«My stay at Safestay Charing Cross was excellent. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of London and within walking distance of many major attractions, restaurants, and public transport links. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The hostel was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all tidy and comfortable. I especially appreciated the effort the staff put into keeping everything organized and welcoming. The service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer questions or give recommendations about places to visit nearby. Their positive attitude really made the experience even better. The facilities were also great, with comfortable communal spaces where travelers can relax or meet others. The overall atmosphere felt safe, relaxed, and perfect for solo travelers like myself. I would definitely recommend Safestay Charing Cross to anyone visiting London. It offers a great combination of location, cleanliness, friendly service, and good facilities. I would happily stay here again on my next trip.»

Fantástico
VvicchenggWe enjoyed our stay at the Maldron and felt it was great value overall. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance but also slightly away from the main high street so it was nice and peaceful at night. There were also loads of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, offering loads of cuisine choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived, I realised I had accidentally booked one of our rooms as a double room when we needed a twin. After just a quick call to reception the staff found us a twin room within minutes, and were even mindful of keeping our families on the same floor for convenience which we hugely appreciated. The rooms themselves were very clean, modern and spacious enough for the two of us and our suitcases. The sound proofing was pretty decent too, and there was minimal noise from the corridor/outside apart from a few doors banging in the morning as guests left. Other highlights include: a very good shower where you can switch between a rainfall + handheld head, plugs on both sides of the bed (an essential these days!) and a comfortable bed. The TV system is a little dated in my opinion, however it does allow casting which was a bonus. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a mid-low budget stay.

LLee S TBuena ubicación, justo enfrente de Buchanan Street y la zona comercial de St. Enoch. La estación Glasgow Centra está a unos 8 minutos a pie y la estación de metro de St. Enoch, a 2 minutos. De todas formas, es muy práctico. Los supermercados Tesco y Lindl están a solo 2 o 3 minutos a pie, así que puedes comprar algo para cocinar en el apartotel si lo deseas. La despensa de la habitación cuenta con microondas, hervidor de agua, vajilla, vasos, etc. Hay una lavandería con lavadora y secadora (se paga aparte £3+£3). El estado actual es el mismo que en las fotos. También es maravilloso pasear por la orilla del río, que está a una manzana del hotel. Hay pubs cerca del hotel, pero no se oye el ruido con la ventana cerrada y el aire acondicionado encendido. Éramos 4 personas: dos dormimos en la habitación y las otras dos en el sofá cama del salón. Una estancia agradable y muy recomendable.

JjerrymomLa habitación está limpia y ordenada, está equipada con muebles elegantes, el servicio de recepción es atento y el autoservicio se siente bien. La ubicación está muy cerca de las dos Queen Streets y de la estación central de trenes, y justo al otro lado de la puerta se encuentra el Scottish Flirting Buffet Hotpot and BBQ, particularmente delicioso y asequible. Nos alojamos dos noches seguidas.

RRRosssWe stayed at Sandman for its proximity to Hydro for a concert. In that regard the location was good, an easy 20 minute walk. Glasgow is super hilly so be aware if you’re walking anywhere. The hotel was very good, excellent breakfast, superb nice staff. Clean rooms, fit my family of 4 well enough!

The location is actually great, right next to the sec , and plenty of options for getting into town. It's a big hotel, so lobby and bar were buzzing at all times.

MMikethetravellingscouserHampton by Hilton, Glasgow Central is located on West Campbell Street and this truly is right in the heart of the city centre! Located just around the corner from the bustling shopping street of Sauchiehall Street, you’ve got everything you need at your disposal within walking distance of this hotel! Even Glasgow’s Central station is just a short 10 minute walk away - ideal if you’re coming in from another such as Liverpool like I was! A double room in this hotel is a fair size. To maximise on the space, Hampton by Hilton have removed wardrobes and cupboards and have replaced them with walk-in spaces. It works - the L shaped room can feel a little cosy at first, but once you’ve passed through the corridor, the main area where the bed and TV is feels quite spacious. The breakfast provided - which is free for all guests - is to a great standard. Make sure you try out the fresh waffles which come as standard in Hampton by Hilton hotels. The breakfast area isn’t huge though, so if you come around 8.30/9am, space might be limited! There’s also a fitness suite in the hotel which has a good range of equipment available. No windows in there though! Some areas for improvement - the room could do with a bit of refurbishment as the furniture is looking quite tired in parts and there are a lot of scratches and dirty marks on the walls. The room is very functional rather than a luxurious stay. Having said that, Hampton by Hilton is not marketing itself as a luxury brand. It’s firmly in the budget hotel bracket, probably at a similar standard to Premier Inn - which certainly isn’t a bad thing! Another thing to note - if you stay here during the weekend, it could be noisy. There are three nightclubs right near the hotel and on a Saturday night, the noise didn’t stop until 2.30am and this meant we didn’t get much sleep one night. However, the staff were very helpful when we flagged it with them the next morning and gave a credit for a free night’s stay at any Hampton by Hilton! All in all, this hotel is a good base to stay whilst exploring Glasgow. It’s functional, it does the job and you’re going to be well fed during breakfast. True, there are areas for improvement, but this shouldn’t impact your overall experience too much!

TTadiwa WazaraQuedarse aquí hasta que sea un placer absoluto. A pesar de tener algunos problemas con las cerraduras de las puertas del hotel, el personal fue rápido en ayudar y organizó un cambio de habitación para solucionar el inconveniente. El personal por sí solo es la razón principal por la que regresaría porque todos fueron amables, acogedores y dispuestos a ayudar.

NNo_return_dateVery basic stay but not cheap. Room is big and the bed is pretty nice but carpet and table needs a refresh. Bathroom was pretty antiquated but adequate. It is a walk to city center but there are a bunch of clubs and restaurants right around the corner from the hotel. Subway stop is literally right next to the hotel.
