We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

We enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent. Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep. Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice. We had tea and cake provided which was very nice. Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good. I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition. Most staff efficient but not overly friendly. Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space. Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis. Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area. Would stay again for sure.

Al entrar se le dijo el desayuno hasta 10 am El día siguiente de la mañana estaba llegando a tomar el desayuno con los niños a las 9:40 aparentemente demasiado tarde. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. También, sentí intimidado por el teice de personal de piscina en 2 días diferentes preguntandome quién soy y somos los huéspedes ? ¿Pensaron que yo estaba caminando aleatoriamente de la calle? Shocking! Me sentí desagradable y sentí en vergüenza frente a otros porque tenía que comprobar que soy invitado y que había pagado por estar aquí: ¡No es un servicio de 4 estrellas! Viajo por el mundo, pero aquí me sentí bien ****** o discriminación no estaba segura de lo que se sentía raro. El hotel está muy cerca de la piscina interior y del spa. El baño ducha terrible no podía ni siquiera lavarme el pelo de la jabón.

We have just come back from a lovely weekend stay at the Marsham. The outdoor pool was a highlight, clean, warm and hours of fun! It was also a sun trap so lovely to sit around too. Literally 5 min to the beach and another 5 to pavilion gardens, a fab location too. In addition the staff were all lovely and helpful- they were smiley and happy to be there, which makes such a difference when you’re away (Odelia at the bar and the man who checked us in on Friday afternoon, we’re especially lovely. Also the hotel had a lovely mix of ages, families and couples- the accessibility features for everyone were amazing- such an inclusive place. Thank you for making our weekend so lovely!

The hotel was lovely. Room was very clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. The only negative thing I will say is that we were in the annex not the main hotel and the main doors and lift were out of order. Apart from that our stay was very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Stone Hotel in Bournemouth. The location is amazing and very convenient, and the hotel is clean. The staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, professional, and always smiling, which really made a difference. A special mention to Afria at reception, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great and served in a lovely restaurant downstairs, making for a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Dijana

The hotel is quite old it’s not new and the amenities are not good at all they are no soaps some of the room heater doesn’t work we had to switch three rooms cause they were many issues going on but the service was good but not the worth the price

staff were wonderful however, the inside and outside pool closed. the sauna was closed. the hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating. no air condition in very small roon, no place for your luggage, the room was that small. no phone in the bedroom. im disabled and was on the first floor, no lift to that floor. they do not cater for the disabled and there are lots of steps. the place was shabby, everywhere needed painting. the table and chairs outside the sun had taken away all the varnish. the room was clean and the bathroom was ok. the place needs a total overhaul. very disappointed as i stayed for only one night and it cost 85.74 euros. i then stayed for 6 nights at another hotel in camborne and only paid £300 for 6 nights, it was 3 star and included a full english breakfast. at bournemouth eastcliffe the cost didnt include breakfast. i spoke to some of the staff and they told me that they were tired of having to apologise to tourists when so many complained. apparently the owners for so long either do not listen or dont care. this hotel should be downgraded.
