I had a really pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the value. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling. The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to. There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks. Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.

Sabaidee From South Korea I purposely booked a room here to find out some truth, and I saw the truth with my own eyes. The hotel staff are smiling and friendly, since the receptionist, restaurant staff , Housekeeping, the breakfast is good But the Internet was slow, so I walked in and out around the hotel to looking for Internet signals for work, then I found out with my own eyes that my Korean husband and his mistress ” Choi Suhee ” were staying at this hotel ㅎㅎㅎ giving me evidence of divorce, thanks to the slow Internet signal ㅋㅋㅋ Well, I've been very helpful and had a good time with my daughter, thanks to all the staff, if I have a chance, I'll go back with my new husband ㅋㅋ 저는 진실을 알아내기 위해 일부러 여기 방을 예약했고,호텔 직원들은 웃고 친절하게 대해주고 있습니다. 리셉션 직원, 레스토랑 직원 , 하우스키핑, 아침 식사도 맛있습니다. 하지만 인터넷 속도가 느려서 업무용 인터넷 신호를 찾기 위해 호텔을 들락날락 거렸습니다. 그러다 눈으로 보니 한국인 남편과 상간녀 ”최수희”가 이 호텔 ㅎㅎㅎ에 머물고 있다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 느린 인터넷 신호 ㅋㅋㅋ 덕분에 이혼 증거를 제시해 주었습니다. 모든 직원들 덕분에 큰 도움이 되었고 딸과 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 기회가 된다면 새 남편 ㅋㅋ와 함께 다시 가보겠습니다

The hotel has a very nice pool and room. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Although it was located outside the city center they also offer free rides in the evening and I took took costs very little.

⭐︎設備⚪︎ ⭐︎スタッフも⚪︎ 日本人でも心配ないクラスのホテルです。 フランス時代のレトロホテルがあればーとレトロが好きなのでこちらを予約。かなり綺麗なのでフランス時代の建物ではないかもだけど、パトゥーサイの近くに泊まりたかったのも選んだ理由の一つです。フランス時代古いガチ系なら三千円台でもいいかなーと思ってましたが、下調べで物価も安いし治安もちょっと気をつけろレベルとのことでしたので、安すぎる宿はやばいかなと、少し高めのこちらに。 昼間は藤井聡太くん似の優しそうだけどテキパキしたスタッフが対応してくれました。 予約時のリクエストも確認済みで、少しパトゥーサイの見える上の方の3階？上から二番目でした。 シンク等はアメリカンなんちゃら〜のやつで、それ以外の設備も日本メーカーだったりで安心感がありました。 流しやシャワーの詰まりもなかった。 シンプルだけど朝食付きで6千円台なら文句なしな感じ。 ただ、私の出国が23時台だったので チェックアウト後に荷物を預けて、可能であればスパか空き部屋のシャワーを借りたいと思ってました。 レイトチェックアウトが特典についてたので14時チェックアウトにして。 フロントの藤井聡太くん似の彼に朝食後に伝えると次のカスタマーがくるとのこと。 私はチェックアウトまで外出して戻って荷造りしてシャワーを浴びる予定でしたが、 14時前に次のカスタマーのスーツケースを私の部屋に置きにきました、、、 まさかそんなに早いとは思わず、、、 慌てて用意して14時頃に降りたけど次のカスタマーが彼に　もぅ15分も待ってるんだぞ！前の客はどーなってんだ！的に詰め寄ってました汗 準備の遅い私も悪いと思いますが、他の部屋はガラ空きなのに なんでわざわざ同じ部屋にしたんや、、、と思いました笑 コスト削減で稼働する部屋を決めてるのかもだけど。 掃除はきちんとしてる感じでしたし。 彼にお詫びのお菓子渡したけど苦笑いでした、、、 （因みに箱入りの千円以下のちょっとちゃんとしたやつ。でもホテル玄関のスタッフに抹茶のキットカットをお土産であげたんですが日本だと3、400円なのにラオスはショッピングモールで千円しててびっくりした） 荷物を預けてまた外出して、夜に戻ると別の30代から40代くらいの男性スタッフに変わってました。 藤井聡太くんがシャワーを借りるのにいくらか支払うと言ったらOKしてくれたのですが、金額がまだわからないとのことで、この人に聞いたら、この人もわからんとのこと。 でも藤井聡太くんが夜の人に聞いてってゆってたというと、夜のスタッフは50？といったように思ったので その時私は5万キップ（500円弱）でいいのか！やす！と思いつつ、 空き部屋の2階の部屋に通してくれました。 シャワーを浴びてる最中、支払額のやり取りの際に スタッフが　（シャワーを使ったら）掃除をしないといけないから〜　と言ってたのでもしかして15やったんかな！？ 私の勘違い！？ 六千円以上するホテルなので2千円程シャワー代に残してて。やっぱり15万（千五百円ほど）かなと 15万渡すと多すぎ、とのこと。10万でも多いと。 5万でよかったみたい。お釣りないとのことでしたが、その人が探しに行ってる間に、わたしの手持ちにあったので五万キップでいけました。でも本当は15万のような気が、、、（私の英語力がそんなになのでいつもは電卓で確認して交渉してる）安くなったからいいけど。 で、タクシーも呼んでくれるとのことで 頼んで、少しチップを渡しました。 アプリ（安い）で呼んだっぽくて、いくらかゆわれたんですが、よく聞き取れなくて　？って顔してると100（10万キップ）でいいって言ってくれました。また結局安くなった感じ このスタッフさんは普通にタクシーとかの人らと変わらん感じなのか、値切れてるっぽくてもやもやしました笑 まぁ安いのでいいんですが。 アプリなので普通のうーばー的な感じでしたが、支払いはドライバーに渡しました。スタッフさんが後でいくらかもらったのかは謎。 因みに空港からはタクシーの受付で130万ちょいだったので 帰りはそれより安いのは分かってましたかまだ100万キップならそこそこ安いのかなと言った感じ。アプリなら本当はもっと安いかもですが、、、 そこらへんはなんかモヤモヤしましたが、金額が知れてるのと とりあえずちゃんと対応してくれたので良いです。 ホテルからの観光は、歩いて直ぐにパトゥーサイがあるのでそこでトゥクトゥクが拾えます。ただ、公園の手前でポツンと路上で休んでる人とか少し外れた場所の方がいいかも。公園の中のメイン的な人らはいくら？って聞いたらかなりぼったくり価格だったので交渉すらする気にならなかった。（数百円の距離を千円以上でゆってくる） あと備品は水、シャンプー、ボディーソープはOKなレベル。普段シャンプー類は持参のものを使うのですが手洗い石鹸は今回使わせてもらったら、あまり泡立たなかったので参考までに。 ベットは結構高さがあるので背の低い人や車椅子の人は乗るのが大変かも。椅子も高かったような、、、 バルコニーは素敵だった！

Apartamentos de alta calidad con piscina grande. Las habitaciones son grandes y confortables. Algunas cosas que faltan como una toalla de piscina segura. La primera habitación que tuvimos fue no limpia y no servida. La habitación estaba bien equipada. Huele a funkie en la cocina, zona de baño. Los limpiadores vinieron todos los días, pero fueron un poco golpeados y perdidos.

Llegué a Vientián, Laos, en viaje de negocios y quería elegir un hotel donde la recepción hablara chino. Vi que este hotel ofrecía servicio en chino y que se podía pagar con WeChat Alipay, lo cual fue muy conveniente. El joven de recepción fue amable y atento. El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, muy cerca del Templo That Luan, el Arco del Triunfo y la embajada en el centro de Vientián, a no más de 10 minutos a pie, lo que facilita mucho las compras y la gastronomía. El hotel cuenta con un restaurante con un buen desayuno y una piscina infinita en la azotea. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, y cuenta con lavadora y nevera, imprescindibles para quienes viajan por negocios y desean una estancia prolongada. La habitación es amplia y es una suite, con mucho espacio para actividades y un ambiente acogedor. Hay varios bancos junto a la puerta, y el hotel está justo detrás del Banco Industrial y Comercial de China y del Banco China-Laos. Se siente muy seguro. Se puede ver el Arco del Triunfo desde la intersección del Banco Industrial y Comercial de China, y es muy práctico para ir a cualquier parte. Lo recomiendo; es una experiencia de alojamiento muy agradable.

¡El hotel tiene una buena relación calidad-precio! El ambiente es hermoso y hay una piscina en el tercer piso. La ubicación es buena, el transporte es conveniente, las habitaciones son cómodas e higiénicas y el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta y está dispuesto a brindar todo tipo de ayuda. Las instalaciones son muy fáciles de usar y la velocidad y la señal de Internet son buenas. El servicio gratuito de recogida y devolución proporcionado por el hotel (es necesario concertar una cita con el hotel con antelación) es muy recomendable y se quedará aquí la próxima vez.

Overall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

The rooms are nice, wifi is good.. but housekeepers are too loud during their works. Banging doors, dragging chair and shouting each other. I stayed there for 2 days and it happened on both days 😂
