This place offers a private hot spring and is truly one of the best places to stay. Everything was great—the host was very welcoming, and the place was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. It's conveniently located, just a short 5–10 minute walk from the train station, and close to supermarkets and tourist spots. I absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it!

SsmilinglilwenThis must be the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in Japan. It is a traditional Ryokan with 3 Private Onsen available for reservation upon arrival. The scenery and ambience around the hotel were peaceful & very gorgeous. The mountain view from our room was fantastic. Besides, it took less than 10 mins walking distance to the famous Kinrik Lake! 😌🎐 Each guest could pick a 👘 for free too. The services was great and the staffs were attentive too.
We stored all our biggest luggages at Yufuin Station and only brought along light luggage because it is far away from station. Gentle reminder for the guest to book a taxi at least one day earlier before your departure. By the way, it was a lucky morning when it started to snow during our ryokan checked out! It made the Ryokan looked even more amazing! ❄️
The only regret was breakfast and dinner were both unavailable during reservation and there is no ryokan contact was available before arrival. It would be 100% if I were to taste the すきやき, Sukiyaki! 🥩🍲

JJT MYUn precioso hotel boutique con un servicio verdaderamente personalizado. La ubicación es perfecta: a un paso de la calle principal de tiendas y a un corto paseo del lago. La cena está bellamente presentada, con una sucesión interminable de platos cuidadosamente seleccionados. Dispones de tres onsen privados compartidos. Lo que más me impresionó fue el servicio excepcional. Un agradecimiento especial a Amy. Tuve un problema de salud y ella se tomó la molestia de llevarme al hospital y facilitó la comunicación con el personal. Se esforzó por asegurarse de que estuviera bien atendida y cómoda durante mi estancia. También quiero destacar a Apple por su excelente servicio durante la cena, así como a la gerente, Malika, y a una señora de la cafetería, quienes fueron muy atentas y serviciales. Hicieron de este viaje una experiencia verdaderamente memorable.

UUsuario invitadoStaying at this hot spring hotel during cherry blossom season created wonderful memories for my family and me. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service—just a quick call from the station, and within 10 minutes, a car arrives to take guests directly to the hotel.
The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. Upon noticing that my father was using a cane, they kindly arranged a room for us without stairs, ensuring a more comfortable stay. The accommodation was spacious, featuring a private onsen and a massage chair, which made the experience even more relaxing. Since the hotel is near the mountains, there were a few insects, but it wasn’t a major issue.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and in the morning, guests could get fresh milk with breakfast. The hotel’s location was ideal—just a short distance from the shopping street and Lake Kinrin, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

EEinfachDillonThe hostel was very nice and had a cozy charm to it. I also met some very nice people there. There is an Onsen in the hostel, and you can get a satisfying breakfast for around 800 Yen. The owner was very kind and offers evening walks (which I highly recommend) and a ride to the station in the morning. The only downside is that it's an around 30 minutes walk uphill from Floral Village, but the view from there is worth it.
All in all I highly recommend it!

UUsuario invitadoEstá a más de 2 kilómetros de la estación de tren de Yufuin y requiere un taxi. El entorno del hotel está cuidadosamente diseñado y mantenido, y el entorno circundante es natural. Por la noche, algunos ciervos permanecen entre los arrozales, como un país de hadas. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables con completas instalaciones. Taxi gratuito a la salida. La comida muy buena, tanto el desayuno como la cena estupendos. En comparación, Ureshino Ya88 está completamente aplastado.

TTraveller JTLove their open air onsen and the location is just opposite to the train station. If u wish to stay at Yufuin, this place is a good choice with the amount of money they charge for a night as the price of the hotel in Yufuin if relatively more expensive than Beppu. The room is abit dark, during my stay one of the lights is not functioning, but I still think it worth the price and I decided to extend another night here after I checked in.

UUsuario anónimoThe accommodation is beautiful, the surrounding atmosphere is good, and there is an onsen hot spring to soak in. The food is delicious. **But what I am not very impressed with is the control of other service providers. Mostly, 99% on the day I stayed were Koreans who were not very polite. They did not know even the etiquette and rules of using the public hot spring. I am not sure if the owner of the accommodation has informed the rules of using the hot spring, which is something I cannot accept. They were loud, threw the earbuds on the floor, and were not orderly. They also wore shoes in the common area of the dressing room in the hot spring. I was very disappointed. It was a rather disappointing vacation, even though it should have been a good day for me. I lost the mood to soak in the atmosphere. I did not even have the heart to take pictures of the atmosphere with the accommodation.
