Macdonald Crutherland House

El hotel está situado en las afueras de Glasgow. Es muy alto para descansar después de bajar de las tierras altas. También hay deliciosos platos asiáticos a 3 kilómetros a la redonda. Las habitaciones son muy sencillas y cálidas. Tiene amplios espacios de estacionamiento. Cuando fui al restaurante de desayuno, descubrí que no había cara asiática. Fue una buena experiencia local.

Pasar la noche en un hotel cercano para salir de noche Habitación perfecta con buenas instalaciones. Buen desayuno a la mañana siguiente Volvería a utilizar este hotel

這是一家讓滿意的酒店，環境絕佳，非常安靜。酒店前台小妹很不錯，晚餐略貴都量很足。酒店內部裝飾了很多畫。唯一不足是wifi不給力。

We had our wedding at Macdonald Crutherland house on 22.06.24 it was the most magical and fun day we could have asked for. We love this hotel so much and glad we picked it as our wedding venue. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. A special mention to Rebecca who was our wedding coordinator this girl is amazing and on the ball with everything. Nothing was too much for her to arrange or help me with. From start to finish she was a superstar!! On the day Emily was there for me and Scott to get married. I hadn't spent much time with Emily before but she was so nice and literally became my best friend on the day. She was so helpful and patient with me ( I was one of those brides haha ). I wish we could do it all over again !!! I love every minute. I also want to mention Barry really nice guy and hard working. I'm already looking forward to going back for our 1 year anniversary !! What can I say they are all amazing If your considering booking anywhere for your wedding venue or even a night away. Do it at the Crutherland!! Don't even hesitate just do it. You won't be disappointed Thanks again !! Missing use already xx

I booked Crutherland House Hotel for our school’s Summer Prom this year, and we had a fantastic night in the hotel’s ballroom! Massive thank you to Rebecca for organising our event so well, and to all the staff who helped set up, the room looked gorgeous! Staff was lovely, and Rebecca really helped me with all my questions and needs, I couldn’t have asked for more! Also want to give a special shout-out to Jackie, for being such a lovely manager/ waitress. She was dancing to the music when serving us dinner and really made our night! The food was great, and accommodated all dietary requirements, no one was rushed to finish their course and everything just flowed really well! Rebecca and the team really made our last prom (for some of us) a really memorable one! Highly recommended, and thanks again :)

We’ve had great stay Susan is excellent at breakfast credit to your hotel she’s polite professional and fantastic with everyone food is delicious staff lovely we would defo come back and stay ❤️pool was fine my boy loved gym great place to stay loved the surroundings to the fire and tree beautiful 🤩

My Mum and I went to Crutherland Hotel today 14/10/24 for a spa day. I honestly can’t begin to say how fantastic it was. From the minute we stepped through the door we were met with the warmest welcome. We used the pool and facilities, they were great and it was surprisingly quiet which was brilliant. We had afternoon tea which was excellent. A great selection of sandwiches, cakes and freshly baked hot scones. Next it was time for our treatments. I had a 55 minute facial and a 25 massage. My mum had a 55 minute facial. The treatments were amazing. All the staff we came across were super pleasant. Special mention to Beth at the spa reception. She was so helpful, and just delightful. Look forward to returning.

We were aware roadworks were at the site but nobody informed us the road would be fully closed when we got there and had to get out of the car to ask a stranger as no staff outside to advise anyone. Staff would not take us to the spa, we got lost and told the staff who then just repeated the directions verbally and didn’t bother getting up to show us, Freezing cold, paintwork peeling off on multiple walls and ceilings, staff not interested, someone had sat at the table with our name on it and the afternoon tea tray was empty as if someone had ate ours before they realised and brought a new one, not one person asked how everything was, probably because they know what the answer would be, kids splashing in the pool and nobody stopping them, men taking samples of the water while we were still in it, the spa “blankets” that were put on us during our treatment were WET AND OILY AND UNCLEAN and a scratchy decorative cushion was given to us for our necks instead of a proper cushion, afternoon tea quality was diabolical and minuscule, we have already complained to the company and they’ve ignored it so far. We want a refund as it was a horrendous experience for the amount of money we paid for this garbage. Does not even deserve the 1 star.
