El apartamento era céntrico, limpio y presentable. La cama parecía más pequeña que una doble. El baño y la cocina estaban bien equipados. La televisión no estaba programada y no pudimos conectarla a internet, así que no la usamos. Tuvimos dos problemas principales durante nuestra estancia. Primero: Un ruido insoportable y constante desde las 23:45 hasta la madrugada, alrededor de la 1:30, y que volvía a empezar a las 4:00. El ruido provenía de botellas que se metían en los contenedores y de contenedores que se movían. Sonaba como si tiraran las botellas desde una altura y luego vaciaran los contenedores. Dormimos fatal. Por la mañana, vimos que los contenedores estaban pegados a las ventanas del apartamento. Segundo: Nos quedamos dormidos y nos despertó que alguien abriera la puerta del apartamento y nos saludara. Mi marido gritó y la persona se disculpó y cerró la puerta. Fue muy aterrador, nuestra privacidad se vio vulnerada y no pudimos dormir. Como no pudimos dormir por la noche, fue muy desagradable. No me sentí segura. Envié un correo electrónico a la empresa pidiendo una explicación, pero no obtuve respuesta.

La habitación está muy limpia y ordenada, y hay una cocina donde puedes cocinar tus propias comidas. La limpieza también está de guardia. El personal de recepción fue educado y servicial. La recepción puede ayudarle a llamar un taxi. El hotel está muy cerca de China Town, donde hay mucha comida deliciosa. El hotel está muy cerca de Niuhuan y las compras son muy convenientes. Hay Haidilao y la Iglesia de San Martín en Niuhuan.

¡Qué joya! Justo enfrente de una de las entradas traseras de la majestuosa estación de New Street, subiendo las escaleras/el ascensor se llega a una pequeña galería comercial (salón de manicura/peluquería y relojería de lujo) y a la entrada del hotel. El vestíbulo de recepción no es nada del otro mundo, pero el edificio en general y la decoración, con techos altos, grandes escaleras y superficies de mármol, aunque un poco anticuados, nos resultan mucho más agradables. La habitación es muy espaciosa y el baño, con ducha a ras de suelo con jabón Elemis y bañera exenta, es el más grande en el que hemos estado nunca. El bar, el restaurante y la zona de desayunos del hotel se encuentran en la primera planta, con vistas a la calle peatonal New Street, y el personal es muy amable. Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant casino on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the casino was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

The location was great, but unfortunately, the hotel room was not. There was no air conditioning, and the room was quite hot, especially during the summer. The front desk explained that the hotel uses a natural air-cooling system, but unfortunately, it did not help much. The toilet was also separated from the actual shower room by a different door, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, one of the staff members in charge of the breakfast area (Male wearing a suit that checks the breakfast list) was rude and very unwelcoming to guests. This experience made us think twice about whether we would want to come back again. Overall, while the location was great, there are several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly the room temperature and the customer service.

Was amazing stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ready to assist at all times. Location is very close to the city centre, yet on a very quiet side road. Would definitely recommend for short or a long stay

Lovely place to stay, the owner was very responsive which is great and accommodated a late check out which I totally appreciate! I was originally given the wrong room but once Informed the owner he amended this and apologised. The original room I wanted actually had a broken door panel which he explained but it didn’t bother me to be honest. Loved the bath and the projector - a few things unfortunately that need to be looked into, the bathroom flooded during my shower with the water migrating to the right side which then needed me to physically use whatever I could to get the water towards the shower drain. The bath, when you’re running it the attached shower continuously also drops water again which I had to get whatever I could to soak up. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, bath salts would be a lovely touch considering I feel the bath is a real selling point to the room. The cutlery was dirty but it’s ok because I wash anything before I use it. In the morning workmen whithin the apartment were making the MOST noise, literally in the little terrace just under the apartments windows however the apartment does have supply pair of earbuds which I soon realised was needed. Either way I will stay again for sure but yeah needs some tweaks which I’m highlighting as constructive feedback. Thanks Gurmukh

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.
