiado viejo/cayendo aparte. También no tiene pantalla. 4. La habitación es la más joven que he visto en los hoteles. 5. Baño - bañera sola sin espacio para ponerse los baños. Pros: - Clean. Muy bien situado cerca de la playa. Bar de techo, restaurante en el sitio y un gran restaurante mexicano a lo largo de la calle. El hotel está muy bien situado.

La ubicación es conveniente, el desayuno se ajusta, el típico desayuno estadounidense, el sapo puede decirlo. Principalmente hay más lugares para comer alrededor, pero hay una cierta distancia y un tranquilo de la ciudad de sapo como Disney. La habitación cerca de la carretera fue un poco llena, luego cambió una habitación dentro, y finalmente dormimos bien

El hotel está bien situado para ir a Disney, con paradas de autobús, buenos servicios alrededor y el hotel recién reformado muy limpio,,, solo tiene un problema, el tema de insonorización está muy mal, si te toca una habitación de la planta baja vas a oír todas las pisadas y la TV de los vecinos de al lado, pero si solo vas a dormir como yo cuando hemos venido de Disney, no vas a tener problemas ya que llegas reventado. El desayuno ligero y la cafetera deberían de poner alguna más profesional y no la de cápsulas,, pero el precio del hotel es insuperable,,, calidad precio no vas a encontrar nada mejor por la zona.

Breakfast was a great touch and waffles were good. That’s the only good thing. Being by the train is loud but totally fine and a little fun however the property is filthy. To save $$ they don’t have enough housekeepers to clean your room daily or to clean the property. In the hall the same clumps of hair were there the entire stay because the halls are never vacuumed. Inside the room the carpets are nasty, stained,has wads of gum smashed into them and frayed. The water in the shower has a dirt type smell. This is a Wyndham property so the owner is extremely wealthy…look them up but can’t spare any  money to pay enough staff to keep the property at a minimum presentable.
