SSIEW KENG LEENo hay pena de reservar este hotel. Muy bien mantenido con todas las comodidades, más importante es un hermoso escenario justo fuera de las ventanas. Incluso hemos reservado para 2 dormitorios individuales, pero el tamaño de las camas puede fácilmente adecuarse a 4 adultos o buena opción para la familia de 4. El hotel también ofrece una pausa de té sencilla después de la entrada y cena antes de las 10:00.
Todos nos disfrutamos de la estancia.
Se recomienda mucho más tranquilidad que Dalusoi.

LLAWRENCE K.H. TAMAs part of our 9-day self-drive trip in Yunnan, me and my wife visited the Lake Lu Gu last week and stayed two nights at the Torre De Marfil Hotel. All hardwares and softwares of the hotel were up to our entire satisfaction. Every little detail of the hotel facilities, whether in the rooms or in the public areas, has been carefully designed and properly maintained. The full and unblocked lakeview, which can be seen directly through the hotel room window, was magnificent and unforgettable. As we were told, most of the hotel personnel are native Mosuo people. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm shown by all of them, especially Xiao Zhang at the Reception Desk, in their works. Without any exception, they responded proactively and efficiently to all our requests. They voluntarily helped us bring our heavy luggages to and from the carpark while explaining to us the unusual marriage traditions followed by the Mosuo Tribe. Breakfasts were provided in individual sets instead of buffets. We were particularly impressed by their presentations, tastes and varieties, which were so much better than what we had in those bigger hotels we had stayed in Dali and Lijiang. Free dessert soups were served and brought to the rooms every evening, which to us were a big surprise! We 100% enjoyed our stay in Torre De Marfil and would definitely recommend it to anyone who happens to be visiting Lu Gu.

UUsuario invitadoThis is one of the perfect hotel i have ever stayed throughout, from design, services, amenities, activities, all these made us feel home. Kudos to our assigned butler, Mr Owen, has taken care us well from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We even have our room free upgrade to have a best view and also given us extra local breakfast to let us try. He took very good photos too ! My wife likes it very much.
Not forgetting mention all the staffs within the hotel, also very polite and greet us everytime. Definitely will come back next time around.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

UUsuario invitadoAbsolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

After a long day of travel, the kind and attentive service was exactly what we needed. Though we arrived after dark, we woke up to a breathtaking balcony view that left us in awe. The delicious breakfast and insightful tour of the traditionally preserved Mosuo culture, including the “Grandmother” room, were highlights. Having visited villages in the area, I can confidently say the preservation here feels authentic and respectful. As a tour operator for foreign travelers, I especially appreciated the locally-owned aspect and the warm hospitality. Our family was well cared for, and this is exactly the type of accommodation I look for in my work. Highly recommended!

El paisaje exterior es pintado, el pequeño jardín que el pueblo lleva a sí mismo, es muy sabroso, la fuente exterior, lejos de la tumba.
El servicio es muy bueno, la velocidad de respuesta es muy rápida, es suficiente para el alojamiento, muy intimidad! La experiencia de estadía es muy buena.

RRenee_1101Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on.
Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location.
They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake.
Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos.
Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake.

JJuiannyI had a truly memorable and calming stay at Lugu Lake Baiyun Jinsu Inn (Ninglu Highway Branch).
The location is absolutely stunning, with a direct lake view. Waking up to the sunrise over Lugu Lake was one of the highlights of the trip. The water is so still and peaceful, reflecting the morning light beautifully. It is one of those moments that makes everything feel worth it.
What I loved most is the tranquil environment. You can hear roosters crowing and birds chirping in the morning. No city noise, just pure calm. It is the perfect place if you want to escape from the busy city life and truly unwind.
The room is practical and comfortable. There is a washing machine (no dryer), but it wasn’t an issue at all. Clothes dry well overnight when hung up.
The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. Their hospitality really made the stay even more enjoyable.
The inn also provides a simple breakfast and there is even a dessert served at night, which is a lovely and thoughtful touch.
At first, I thought Lugu Lake might be too far from Lijiang. But after experiencing its beauty, I can confidently say:
it’s absolutely worth the journey and I would love to come back again.
