Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

El hotel dispone de un lobby inmaculado y un personal amigable. La habitación estaba limpia con las comodidades típicas esperadas. No hay piscina ni desayuno gratis, pero este hotel se ha reunido con todo lo que necesito.

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

En mi habitación hay mucho polvo frente a su aire acondicionado. Me desconecté inmediatamente porque tengo alergias al polvo. Se ha desaparecido, pero su cama todavía era muy cómoda.

Fantástico lugar. Fui a Denver para una conferencia. Este hotel en el centro de Denver estaba muy cerca del lugar. Habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Muy agradable personal. También almacenaron mi equipaje antes de entrar. Recomendado!

Nos quedamos aquí por la noche. Fuimos al juego de béisbol y volvimos. Fue una estancia rápida y no pasó mucho tiempo en nuestra habitación. El hotel era muy limpio, el personal era amable, el check-in era suave y fácil. Pude firmar para la adhesión de Marriott.

Nuestra mayor denuncia es la ventana gigante que ve en el duche que cualquiera en el dormitorio podría ver mucho que usted está desnudo, que vidrio congelado no bloqueó nada. Probablely fine if you are in the room alone or with a partner, but if you may have friends for acquaintances stop by while you're still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid... It's just kind of strange. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. También habría sido agradable tener más de dos toallas en la habitación. Me quedaré aquí otra vez porque me disfruté de la atmósfera y la ubicación era perfecta para lo que necesito.

Great location and amenities for kids - pool and great playground. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and no one in my family got good sleep. Bed extremely firm and lumpy, pillows way too soft. Also, we used the parking garage which was very convenient the second night. It would have been nice to know that street parking is extremely limited, so paying for parking is kind of a must. It also would have been a nice touch in the parking instructions to mention looking for the “reserved for Kasa” parking spaces on the first level to the right. It’s not completely obvious and we ended up parking in a random spot and then later saw the signage. The parking instructions only stated to enter the garage and make sure to hang the parking pass visible- not that there were designated spots.

房間還好，就是早餐太單調。停車場很方便，入住的時候萬事達卡有點問題，最後重新下單用的visa的信用卡付款的，可能是渠道的問題。

El ambiente del hotel era muy agradable, limpio y ordenado, y la ubicación era excelente, con aparcamiento gratuito. Lo más importante es que olvidamos nuestras maletas en el vestíbulo al registrarnos y no las recordamos hasta el día siguiente al salir. Encontramos al personal de recepción, y su personal de objetos perdidos recuperó nuestras maletas. La gerencia del hotel fue excelente; incluso nos dieron dos galletas calientes como regalo de despedida. La única pega fue que las habitaciones eran un poco pequeñas.
