UUsuario invitadoNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

CChristina McDuffieThough I wasn't there much but to sleep mostly the place was nice and clean check in was easy the lady was extremely helpful and nice made me feel welcoming they had a pool there didn't get to use it though cuz I didn't have time same with hot tub and I'm sure it was nice the bed was extremely comfortable the room was nice and clean the facility itself was on a pretty clean service was nice my only thing I would say about this place that wasn't all the best was the food for breakfast it was kind of cold although they do give biscuits and gravy eggs sausage that's all nice and good but it would definitely taste better if it was warm other than that it was a good experience and I enjoyed it and I would definitely stay there again

UUsuario anónimoIt was convenient to be able to take the airport shuttle to and fro from Denver International. However, more detailed information on how to get on the
shuttle, and its frequency will be great! The hotel elevator was out of service, but the front desk staff was very helpful to help with the luggage. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
Lots of varieties for breakfast choices. Very nice.

UUsuario invitadoWe love Brown Palace and have been there before. We had difficulty getting them to return our calls when we were trying to make reservations for dinner there. Our air conditioning would not turn off and we didn’t hear back from them when we alerted them to the problem. For the price we were paying, we expected better service. It is still a wonderful historic place to spend time.

Nuestra mayor denuncia es la ventana gigante que ve en el duche que cualquiera en el dormitorio podría ver mucho que usted está desnudo, que vidrio congelado no bloqueó nada. Probablely fine if you are in the room alone or with a partner, but if you may have friends for acquaintances stop by while you're still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid... It's just kind of strange. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. También habría sido agradable tener más de dos toallas en la habitación.
Me quedaré aquí otra vez porque me disfruté de la atmósfera y la ubicación era perfecta para lo que necesito.

KkptgEl hotel de aeropuerto suele implicar sólo unos pocos requisitos para mí. El primero es una habitación limpia y cómoda. El segundo es un transbordador de aeropuerto. Este hotel era cómodo.
Sin embargo, me inscribí para un transbordador de 4 horas a la sugerencia del escritorio delantero. A las 3:55, llego a la escalera para el transbordador. A las 4:10 todavía nada. Pregunto a la persona del escritorio delantero que ahora está trabajando duro para hacer desayuno. Ella dice que no sabe nada, pero que normalmente la navegación sólo se desliza.
No volveré a repetir una estancia aquí porque es una simple exigencia y cada hotel de aeropuerto que tengo en torno a DIA ha sido capaz de cumplir.

UUsuario invitadoNice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big!
Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.

UUsuario invitadoRecomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, el personal fue increíble. Todos los miembros del personal que nos ayudaron fueron muy amables y serviciales. Viajamos desde Texas para fugarnos y queríamos registrarnos muy temprano, ¡no tenían nada más que lo esperado ya que llegamos a las 8 am! Aunque no tenían uno listo, ¡AÚN nos dieron desayuno gratis! ¡Además de eso, nos dieron bebidas gratis en el bar como regalo de recién casados! Nuevamente no se esperaba. El chef también salió más tarde cuando fuimos al bar por la noche y nos regaló un delicioso postre, este hotel nos hizo sentir bienvenidos en Colorado. Definitivamente derrotamos. Volveré.
