"The room has an interesting layout. The night was very cold and the heater in the room was easy to operate and worked extremely well. The hotel is walking distance to the nearby courtyard where they have the bonfire cultural performance at night. The toilet and shower area is kinda small, but I guess it is still deemed okay for a one night stopover. Lots of construction going on in the Lugu town, but the workers knocked off at 6pm and only began at 9am, so it did not affect me. Quite a few guests staying in the hotel despite the abundance of choices in the area and the low peak season."

"A 100% satisfying stay, I honestly couldn't find a single flaw~ 1. The cleanliness was impeccable! They even provided a bath set and nail clippers, which shows incredible attention to detail. 2. The facilities were excellent; the room had a humidifier. The underfloor heating kept us wonderfully warm, and the shower water temperature was perfect. The restaurant also had high chairs and tableware for children. 3. The staff provided exceptional service! We truly felt looked after. They even helped us plan our sightseeing routes. Since it was cold in winter, and everyone was tired from exploring all day and didn't want to go out to find food, we ended up eating at the hotel restaurant for three meals, and each one was fantastic!
