El hotel estaba en una ubicación excelente. El personal era útil y profesional. Cuando llegamos primero, nos confundimos porque el lobby del hotel está en el segundo piso, pero nos dirigíamos a donde necesitamos ir. La habitación no funcionaba, así que dejé saber al escritorio delantero para que pudieran reemplazarla. Creo que sería agradable ofrecer a los huéspedes cuando el techo no está alquilado.

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the filtered water station on our floor. It had several options and was very convenient. Guest services were excellent. Anytime we made a request, they handled it quickly and professionally. After the first night, housekeeping took our towels but didn’t replace them, so we had to call and ask for more. Thankfully, after that, we didn’t have any other towel issues. Housekeeping overall was a bit different than what I’m used to. They made the beds and handled the bathroom by emptying the trash, picking up dirty towels, and refilling tissues, but they didn’t take out the trash in the main room. Since we had a lot of takeout, that trash piled up pretty quickly. They also didn’t replenish items like used tea bags or glassware, which would’ve been helpful. We also had an issue with the fridge. It stayed warm for the first few days until we realized it hadn’t been turned on. Once we figured that out, it worked fine, but it would’ve been nice if it had been checked before we arrived. The hotel is in a beautiful location, which added to the overall experience. Despite the few small issues, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. I would absolutely book with them again!

The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. Excellent location with access to red and blue lines and bus networks. And in the centre of the city. A character building with spectacular internal decor. Especially popular with conferences. Room was spacious and included two doubles with usual amenities though we did have to ask for a kettle. Staff very friendly and check in was seamless despite being busy. Two niggles included a $25 daily fee that could be offset by discounts in various parts of the hotel. Though for us it was a tax as we did not want the discounted services. Also cleaning services invariably wanted to service the room when we were in it. Attempts to renegotiate cleaning times did not work and in the end we timed our absence from the room to when cleaners would want to clean room. A very good experience for us nevertheless.

El Hotel estaba fabulosamente ubicado en el Loop. La habitación que nos tocó era muy grande y aunque estaba un poco anticuado especialmente el baño, con cortina en la ducha, todavía a día de hoy, estaba muy limpio y un pequeño problema con el desagüe , lo solucionaron enseguida El personal muy educada, nos dejaron incluso dejar nuestras cosas el dia del check out, y tambien decir que el pub británico que esta abajo esta fenomenal, o paracomer, o para tomar una cuando llegas cansada de turismo. En definitiva , volvería. .

Este lugar está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, con transporte público conveniente y un ambiente agradable. El único inconveniente es que la habitación es un poco pequeña, pero en general estoy muy satisfecho. 👍👍👍👍🥹🥹🥹
