We’re been staying here once or twice a year for at least five years. It’s always friendly, clean with the best breakfast! Just a couple of broken things this time but they will get it fixed fast. Nice place.

I was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly. I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided. Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation.

La ubicación es buena. Las instalaciones, el servicio y la limpieza son muy buenas. El desayuno es muy numeroso, muchas personas, muy popular. Me gustaría vivir otra vez.

Nos alojamos aquí cuatro noches durante nuestro viaje a Disneyland y Disney California Adventure, y nuestra experiencia fue sencillamente excepcional. De principio a fin, todo fue perfecto. El personal de recepción fue siempre atento, servicial y claramente experto en su trabajo; se nota que se enorgullecen de él. El hotel estaba impecable y muy bien mantenido. Se ofrece un desayuno gratuito todos los días. Si bien el desayuno no fue del todo de mi agrado, entiendo que es cuestión de gustos. Nuestra habitación estaba totalmente equipada con microondas, mininevera e incluso bañera. El aire acondicionado y la calefacción funcionaban a la perfección, y disfrutamos de una hermosa vista de la ciudad. Realmente nos sentimos como en casa. Nos hemos alojado en muchos hoteles a lo largo de los años, y este es sin duda uno de los mejores. Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

El servicio es bueno, las condiciones de estacionamiento son convenientes, la ubicación es conveniente, la ruta de intercambio llega, aunque al lado del aeropuerto no se oye el aire. Hay una tarifa de estacionamiento de $10 por noche.

The location of the hotel is perfect for beach trips and freeway access to amusement parks in the area. We stayed with young children and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the toiletries and towels were well supplied. I rated a 4 on amenities because the room had a coffee maker but no refrigerator or microwave. That made it a little challenging with the young children for snacks and drinks. The parking was convenient and easy to enter and exit the property. The indoor pool facilities were nice and accommodating with towels, a shower and restrooms that had a changing station for diapering young children. We would come back and stay again.

¡La presión del agua en el duche era terrible! ¡El agua estaba solo tirando de la cabeza del duche! ¡El agua se congeló mientras estaba duchando! ¡Qué debía haber tomado sólo 7 minutos para terminar el duche durante 20 minutos! ¡Es terrible! El sofá no tenía hojas ni cucharas. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. Ella fue al autobús tratando de localizar al conductor del autobús, sin ningún beneficio. Entonces habló con alguien que estaba en el autobús y él no sabía dónde estaba el conductor del autobús. En el hotel, el hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas. No sé que recomendaría este hotel. Basicamente este hotel me ha causado una experiencia increíblemente estresada. No bueno!

La ubicación es conveniente, el desayuno se ajusta, el típico desayuno estadounidense, el sapo puede decirlo. Principalmente hay más lugares para comer alrededor, pero hay una cierta distancia y un tranquilo de la ciudad de sapo como Disney. La habitación cerca de la carretera fue un poco llena, luego cambió una habitación dentro, y finalmente dormimos bien

Advertised as ”City View”. About as much of the city we could see was Interstate 5 with its incessant traffic. I did ask if we could get a room on the other side of the hotel and the request was accommodated. To no fault of the management we ended up in room where at midnight the TV in the next door room was quite loud (probably to drown out their crying baby) and at 543am what sounded like a ten year old boy was very loud, not sure if he was arguing with his father or at the TV, but then the father began ranting even louder almost non stop for 20+ minutes. The room itself was nice and the traffic noise was not heard. It would have been nice not to have been woken up so earlier after the loud TV the night before.
