Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Suzhou

Por recomendación de un amigo, al venir a Suzhou esta vez, no dudé en elegir de nuevo este acogedor hotel en Guanqian Street. El estilo de decoración es muy elegante, y justo abajo está Guanqian Street; a solo unos pasos se llega a la calle principal de Guanqian Street. Se puede pasear tranquilamente hasta Pingjiang Road, y cerca hay una estación de metro. Está a una parada del Museo de Suzhou y de los Jardines del Administrador Humilde, y a solo unas pocas paradas de la Estación de Suzhou y del Centro de Suzhou. Otros lugares cercanos incluyen el Centro Comercial Cangjie, el Mercado de la Torre Doble y la Universidad de Suzhou. La ubicación es excelente. El personal de recepción del hotel es fantástico y el servicio es excelente. Olvidé algunas pertenencias en la habitación al hacer el check-out, y al contactarles, fueron muy amables al ayudarme a encontrarlas y me las enviaron por mensajería a casa. Realmente te hacen sentir como en casa. Si vienes a Suzhou, elegir este hotel es un acierto seguro. Las fotos adjuntas son de la terraza del sexto piso del hotel, que es muy hermosa y tiene aún más el encanto de Jiangnan.

Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the heart of the ancient water town. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the canals, bridges, and quaint streets, making it perfect for exploring the area on foot. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness of the room and the overall quality of the amenities exceeded my expectations. Although the owner doesn’t speak English, communicating through WeChat worked smoothly and she was always quick to respond and help with anything I needed. This small challenge didn’t take away from the experience at all. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in such a beautiful historic setting!

Visité Suzhou durante mis cortas vacaciones y quería alojarme cerca del Mercado del Loto, así que elegí este hotel junto al Mercado del Loto de Taohuawu. Antes de reservar, consulté las reseñas y todas eran muy buenas. El entorno y el estilo del hotel también encajaban perfectamente con Suzhou. Reservé una habitación doble, pero al llegar me dieron una habitación con patio. Aunque estaba en la planta baja, el pequeño patio creaba un ambiente muy agradable y acogedor. El hotel también ofrece talleres de Hanfu y Qipao, y hay muchas bebidas gratuitas en la recepción (me encantó especialmente su bebida de maracuyá). Además, ofrecen la posibilidad de crear bolsitas aromáticas y coleccionar sellos.

La ubicación es buena, al otro lado de la ciudad de Wanxiang, comer y comprar comida es muy conveniente no muy lejos de la estación sur, 15 minutos de camino, la única es la baja situación, oí que se acumulará agua en el día de la lluvia, no he encontrado, es el sabor de un doble canal de agua en la habitación ese día, escuchar a los locales para saberlo, La casa de 50.000 por plano se ha caído a la mitad y está muy preocupada. Al principio hay cinco tiendas de pan, ahora es la casa, y el sabor es general. El tren sigue siendo delicioso

被房間的獨特佈置所吸引 臨時改行程去了周莊 2號停車場離住宿的地方步行大約5分鐘 住宿的茶廳處處透露着細節 小橋流水、親子影屋、店內自帶露天小泳池（泳池水質一眼就能看出店主的用心管理）、功夫茶和壁爐配上～恰好的閑話家常～民宿的洗刷用品馬油、呂以及牙刷都看得出店家很注重品質（堪比家用，用了沒捨得扔，環保帶回家了） 贈送的早餐在街上老灶頭（出門左轉澄虛道觀邊上）6點開始可以自選餛飩小籠奧灶麪等各種特色小吃，早點味道很不錯～PS:慢行居老闆娘歡美鋁是一個頂好頂好的姐姐，人美心善～一趟趁興而至盡興而歸的旅途 期待下一次相遇

Now, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

¡El ambiente es genial! Da a un pequeño río, y al abrir la ventana se disfruta de una vista preciosa. Las habitaciones están limpias y son muy higiénicas. Además, está muy bien comunicado con todos los puntos de interés turístico. El personal es muy amable y atento. Así es como se ve al abrir la ventana por la mañana.

Si estás buscando un lugar perfecto de 4 estrellas en el centro de la ciudad, ¡no busques más! Este lugar es una buena ganga durante todo el año e incluso en temporada alta. Voy a dividir mi reseña en secciones tan claras para mí. 1) Habitaciones: Las habitaciones, anticuadas, necesitan un trabajo de pintura serio y el sofá tiene un material bastante ”rayado”. A pesar del interior molesto, los pisos son bastante acogedores y tienen todo lo necesario. En cuanto al paisaje, aquellos que no temen a las alturas solicitan las habitaciones con balcón. Tal vez no tengan las vistas del centro comercial de Shanghai, ¡pero la brisa de la tarde me hizo dormir como un bebé! Además, la televisión estaba llena de películas nostálgicas, realmente disfruté el entretenimiento. Aunque el volumen del televisor no sube demasiado, supongo que es un buen respeto hacia los vecinos, algunos de los cuales son inquilinos a largo plazo. 2) Servicio: Impecable. ¡La gente aquí, aunque claramente con exceso de trabajo, es muy amable! ¡Las amas de llaves son maravillosas! Ellos fueron los que me dejaron volver a un piso limpio todos los días, ¡realmente fue un pedazo de hogar con mucha ayuda! Para champús, acondicionadores y gel de ducha, deberá informar a la recepción que los necesita, ¡así que téngalo en cuenta! 3) Desayuno: lo suficiente para sobrevivir, soy bastante exigente con mis gustos en la comida, donde las opciones de buffet eran muy escasas y desafortunadamente no muy sabrosas. Pero pude sobrevivir... Realmente espero que puedan arreglar esto porque el lugar, aunque más barato que otros, no es exactamente barato también. Si desea un buen desayuno, quedará muy decepcionado. Hay muchos recortes de costos que el grupo hotelero ha hecho y es obvio... ¡Espero que Ascott tenga esto en cuenta porque no es bueno tener mejores hoteles en todo el mundo pero mantener a las ciudades más pequeñas olvidadas y con presupuestos ajustados! Suzhou es bastante cara que otras ciudades debido a la constante afluencia de turistas. Normalmente no escribo mucho para mis reseñas, pero en este caso parece que me importa después de ver al personal del hotel con exceso de trabajo y las malas condiciones que los rodean. Vamos, Ascott lo hace mejor. Inicialmente estuve tentado de dar una reseña de 3/5 estrellas, pero fueron las personas las que lo impulsaron.

Stayed at this homestay for 3 nights in July which is peak season for summer domestic travel in China. The rooms are comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect of a 4 star hotel - comfortable beds, lounging area, balcony, TV, good toiletries, hair dryer. Other positives were very friendly service staff, hearty breakfast from the cafe with is on the same premise. There’s also local restaurants nearby to dine at which are not bad, just 5-10 mins walk down the road. I also enjoyed waking up to run across the bridge which has a great sunrise view. A lot of tourists visit the cafe for the sunset views. The hotel staff can do room service and bring food ordered from the cafe to your room if requested. Note though that location wise it is not as close to other cafes and stuff. You’ll need to travel a fair bit if you want to venture and do other things. I wanted a peaceful retreat with a good view but nearer to mainland (compared to the main 西山岛） so this worked for me. I stayed in 3 different rooms (Rm 1,4,5) for my 3 nights as I had asked for a room with a view but was initially assigned one that was completely blocked by trees. In trying to accommodate my request I ended up having different rooms (to no fault of the staff and property) each night. There are 8 ‘normal rooms’ and one suite room that is round and more suited for honeymoon/romantic occasions. Rooms 3,4,5,6 are the ones with the better view. Room 1 (my first room) has a completely blocked view which is a waste staying by the lake. Rooms 4 and 5 have the best view. Note also that rm 1 and 4 have a skylight that cannot be blocked so by 5 am your room is gonna be bright although they do give you eye shades to help. There is also no laundry facilities on site. Only additional feedback to the property would be that they could consider a discount for guests to dine at the cafe, that could encourage guests to have more meals there. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this for anyone looking for an escape for the buzz and want a tranquil place to rest!
