Mi marido dijo que la fachada es muy antigua y que al entrar hay una fuerte sensación de contraste, hay un mundo único en el interior. El ambiente general del hotel es bueno, las habitaciones están una al lado de la otra, pero el efecto de aislamiento acústico es bueno. La propietaria enviará mensajes de texto cuidadosamente para recordarles a todos el tiempo de descanso y tener cuidado de no molestarse, es muy tranquilo. A 50 metros al lado de este hotel se encuentra mi propio restaurante, el ambiente del restaurante también es muy elegante, lo cual es muy bueno para un B&B. Fuera de la ventana, se pueden ver las fuertes características arquitectónicas de las dinastías Ming y Qing. Desayuno🈶 Los fideos Aozao gratis nos proporcionaron aderezos de verduras encurtidas y carne de cerdo desmenuzada, que era perfecto para la familia.

Visité Suzhou durante mis cortas vacaciones y quería alojarme cerca del Mercado del Loto, así que elegí este hotel junto al Mercado del Loto de Taohuawu. Antes de reservar, consulté las reseñas y todas eran muy buenas. El entorno y el estilo del hotel también encajaban perfectamente con Suzhou. Reservé una habitación doble, pero al llegar me dieron una habitación con patio. Aunque estaba en la planta baja, el pequeño patio creaba un ambiente muy agradable y acogedor. El hotel también ofrece talleres de Hanfu y Qipao, y hay muchas bebidas gratuitas en la recepción (me encantó especialmente su bebida de maracuyá). Además, ofrecen la posibilidad de crear bolsitas aromáticas y coleccionar sellos.

衹擺客觀事實，各位看了自行評判。 7月26號下午入住1917，都沒有什麼問題，直到晚間洗完澡發現洗手枱插座不能使用，衹能找別的插座使用吹風機，告知前台有問題（22:09），前台反饋目前師傅已經下班，沒法即時修理，我説可以等師傅第二天上班直接刷卡進來修（我白天不會在房間），後面前台説插座修起來比較麻煩，看我入住時間比較久，提出換房，我説可以。 一開始説升級房型，我説好，然後又改口問我“喜歡現在的房型嗎”😳“可以換一個同樓層朝向萬象滙的同房型房間”。我表示可以。 從前台提出換房（22:15之前），一直到22:25，一直沒人聯繫我。22:25我詢問“可以了嗎”，前台回覆“機器人上去了哦，馬上就到”。這種由於房間問題導致的換房，客人入住4個多小時後行李都鋪開了，不清楚為什麼沒人上來幫忙轉移行李。 入住1922之後，剛準備往桌子上放行李，手就摸到了大概率是飲料易拉罐留下的黏糊的污漬（環狀）。然後我用房間座機撥打前台電話，説需要保潔（22:30左右），前台告知保潔已經下班了，我説那就給我再換個房間，既然桌子上這麼明顯的衞生都沒有打掃乾淨，我不清楚這個房間其他類像床品，衞生間用品到底有多乾淨。 這次是前台經理拿房卡上樓給我換的房間，換到了1915，我進門衹檢查了洗手枱插座，桌面，床麪的大概情況（床右半側的外側枕頭下有一小塊類似煙灰的東西，用手一扇就扇走了）。第二天早上洗漱，發現洗手盆裏有兩根長頭髮，我是短髮，頭天晚上進門的前台經理也是短髮。給前台發了微信圖然後説“今天保潔麻煩做徹底一點”。 7月27晚上回房間，床右半邊（躺着的視角）就是我睡的半邊，有一根頭髮，大概率是我的，長短顏色都差不多。我倒是不介意，直接就拿掉了，但是我不明白的是，就算不換床品，難道床單都不掃一下嗎…… 7月28晚上回房間，同樣的位置，有一根頭髮，今天的有點短，可能是我後腦勺的…… 7月29早上起來洗澡，頭天晚上太累了沒洗，剛鋪好防滑墊，發現就在地面上有一根長頭髮，again我是短頭髮，並且這是我第一次走進淋浴間。 原本預訂13天，退房了，實在是沒法再信任了。第一次住桔子也會是最後一次住桔子，這一次入住體驗是我國內外從100塊到1500塊之間住過的酒店裡最爛的一次體驗，沒有之一。華住會管管吧

Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

What I liked: the location of the hotel was almost ideal, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff was quite nice and tried to solve problems as efficiently as possible within their power and the late checkout is wonderful. I do tend to ask a lot of questions, and they were very patient and communicated well through WeChat. They also allowed me to check in early. The property is beautiful and modern. It’s an Instagrammers dream. Hotel toiletries are nice. All aesthetics inside the room are excellent. Easy walk to the Suzhou MoCA/Suzhou Eye, Times Square and many malls and restaurants. There’s also a complementary mini bar with beverages. The indoor refrigerator is cold. The robes are a high-quality and so are the slippers. Hansgrohe and Kohler. Voss water. Good toothbrushes with Colgate toothpaste. What needs to be addressed: before booking the room, I went to the hotel, asking in broken Chinese and English if breakfast was included because the listing says “Brunch & Diptyque bath amenities” for a room with a Lakeview. I was told yes. So I booked the room on the spot. The staff was nice and took me to my room. When we entered, it was beautiful, but it was a sauna. They turned the air on, but unfortunately, there is no temperature adjustment. I had to use the fan that I brought with me for 30 minutes before I decided to go outside because it was cooler out there. It cooled down when I came back later that night so that wasn’t a problem. I was later informed that brunch was not included, but that they would happily comp it for me for free pending a good review. I skipped brunch. Furthermore, there is technically a view of the lake, but the windows on the first floor, basically faced the very busy sidewalk. I saw a guy peeing 3 meters away from me when I opened the curtains. Drunk people at 2 o’clock in the morning walking by laughing. If you book the Lakeview room make sure it is not on the first floor.I could not keep my curtains open. There’s literally always people outside before 3 AM and after around 7AM. I did not receive the promised upgraded Diptyque bath amenities listed either. No shower shoes. No international language TV options, pay per view only. Not completely soundproof, but not too bad. There’s also no in room information about the hotel offerings, and they pay all of this money to have hotel information connected with their television, it is not utilized. A few issues could be avoided if they would just update the listing on this website with correct information. Be careful when choosing this room type. You might as well pick a room that is 200 RMB cheaper. “Lakeview” is it a lie, but it’s definitely stretching the truth. “Walkway view with the lake in the background” is more accurate. All of this said, I will probably come back to this hotel. I will just stay in a cheaper room. Overall, I was quite satisfied with their resolutions with any problems that did arise. They did offer complementary bread at checkout.

被房間的獨特佈置所吸引 臨時改行程去了周莊 2號停車場離住宿的地方步行大約5分鐘 住宿的茶廳處處透露着細節 小橋流水、親子影屋、店內自帶露天小泳池（泳池水質一眼就能看出店主的用心管理）、功夫茶和壁爐配上～恰好的閑話家常～民宿的洗刷用品馬油、呂以及牙刷都看得出店家很注重品質（堪比家用，用了沒捨得扔，環保帶回家了） 贈送的早餐在街上老灶頭（出門左轉澄虛道觀邊上）6點開始可以自選餛飩小籠奧灶麪等各種特色小吃，早點味道很不錯～PS:慢行居老闆娘歡美鋁是一個頂好頂好的姐姐，人美心善～一趟趁興而至盡興而歸的旅途 期待下一次相遇

Aunque el volumen del televisor no sube demasiado, supongo que es un buen respeto hacia los vecinos, algunos de los cuales son inquilinos a largo plazo. 2) Servicio: Impecable. ¡La gente aquí, aunque claramente con exceso de trabajo, es muy amable! ¡Las amas de llaves son maravillosas! Ellos fueron los que me dejaron volver a un piso limpio todos los días, ¡realmente fue un pedazo de hogar con mucha ayuda! Para champús, acondicionadores y gel de ducha, deberá informar a la recepción que los necesita, ¡así que téngalo en cuenta! 3) Desayuno: lo suficiente para sobrevivir, soy bastante exigente con mis gustos en la comida, donde las opciones de buffet eran muy escasas y desafortunadamente no muy sabrosas. Normalmente no escribo mucho para mis reseñas, pero en este caso parece que me importa después de ver al personal del hotel con exceso de trabajo y las malas condiciones que los rodean. Vamos, Ascott lo hace mejor. Inicialmente estuve tentado de dar una reseña de 3/5 estrellas, pero fueron las personas las que lo impulsaron.
