Hoteles en Bournemouth con desayuno

La ubicación y el servicio... tan agradable ver este hotel crecer constantemente, y ofrecer más a medida que los años pasan.  El personal es tan útil y se va a dejar de hacer su estancia agradable. La única gripe que tengo sería la comida en el restaurante y en el bar. Es bastante limitado y sería agradable ver una gama más amplia de comidas de mordedura para el almuerzo. La falta de camas solares también fue un poco decepcionante.

Nos alojamos tres noches y, en general, disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en el hotel. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, aunque un poco pequeñas. Solo había una tetera para el té, pero teniendo en cuenta el precio, tenía una buena relación calidad-precio. La ubicación es excelente: muy cerca de la playa, con un sendero corto justo enfrente del hotel que lleva menos de cinco minutos a la orilla. También está a poca distancia a pie del pueblo y hay un hermoso parque justo al otro lado del muelle, lo cual apreciamos mucho. El desayuno estuvo bien, aunque era el mismo todos los días. Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar que estaba muy limpia y ordenada, pero le faltaba espacio para sentarse; solo había una silla, lo cual fue un poco incómodo para nosotros como familia. Por lo demás, estuvimos contentos con nuestra estancia. La ubicación y la limpieza la convirtieron en una experiencia agradable, y consideraríamos volver en el futuro.

Location was excellent, hotel room, lobby and pool were very clean and comfortable, room was spacious, bright, with comfortable beds, Bathroom was good . POOL was very good and nice to have this in hotel. Breakfast was excellent with vast variety of different options, we enjoyed this .

The location is great, just a ten min walk from the beach, or a five min walk to get a ten min bus to Boscombe or Bournemouth (although these only go every half hour, seem to always be late and stop running by 6.30pm so plan carefully, or take a stress free taxi ride instead - just £6 to Boscombe).  The hotel is clean and tidy, but the reception staff I met were sullen and unhappy to help, the beds we had were awful (feel every spring, I padded it with two quilts to be able to sleep, luckily it was very hot so we didn’t need them) and unfortunately our window was broken so I couldn’t shut the noise of people entering/leaving the hotel directly below the window out. However, the man sent to try to fix the window was extremely polite and helpful, and respectful of my request to be really quiet and softly spoken around my autistic son who was trying to get to sleep. And he fixed the window.  Luckily we were only staying for one night, so despite the painful bed, I would come back for another cheap, brief stay.

Solo queríamos un alojamiento confiable, acogedor, seguro y LIMPIO para pasar una noche a un precio fantástico, y eso fue exactamente lo que conseguimos aquí en Laguna. No tenía lujos, por ejemplo, ni nevera en la habitación, ni decoración vanguardista, ni artículos de aseo extra... ¡pero eso era justo lo que no necesitábamos! Era una habitación básica pero impecablemente limpia, con todo lo esencial para una buena noche de estancia: dos camas recién hechas, una suite con ducha de agua caliente, toallas y toallitas para dos, un televisor con mando a distancia, wifi, tetera y una puerta con cerradura y seguridad las 24 horas. El amable anfitrión fue amable y eficiente, y estábamos muy seguros de haber elegido el lugar perfecto para nuestro presupuesto. Estábamos a poca distancia a pie de la playa y del pueblo, con una práctica tienda nocturna a solo unos minutos a pie. Esta vez no probamos el resto de las instalaciones disponibles, como la piscina, la sala de juegos o el bar/entretenimiento... pero fue bueno saber que eran una opción. Gracias por hacer que nuestro viaje fuera agradable, Laguna; Estamos planeando regresar en el futuro.

A very pleasant stay & great hospitality + BIG thanks to Raj for the lovely breakfast

Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good.

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

The kind lady at reception let us check in early and gave us an upgarde to a sea view room. The room was small and not very modern. There was a fan in the cupboard covered in dust that we used as there was no air conditioning. Trip advert said parking available but I did not realise this meant paying £12 when I arrived. The lady almost seemed embarassed asking for it. Fairly decent location on the main promenade. Close to beach. Breakfast was below average. Place is in need to some updating and/or TLC.

staff were wonderful however, the inside and outside pool closed. the sauna was closed. the hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating. no air condition in very small roon, no place for your luggage, the room was that small. no phone in the bedroom. im disabled and was on the first floor, no lift to that floor. they do not cater for the disabled and there are lots of steps. the place was shabby, everywhere needed painting. the table and chairs outside the sun had taken away all the varnish. the room was clean and the bathroom was ok. the place needs a total overhaul. very disappointed as i stayed for only one night and it cost 85.74 euros. i then stayed for 6 nights at another hotel in camborne and only paid £300 for 6 nights, it was 3 star and included a full english breakfast. at bournemouth eastcliffe the cost didnt include breakfast. i spoke to some of the staff and they told me that they were tired of having to apologise to tourists when so many complained. apparently the owners for so long either do not listen or dont care. this hotel should be downgraded.
