La ubicación es muy buena para el turista, porque es muy conveniente evaluar mucho comida y fotos tomando escenarios. La cosa es, no es exactamente fácil encontrar el taxi sólo le enviará a un lugar cercano y entonces usted tendría que averiguar cómo ir al hotel. The hotel is well located outside the metro station and walkable to bus stops to take bus to shantangjie etc. it provides free laundry services (washing machines and dryers) which allows us to conveniently wash our clothes. Their staff are polite and friendly.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. Está justo al lado de una estación de metro y también se puede llegar en taxi hasta la entrada del hotel. Aunque no hay ascensor, el personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre ayuda a subir el equipaje a la habitación. Las instalaciones del hotel son completas y en la planta baja hay una máquina de café y aperitivos gratuitos.

The hotel is Ping Jiang Road, right next to the river which offers easy access to the shopping area. You can easily find eateries within walking distance as well. Just note that because of the fact it is located the river where cars typically can't get to, you would likely need to alight at the main road and walk about 5mins in to the hotel. Might not be suitable for groups with small children, huge luggages or elderly. The hotel itself is super charming. First, you will be greeted by warm and friendly staff who are more than happy to help you with luggages or provide tips for the area. There is no elevators so you would need to carry your luggages to rooms on the 2F or 3F, ( the staff helped me with mine). Room is very clean and fittings are all new. Toilet is new as well with automated flush. The toilet/bathroom doors are translucent however. You can't see what the person is doing inside but the light passes through so might not be a good idea to share the room with someone else if they are sensitive to light especially at night. Otherwise, everything else is perfect at this location.

¡Muy conveniente y buena ubicación! Cerca de las atracciones, pero lejos de las multitudes. Está a unos 7 minutos a pie del mercado de Shuangta y justo enfrente de Pingjiang Rd. También hay un Starbucks justo al lado y a solo 3 minutos a pie de la estación de metro más cercana para visitar el resto de Suzhou. Las comodidades del hotel eran increíbles. Me encantó que nuestra habitación tuviera una excelente luz natural y cortinas opacas cuando las necesitábamos, la cama y la almohada eran súper cómodas, y las instalaciones de lavandería y gimnasio estaban limpias y eran fáciles de usar. El café de filtro y las bolsitas de té que nos proporcionaron en la habitación eran sorprendentemente buenas. El personal de recepción y el personal de limpieza fueron muy amables. En general, una primera impresión encantadora de la hospitalidad de Suzhou.

¡Muy buena experiencia! El personal fue súper servicial y amable, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. La habitación era un poco pequeña para tres maletas, pero estaba bien. La limpieza también era aceptable. Está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. La habitación tiene un sistema de inteligencia artificial de alta tecnología (Xiao Du) que mi amiga y yo disfrutamos mucho. La habitación tiene secador de pelo, microondas y lavandería en la planta 1. Hay ascensor para acceder a las habitaciones, lo cual es muy práctico para nuestro equipaje grande. 😄 ¡El hotel también nos ayuda a recibir nuestros paquetes de Taobao! ¡Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en Suzhou!

Overall an enjoyable and relaxing one night stay at this tiny cosy hotel in Zhouzhuang, for our final leg of our 6 days Suzhou trip. We took a didi over to Zhouzhuang, which was faster and cheaper than I expected, just a little over half an hour. The hotel staff called me the day before to arrange for pick-up near the watertown ticket office. Actually I can't speak Mandarin and their English wasn't too good but we ended up chatting on Wechat as Wechat has a built-in translate function in their chat. So, 15 minutes before we arrive, we just had to let them know on Wechat. And the staff is already waiting for us, helped us with the luggage and guided us through the ticket buying process. You do have to pay for the ¥100 RMB ticket to get into the watertown and the ticket is good for 3 days. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance. I picked this hotel because it was right inside the watertown and it had the ancient Chinese interior, although all the amenities are modern, including a robust and high-tech Kohler smart toilets in each bathroom. There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and the coffee shop owner is friendly and takes his coffee craft seriously. The hotel gives you 2 free drinks during your stay and the coffee menu is quite extensive. If the hotel rooms are not booked on that day, we are told the hotel opens their doors to coffee customers. The hotel owner is actually younger than I expected so I am impressed she meticulously created this authentic experience and the attention to detail. She was friendly and helpful and was open to accommodating our needs. We booked the entire 2nd floor, which was 3 bedrooms and we had 6 adults in our group. This tiny hotel only has 3 bedrooms so if you booked all 3 rooms, you pretty much get the entire hotel to yourselves which include the first floor which is spacious and comfy. When I visit Zhouzhuang again, I am looking forward to stay here again. It's certainly not cheap, but you do get what you pay for - which is people passionate about hospitality (in a Chinese way) and also a hygiene and staying experience that is certainly up to international standards.

Excellent boutique family hotel, excellent design and room quality. Beds are nice, smart electronics by mi. Pool have not use, was cold.

La ubicación es excelente, ya que es sólo una piedra tirar de la calle Guanqian. Nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía porque el personal era hospitalario en el check-in con nosotros las instalaciones que necesitan ser rellenas. Sin embargo, para el tipo de habitación que hemos elegido (con techo), no es adecuado para personas que están por encima de 1.7m altura como nos golpeamos en la cabeza todos los días debido a la estructura del techo. También sería bueno que el flujo de agua de la cabeza de la ducha del hogar pudiera ser más fuerte.

It's close to the Suzhou train station so it's convenient. it's also close enough (within 25min taxi ride) to all of Suzhou's major attractions without being too congested. Rooms are big and modern. Overall great value for money so highly recommend.
