Прекрасный отель с очень удобным расположением в городе. Отель новый, только что открылся. Поэтому есть шанс поспать на абсолютно новом матрасе и на чистейшем хрустящем постельном белье. Отель предоставляет завтрак на крыше отеля, достаточно скромный шведский стол, но есть всё необходимое (растворимый кофе, соки, яйца, хлеб, джем, сосиски горячий Фо Бо и холодный жареный рис, фрукты). Особо хочу отметить работу персонала. Девушки и парни чрезвычайно отзывчивые, добрые и улыбчивые, готовые в любой момент оказать помощь гостю. Спасибо им огромное за их труд и работу. Ребята, вы действительно молодцы! Особое спасибо владельцу отеля, который предложил в качестве комплимента бесплатный трансфер от отеля на вокзал, а потом благополучно об этом забыл 😂👍🏼

I had a really pleasant stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the value. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The woman at reception was so kind and made check-in feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated after traveling. The property itself is beautiful—the pool area is a standout. It’s well-designed, relaxing, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. The room was also a great size, with plenty of space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. Also it was an 8 -12 minute ride to the airport (depending on the time of day) which made it super easy to get to. There are also a lot of good food options nearby. I found myself going back to one restaurant, The White Elephant, multiple times—it had a great vibe, good music, food, and drinks. Breakfast was included at the hotel and had a mix of Asian and Western options—things like eggs, toast, fruit, and juices. It was simple but did the job. If you're someone looking for a more customizable or traditional Western breakfast (like bacon, made-to-order eggs, etc.), you might want to go out, but I found it perfectly sufficient. One morning they even had a pasta dish that was surprisingly delicious. The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. The shower door looked like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a while, and I noticed some staining on the mattress pad under the sheets. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something that could easily be improved and would make a big difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The staff, the pool, and the location made it a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying again.

Llegué a Vientián en tren. Había dos autobuses recogiendo pasajeros frente a la estación. Uno era un minibús que iba al mercado nocturno (30.000 kips) y el otro, un autobús público que iba a la Estación Central de Autobuses de Vientián (25.000 kips). El minibús que iba al mercado nocturno estaba lleno, así que tomé el que iba a la Estación Central de Autobuses. Al consultar Google Maps, el que iba al mercado nocturno era el transporte correcto. Eran casi las 21:00 cuando llegué a la estación de autobuses. Tenga en cuenta que la recepción cierra a las 22:00. Tomé un tuk-tuk por 50.000 kips (regateé desde 100 kips). El precio del viaje fue de 30.000 kips cuando tomé un coche desde el hostal de vuelta a la estación de autobuses para tomar el autobús 12 a la estación de tren de Vientián (Khamsavath). Tenga en cuenta que esta es una estación de tren diferente a la de la que llegué. Esa estación es utilizada por el tren Laos-China, mientras que la estación de Khamsavath es utilizada por el tren Laos-Tailandia. Lo anterior describe la ubicación del hostal en relación con las estaciones de tren y la Estación Central de Autobuses. En cuanto a la habitación en la tercera planta (¿era la segunda? Bueno, estaba en la planta más alta) que me asignaron, hay espacio suficiente para 6 camas (3 de dos pisos). Mi ropa de cama estaba impecablemente limpia. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. El personal que me registró me ayudó con mi equipaje, lo cual agradecí mucho. También me indicó las instalaciones. Los baños y los aseos están en la planta baja. Están limpios. El baño que usé no tenía gel de ducha, jabón ni champú. No revisé los demás. La zona común está detrás de la recepción, en la planta baja. Tiene aire acondicionado y asientos cómodos. Hay un dispensador de agua fría. De nuevo, se agradece mucho. En una carpeta sobre un escritorio frente a la recepción hay información sobre transporte, tarifas y horarios de autobuses públicos. ¡Súper útil! El dueño (supuse que era él) tuvo la amabilidad de ayudarme a llamar un coche a la estación central. Salió con el calor a buscar el coche y se despidió de mí. Son detalles personales como este los que alegran el corazón. Sí, es un hostal que recomendaría. Las dos fotos adjuntas eran información expuesta en las paredes de la zona común, lo cual me resultó útil.

A solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

Llegué a Vientián, Laos, en viaje de negocios y quería elegir un hotel donde la recepción hablara chino. Vi que este hotel ofrecía servicio en chino y que se podía pagar con WeChat Alipay, lo cual fue muy conveniente. El joven de recepción fue amable y atento. El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, muy cerca del Templo That Luan, el Arco del Triunfo y la embajada en el centro de Vientián, a no más de 10 minutos a pie, lo que facilita mucho las compras y la gastronomía. El hotel cuenta con un restaurante con un buen desayuno y una piscina infinita en la azotea. La habitación está limpia y ordenada, y cuenta con lavadora y nevera, imprescindibles para quienes viajan por negocios y desean una estancia prolongada. La habitación es amplia y es una suite, con mucho espacio para actividades y un ambiente acogedor. Hay varios bancos junto a la puerta, y el hotel está justo detrás del Banco Industrial y Comercial de China y del Banco China-Laos. Se siente muy seguro. Se puede ver el Arco del Triunfo desde la intersección del Banco Industrial y Comercial de China, y es muy práctico para ir a cualquier parte. Lo recomiendo; es una experiencia de alojamiento muy agradable.

La ubicación del hotel no es fácil de encontrar. Hay que pedirle a alguien que lo entregue en la gasolinera. Se actualizó a una suite de lujo y la decoración interior es similar a la de un hotel económico nacional. Las instalaciones internas están completas. El rendimiento general en términos de costos es aceptable

**Excellent value, great location and impressive facilities** Overall, this hotel offers very strong value for money and was one of the most convenient places I stayed in Vientiane. The location is excellent. The hotel is in a very practical central area, with two large shopping complexes nearby and the morning market on the other side. Everything you may need is easy to access: shops, food, basic services and deliveries. For a European traveller, the location is especially convenient, and it would be difficult to find a much better area for this price. The facilities were also a pleasant surprise. The gym is spacious, air-conditioned and equipped with modern machines. Next to it, there is a large outdoor swimming pool with enough space for both adults and children, as well as sun loungers around the pool area. There is also a sauna. It felt a bit worn and could have been hotter, but I still enjoyed using it after the gym. I stayed on the 13th floor and the view was one of the highlights of the stay. From one side, there was a beautiful view of the Mekong River and nearby temples, and from the other side, a view toward Patuxai. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which added to the overall value. There are a few areas that could be improved. The rooms did not have convenient international or European-style power sockets, so I had to buy an adapter. Also, not all elevators were working at times, which sometimes caused long waiting times. English communication at the reception was limited, which may be inconvenient for international guests. Despite these issues, I think the hotel is excellent for its price. With its location, gym, pool, views and included breakfast, it is a very strong option in Vientiane and I would recommend it.

Overall the hotel is okay, but the air conditioning in my room was not cool at all. I turned it on at 16°C from 6pm until 10pm and it was still not cool. I called the reception several times and they didn't answer. I had to go down and ask them to come and look. When the staff came up to look, they said they would change the room for me, which was very late and I didn't want to waste time packing my bags and moving rooms, so I didn't change rooms. However, I think that a hotel of this level should check the readiness of the room before letting customers stay. The Wi-Fi is also quite slow. Personally, I am not very impressed with the price I paid.

My favorite Vientiane hotel of all time. The service is incredibly excellent without any expectations. The staffs all are very helpful especially Tam and Na . The room is spacious, despite the hotel building is behind another building but peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel. will comeback again. Thank for a smooth and wonderful service.
