Lovely studio apartment with kitchenette. Comfortable bed and decent night's sleep considering we were right in the city centre. One of our studios was at tye front of tye building with a better view. The studio at the back was not such a good view. Easy to get to lots of places with the Subway nearby . We also got a taxi to Pollock Park and the Burrell Collection. Enjoy this wonderful city with all it's amenities and vibrant night life.

Great hotel, room was really clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Great facilities and staff very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maldron and felt it was great value overall. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance but also slightly away from the main high street so it was nice and peaceful at night. There were also loads of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, offering loads of cuisine choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived, I realised I had accidentally booked one of our rooms as a double room when we needed a twin. After just a quick call to reception the staff found us a twin room within minutes, and were even mindful of keeping our families on the same floor for convenience which we hugely appreciated. The rooms themselves were very clean, modern and spacious enough for the two of us and our suitcases. The sound proofing was pretty decent too, and there was minimal noise from the corridor/outside apart from a few doors banging in the morning as guests left. Other highlights include: a very good shower where you can switch between a rainfall + handheld head, plugs on both sides of the bed (an essential these days!) and a comfortable bed. The TV system is a little dated in my opinion, however it does allow casting which was a bonus. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a mid-low budget stay.

Excellent location, superbly clean, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, all amenities one could think of. What else is required. I travell a lot and this one is one of my favourite.😊😊😃😃

The service was next level, with us going to get a taxi at one point outside the hotel and a staff member coming out to put an umbrella over us. The inside was probably the cleanest hotel we have been in with booking the executive room the space in the room was very big, the mirrors are excellent along with the shower being rainfall and having the normal head as well. I’d 100% book a room with a complimentary mini bar since they don’t just re-fill the drinks the re-fill the snacks. You must try the food as well being one of the best breakfasts we’ve had, along with room service we ordered a burger that was to die for. One of our favourite memories will be in the outside smoking/bar lounge being in Glasgow listening to the rain while wrapped in blankets under heated lights smoking a cigar drinking fine wine created the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. They also set your blind and bed and everything to exactly how you like it honestly this hotel is the real deal.

I feel bad about this review as the staff were very friendly but it wasn’t a good stay. First of all I asked about parking and they told me they would validate parking if I used the Cambridge Street car park around the corner. This turned out to be closed due to road works and I ended up driving around one-way systems for 20+ minutes first trying to get in, and then trying to find an alternative spot. The TV in my room didn’t work and I heard another guest complaining about the same thing.  The shower didn’t have hot water at 7.30am! I left it running for ages and it barely even got to lukewarm.  Also, there was no kettle. I think this tipped me over the edge.

Habitación estupenda, muy espaciosa y con vistas increíbles al río y al SEC. Algunos detalles básicos, como el panel del aire acondicionado muy antiguo y la puerta del baño y el asiento del inodoro de baja calidad, resultaron un poco sorprendentes. Además, la ubicación de los enchufes es un verdadero engorro; para preparar té hay que levantar toda la bandeja y poner la tetera junto a la cama. El frigorífico tampoco estaba enchufado y, si quería usarlo, creo que tenía que sacarlo del todo. Aparte de estos pequeños detalles, mi estancia fue estupenda y agradezco los aperitivos y el agua de cortesía.
