RRICHARDHampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable.
We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub.
The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed.
The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help.
The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier.
Would recommend.

AAngelica Maria Pereira de OliveiraHotel maravilloso y excelente ubicación, a solo 15 minutos a pie de la playa de Bournemouth, atravesando un hermoso parque. Nuestra habitación estaba en un entorno muy tranquilo. Cuenta con piscina y sala de juegos, un lugar súper tranquilo y acogedor.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente a todos los que visiten Bornemouth. Precio asequible.

UUsuario invitadoNice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

TTboneVery nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesn’t have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel es un poco viejo, el nivel de tres estrellas en el país, pero es limpio y limpio. Muy tranquilo. A unos 100 a 200 metros del mar, muy cerca, pero necesita una colina de aproximadamente 50 metros. El tiempo de julio sigue siendo un poco frío, y el submarino es imposible. La ciudad es muy pequeña, y el punto de la rueda de escalera a unos kilómetros a la derecha del hotel. Voy a Old Harry Rocks y Durdle por la puerta en media hora y una hora, no lejos.

UUsuario invitadoAmazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

AAei BartMuy cerca de la playa y de la parada de autobús. Un lanzamiento de piedra a las tiendas y restaurantes locales. El hotel es como Hotel Transilvania vibes que mi familia ama más especialmente el auténtico ascensor. 😁 El personal también era agradable. Las instalaciones eran buenas.
