El hotel dispone de un lobby inmaculado y un personal amigable. La habitación estaba limpia con las comodidades típicas esperadas. No hay piscina ni desayuno gratis, pero este hotel se ha reunido con todo lo que necesito.

¡Buen lugar, en el centro de Denver. Tienen una pequeña tienda que está abierta 24/7 y tiene todas las necesidades básicas. ¡Se les da 2 botellas de agua como bienvenida Sería segura quedarse aquí otra vez!

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

El autobús lanzadera del aeropuerto va directamente al hotel. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca del hotel. Puede tomar un autobús de enlace al aeropuerto para entrar y salir del hotel, lo cual es bastante conveniente. Great location and amenities for kids - pool and great playground. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and no one in my family got good sleep. Bed extremely firm and lumpy, pillows way too soft. Also, we used the parking garage which was very convenient the second night. It would have been nice to know that street parking is extremely limited, so paying for parking is kind of a must. It also would have been a nice touch in the parking instructions to mention looking for the “reserved for Kasa” parking spaces on the first level to the right. It’s not completely obvious and we ended up parking in a random spot and then later saw the signage. The parking instructions only stated to enter the garage and make sure to hang the parking pass visible- not that there were designated spots.

Fantástico lugar. Fui a Denver para una conferencia. Este hotel en el centro de Denver estaba muy cerca del lugar. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Muy agradable personal. También almacenaron mi equipaje antes de entrar. Recomendado!

Nos quedamos aquí por la noche. Fuimos al juego de béisbol y volvimos. Fue una estancia rápida y no pasó mucho tiempo en nuestra habitación. El hotel era muy limpio, el personal era amable, el check-in era suave y fácil. Pude firmar para la adhesión de Marriott.

We love Brown Palace and have been there before. We had difficulty getting them to return our calls when we were trying to make reservations for dinner there. Our air conditioning would not turn off and we didn’t hear back from them when we alerted them to the problem. For the price we were paying, we expected better service. It is still a wonderful historic place to spend time.
