UUsuario invitadoStunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

UUsuario invitadoIt was very nice the rooms were clean and the beach was very close.The staff was very kind and nice,I would definitely book again i am very pleased with this hotel my kids also loved this hotel more than me. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others. However I would say if there is a family you book the rooms near each other in advance. Overall my whole family loved this hotel.

GGeorgios GkotsisExcelente ubicación. Hotel con encanto clásico. Nos alojamos los días 24, 25 y 26 de diciembre y el gimnasio estaba cerrado.
No hay aparcamiento gratuito. Hay un amplio aparcamiento a 5 minutos a pie (aparcamiento central). Cuesta 7 £ todo el día.
Amplio restaurante, bar y salón.
Amplias salas de reuniones.
Desayuno buffet: 12,5 £ por persona.
Almuerzo o cena: 25 £ por persona.
Totalmente recomendado.

PPaulinaPLVery good location, easy bus to the centre but also you have very nice less crowded beach just about 5 min walk. Quiet location, local shop about 3 min walk.
We didn’t had a view 😅 But I guess you are not coming there to sit in the room.

La habitación familiar (Ken dodd) era muy grande y cómoda.
También nos gustaba el desayuno inglés cada mañana y nos encantaba la ubicación conveniente cerca de las principales atracciones.
El hotel de 3 estrellas es un hotel de temas de celebridad un poco anticuado pero mantenido muy bien, limpio y definitivamente recomendará y visitará de nuevo.

AAei BartMuy cerca de la playa y de la parada de autobús. Un lanzamiento de piedra a las tiendas y restaurantes locales. El hotel es como Hotel Transilvania vibes que mi familia ama más especialmente el auténtico ascensor. 😁 El personal también era agradable. Las instalaciones eran buenas.

JJahangir JaneWe stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks.
Rooms & Amenities:
The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene.
Staff & Service:
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant.
Facilities & Atmosphere:
The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing!
Other Notes:
The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place.
Food:
The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall Value:
The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

AAngelica Maria Pereira de OliveiraHotel maravilloso y excelente ubicación, a solo 15 minutos a pie de la playa de Bournemouth, atravesando un hermoso parque. Nuestra habitación estaba en un entorno muy tranquilo. Cuenta con piscina y sala de juegos, un lugar súper tranquilo y acogedor.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente a todos los que visiten Bornemouth. Precio asequible.
