超出我意料之外非常之好的一間溫泉酒店！ 首先這裏每間房都有自己的私人風呂，私隱十足，隨時隨地可以浸溫泉！ 酒店內環境優美！ 影相出片！ 碰巧遇到雪景，簡直就係錦上添花！ 另外，房間設備齊全，而且10分乾淨！ 另外冬天去的我們是周圍都有暖爐，廁所都有，非常窩心！ 我們是一泊兩食，食物好好食 ！ 食物非常有特色，感覺到餐廳的用心！ 非常滿意！ 職員態度10分好，有善親和，令我有一種賓至如歸的感覺。 交通方面，我們原本打算開車過來，但是因為天氣問題取消了租車。 我們坐火車到 yufu eki，提前與酒店預約shuttle，10 分鐘左右就到達了酒店！ 總括嚟講係一間非常之推薦的珍寶酒店！ 之後會再返嚟！

真的很推的一家一泊二食溫泉旅館！ 地點雖說偏遠，但正是因為人煙不多，這家酒店才十間房， 所以可以寧靜地休息享受溫泉和空間！ 我們住的萌黃房，自己一小戶兩層，有私人風呂之餘原來可以用酒店的家族風呂每間房可以約兩次！不用額外付款，只需付稅，幾百日圓。 超推薦去酒店的家族風呂，我選了右邊那間露天溫泉，可以觀賞到由布岳，選在清晨去浸的話，更可以看到日光照到山頂紅紅的！很享受！ 吃飯不是在食堂，而是設有獨立包廂非常雅緻！真的很有空間！食物質素很高，後來上網查看才知道是米芝蓮級的懷石料理！大分牛很好吃！擺盤也因應季節增添了紅葉有幾分秋意，好吃之餘拍照打卡也一百分！ 房間是很傳統的和屋，是我一直很想體驗的那種！雖然說是傳統，但不會殘舊保養得很好！一進屋還有很香的檀木味，令人身心舒暢！ 服務也是相當好！貼心有體！ 這間溫泉旅館的質素絕對對得起他的價錢 ！

We checked in on 15 Jan, 2026 and planned to stay at the hotel for a nite. When we arrived the railway station , we walked around for a while and got a taxi outside the railway station to the hotel without paying the fare. Probably the hotel had arranged with the taxi drivers in that area that they will pay the fare directly. The check-in procedure is easy and comfy. 2 staff lead us to our room 小樓球。It’s a very nice room with 2 private onsen. The spring water is nice and made our skin very smooth. The hotel had arranged enough drinks for us, 3 alcoholic and 3 nonalcoholic. We had our dinner at ard 7pm. The presentation of the good is very good & eye catching. However, the quality of the sashimi was not very fresh. Taste of the tuna was a bit fishy and it’s wet and found bloody water after picked it up from the dish😓. I don’t eat beef and the hotel changed the 5 pcs of wagu to 3pcs of eel which didn’t taste very well. Not sure whether they grill it or not. Also they changed the beef that served with rice to miso and I didn’t think it’s fair enough. The breakfast on the next morning was up to standard. Bread was fresh and hot. Egg and sausage were quite good. Overall, service is good but the standard of dinner made me disappointed as I had informed the hotel at least one week before check-in and I think they have ample of time to adjust the menu for me. I’ve been to some other hotspring hotels with same request of not eating beef. They had changed my menu to chicken, pork or seafood like fish or shrimp and provide the equivalent size of meat for replacement.

這棟老宅有390年、因此環境非常清幽有詩意，建造時非常尊重文物的保護，修繕新增的設施與舊建築完全無違和，但相對來說房間擺設很有歷史年代感、花色都很復古，也有點瘆人，過於敏感體質的人需要慎入； 另外需要特別提醒，像我們入住輔樓時，有獨立的私湯，但也存在管理安全的風險，私湯能連通房間與戶外，並且與公共區域沒有完全隔離，導致我們的皮夾丟失了一半的現金，應該是服務人員拿的，一離開酒店後我們付錢時就發現了，拿出錢包只有抵達時付車費、離開付車費，其他我們待在旅店內根本不用現金，所以一下就發現了，但因為沒有完整的監控系統，錢也找不回來了，回國時間原因也沒法報警，懷疑是酒店內有慣犯，也只拿走皮夾內一半的現鈔，不容易察覺； 總之老建築的景色風情好，但安全性跟服務便利性比較低，夜晚也比較荒，沒有住過溫泉旅店經驗者可以試試，但我們以後不會選擇了！當初應該選擇旁邊的界😂

La casa de la ciudad es un hotel de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Apreciamos la generosidad del host para proporcionar acompañamientos y toallas, lo que hace que nuestra estancia sea aún más memorable.  La cama es cómoda y las toallas también son de buena calidad. Además, nos disfrutamos también de la lavadora y secador, así que podemos tener ropa fresca limpia todos los días! Muy pensado!  En general, es una estupenda estancia en Sokaku Residence y le recomendamos encarecidamente reservar aquí!

The shuttle pick up from train station is very helpful. Everyone at the facility have been so friendly and helpful.  Then in room Onsen was pampering.  Our room was very spacious and we had a wonderful and relaxing time. The photo taking part when we checked out was a nice touch.  Will be nice if we were able to learn more about the history of this facility and how the family started this business.   Have already recommended this place to my friends who will be coming next week.

Located near the beginning of Yufuin street where you can find all the restaurants. Rooms, lobby, public bath are.quite large in size, slightly jaded look (social distancing stickers still on lobby floor and lift, hotel staff should quickly remove) enough parking on site. Easy to walk about. Umbrellas available for loan. Opposite the hotel is a laundrymart. Family mart and 7-11 available in Yufuin main street areas.

Spacious private house containing living room, dining room, bedroom, toilet, and shower room. The most impressive part is the private onsen, we could enjoy our own family private time with peace. The served breakfast and dinner were nice, dinner portion is big. Free parking just 30 second walking distance from the villa. Free flow drinking at common room.

Hotel muy sofisticado, boutique con estilo contemporáneo y minimalista y diseño de instalaciones. El hotel dispone de 24 horas de cocina privada, muy acogedor y adecuado para las parejas y las vacaciones familiares. Todos los champú, lavado corporal, loción y tonico son sabor de lavender y hechos en Japón, muy bonito. Incluso hay 2 km de distancia a la estación YuFuin, pero a lo largo de la línea de tren de la selva YuFuin, puedes pasear por zonas residenciales muy locales, puedes sentir la cultura lova. Tanto el desayuno como la cena son muy agradables y tienen una buena comida sentir 👍 Recomendación para los visitantes que conducen aquí.
