Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

Mi marido dijo que la fachada es muy antigua y que al entrar hay una fuerte sensación de contraste, hay un mundo único en el interior. El ambiente general del hotel es bueno, las habitaciones están una al lado de la otra, pero el efecto de aislamiento acústico es bueno. A 50 metros al lado de este hotel se encuentra mi propio restaurante, el ambiente del restaurante también es muy elegante, lo cual es muy bueno para un B&B. Visité Suzhou durante mis cortas vacaciones y quería alojarme cerca del Mercado del Loto, así que elegí este hotel junto al Mercado del Loto de Taohuawu. Antes de reservar, consulté las reseñas y todas eran muy buenas. El entorno y el estilo del hotel también encajaban perfectamente con Suzhou. Reservé una habitación doble, pero al llegar me dieron una habitación con patio. Aunque estaba en la planta baja, el pequeño patio creaba un ambiente muy agradable y acogedor. El hotel también ofrece talleres de Hanfu y Qipao, y hay muchas bebidas gratuitas en la recepción (me encantó especialmente su bebida de maracuyá). Además, ofrecen la posibilidad de crear bolsitas aromáticas y coleccionar sellos.

8月來蘇州玩，選了這家2026年新開的酒店，處處是驚喜，果然沒讓人失望。酒店的設施很新很現代，設計感非常強，就像一座湖畔美術館，隨手一拍即出片。位置絕佳，就在月光碼頭，緊鄰金雞湖，吃飯購物都很方便，晚上湖邊散步看夜景也是絕絕子。 早餐更是點睛之筆，半自助+單點的方式既豐富又不浪費，現點現做，味道超級nice，現烤麪包香氣四溢，黑松露班尼迪克蛋和墨西哥卷印象深刻。而且可以悠閑地吃到下午一點，妥妥的來個brunch，度假感拉滿。除了餐廳服務員態度略有生硬外（也可能都是年輕人經驗不足吧），其他的無可挑剔。 最後要特別誇一下前台小姐姐，熱情周到，有求必應。從入住前的行程溝通到入住期間的瑣事安排，都能面面俱到，專業又親切，退房時還貼心贈送了自製餐包和水，讓人感覺被妥帖照顧着。 總的來説，金雞湖畔的這家寶藏酒店，體驗超預期，下次來蘇州還會選擇這裏。

被房間的獨特佈置所吸引 臨時改行程去了周莊 2號停車場離住宿的地方步行大約5分鐘 住宿的茶廳處處透露着細節 小橋流水、親子影屋、店內自帶露天小泳池（泳池水質一眼就能看出店主的用心管理）、功夫茶和壁爐配上～恰好的閑話家常～民宿的洗刷用品馬油、呂以及牙刷都看得出店家很注重品質（堪比家用，用了沒捨得扔，環保帶回家了） 贈送的早餐在街上老灶頭（出門左轉澄虛道觀邊上）6點開始可以自選餛飩小籠奧灶麪等各種特色小吃，早點味道很不錯～PS:慢行居老闆娘歡美鋁是一個頂好頂好的姐姐，人美心善～一趟趁興而至盡興而歸的旅途 期待下一次相遇

El ambiente del hotel es muy bueno, y la ubicación también es excelente, justo al lado de la calle Pingjiang, bajando las escaleras. El hotel ofrece lavandería y secado gratuitos, lo cual es muy conveniente. ¡Puff y Seventeen brindaron un excelente servicio! Lo único un poco decepcionante es que el precio de la habitación fluctúa muy rápido; reservé con anticipación y al día siguiente vi que había bajado 67 yuanes, justo cuando yo había reservado en el punto más alto.

Stayed at this homestay for 3 nights in July which is peak season for summer domestic travel in China. The rooms are comfortable and had all the amenities you’d expect of a 4 star hotel - comfortable beds, lounging area, balcony, TV, good toiletries, hair dryer. Other positives were very friendly service staff, hearty breakfast from the cafe with is on the same premise. There’s also local restaurants nearby to dine at which are not bad, just 5-10 mins walk down the road. I also enjoyed waking up to run across the bridge which has a great sunrise view. A lot of tourists visit the cafe for the sunset views. The hotel staff can do room service and bring food ordered from the cafe to your room if requested. Note though that location wise it is not as close to other cafes and stuff. You’ll need to travel a fair bit if you want to venture and do other things. I wanted a peaceful retreat with a good view but nearer to mainland (compared to the main 西山岛） so this worked for me. I stayed in 3 different rooms (Rm 1,4,5) for my 3 nights as I had asked for a room with a view but was initially assigned one that was completely blocked by trees. In trying to accommodate my request I ended up having different rooms (to no fault of the staff and property) each night. There are 8 ‘normal rooms’ and one suite room that is round and more suited for honeymoon/romantic occasions. Rooms 3,4,5,6 are the ones with the better view. Room 1 (my first room) has a completely blocked view which is a waste staying by the lake. Rooms 4 and 5 have the best view. Note also that rm 1 and 4 have a skylight that cannot be blocked so by 5 am your room is gonna be bright although they do give you eye shades to help. There is also no laundry facilities on site. Only additional feedback to the property would be that they could consider a discount for guests to dine at the cafe, that could encourage guests to have more meals there. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this for anyone looking for an escape for the buzz and want a tranquil place to rest!

Voy a dividir mi reseña en secciones tan claras para mí. 1) Habitaciones: Las habitaciones, anticuadas, necesitan un trabajo de pintura serio y el sofá tiene un material bastante ”rayado”. A pesar del interior molesto, los pisos son bastante acogedores y tienen todo lo necesario. En cuanto al paisaje, aquellos que no temen a las alturas solicitan las habitaciones con balcón. Tal vez no tengan las vistas del centro comercial de Shanghai, ¡pero la brisa de la tarde me hizo dormir como un bebé! Además, la televisión estaba llena de películas nostálgicas, realmente disfruté el entretenimiento. Aunque el volumen del televisor no sube demasiado, supongo que es un buen respeto hacia los vecinos, algunos de los cuales son inquilinos a largo plazo. 2) Servicio: Impecable. ¡La gente aquí, aunque claramente con exceso de trabajo, es muy amable! ¡Las amas de llaves son maravillosas! Ellos fueron los que me dejaron volver a un piso limpio todos los días, ¡realmente fue un pedazo de hogar con mucha ayuda! Para champús, acondicionadores y gel de ducha, deberá informar a la recepción que los necesita, ¡así que téngalo en cuenta! 3) Desayuno: lo suficiente para sobrevivir, soy bastante exigente con mis gustos en la comida, donde las opciones de buffet eran muy escasas y desafortunadamente no muy sabrosas.
