Hoteles en Birmingam con aparcamiento

Recientemente me quedé en su hotel y, por desgracia, me dejé muy decepcionado con varios aspectos de mi estancia. Al llegar, me di cuenta de lo que parecía ser tintas de sangre en las cortinas, cabello dejado en la toalla/flanella en el baño, y marcas en las superficies de la mesa. He acompañado fotografías para referencia, ya que me parece que son normas básicas de mantenimiento de la casa que deberían haber sido verificadas antes de la llegada de un huésped. En mi estancia, también tuve múltiples problemas con comida y servicio, y ordené un tablero de carcuterie, pero el ham Parma y otras carnes curadas se vieron secas, descoloradas y ya no frescas. Desafortunadamente, después de comerla, también me sentí mal después, lo que era especialmente importante. Quería llamar su atención sobre esto, ya que no me quejo habitualmente, sin embargo, sentí que el estándar global de limpieza, calidad de los alimentos y servicio cayó por debajo de las expectativas. Clean, nice room. Close to amenities. Tram is just 2 minutes from hotel. Easy to get around places. Breakfast is not that great; variety is limiteda d especially croissant on day 3 stay is not a fresh ones and not able to split and chew. Generally it's good to stay there

My daughter attends Aston University, so the location was perfect for us and made it easy to spend time together. The hotel is also quite central, with convenient access to the city centre and everything Birmingham has to offer. The staff were warm, welcoming and professional throughout our stay, and always ready and willing to help. Overall, a very convenient location and a pleasant experience. I would happily stay here again.

En recepción me ayudaron a pagar con tarjeta para el check-in anticipado, ¡ya que solo tenía efectivo! La habitación era bastante cómoda, pero no me di cuenta hasta después de la primera noche de que no tenía aire acondicionado. Un detalle curioso: el gel de ducha estaba junto al lavabo en lugar de en la ducha, jaja. Por lo demás, ¡fue una estancia estupenda!

Offers good breakfast options for children and the best staffs . It is one of the best hotels i have visited so far in England. My family really enjoyed and I will choose it again and again .

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

Was amazing stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ready to assist at all times. Location is very close to the city centre, yet on a very quiet side road. Would definitely recommend for short or a long stay

Very clean, bed somewhat un comfortable and not a real double, dated decor and bathroom. Great location next to New Street Station.

There was no hot water across the hotel when we arrived. They didn't tell us in check-in and said there was a sign instead. They didn't bother to use initiative and keep gym pool shower changing rooms available instead, as they needed member of staff to be present !! Not well organised during this incident. The pool, sauna and facilities are APPALLING and in bad state and needs urgent updating. Full of kids ruling the pool & jacuzzi and staff members don't care. Hygiene is not a top Priority . Location is easy accessible by car off motorway. Many small takeaway and restaurants near by.
