Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

Este hotel es bastante nuevo. Familia-friendly set up. Ideal para la estancia familiar y parejas también. La habitación era limpia. El hotel cuenta con pequeña cocina y completa con utensilios. Recomendamos y volveremos a cone.

El ruido del aire acondicionado es muy grande, está dormido toda la noche, no se puede dormir. El desayuno es muy sencillo, pero se puede comer. A 30 minutos a pie de la estación de la Unión 1.9km. A 10 minutos a pie de la valla parlamentaria. A la lado está el hotel Cayong, el hotel de arboles.

Reservé a través de Ctrip y reservé el mismo hotel el año pasado y este año. Vale la pena recomendar Instalaciones: Completas, incluyendo piscina y sala fitness. Higiene: limpia e higiénica. Medio ambiente: El hotel está al lado de la carretera principal y muy cerca de la autopista, lo que resulta muy conveniente para viajar sin conductor.
