UUsuario invitadoNo hay pena de reservar este hotel. Muy bien mantenido con todas las comodidades, más importante es un hermoso escenario justo fuera de las ventanas. Incluso hemos reservado para 2 dormitorios individuales, pero el tamaño de las camas puede fácilmente adecuarse a 4 adultos o buena opción para la familia de 4. El hotel también ofrece una pausa de té sencilla después de la entrada y cena antes de las 10:00.
Todos nos disfrutamos de la estancia.
Se recomienda mucho más tranquilidad que Dalusoi.

The young enthusiastic staff will go out of their way to take care of your needs and wants . They even provide a sumptuous afternoon tea, mulled wine or hot milk at night with movie screening . The food at the restaurant is pretty good and healthy . They even have complimentary laundry service . It’s also pet friendly and There’s also a resident border collie to play with . We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly there . I totally recommend it for city dwellers who need to get away from it all.

UUsuario invitadoThis is one of the perfect hotel i have ever stayed throughout, from design, services, amenities, activities, all these made us feel home. Kudos to our assigned butler, Mr Owen, has taken care us well from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We even have our room free upgrade to have a best view and also given us extra local breakfast to let us try. He took very good photos too ! My wife likes it very much.
Not forgetting mention all the staffs within the hotel, also very polite and greet us everytime. Definitely will come back next time around.

UUsuario invitadoThis was a truly quiet and serene stay at Lugu Lake. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the lake view felt like a perfectly framed photograph — calm, still, and right in front of you. It was lovely strolling down to the lake, and an easy 20–30 minute walk from the lake into Lugu town. E-scooters are available for rent, though walking was honestly just as enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were excellent, with so much thought put into the little details — bath bombs, snacks, eye masks — all spotless and well-maintained. The staff were warm and lovely, and they also make a really good cup of coffee.
Breakfast was a highlight: comforting mushroom soup noodles, healthy steamed buns, eggs, and other simple but delicious dishes. And to top it all off, there’s an adorable resident cat.
A peaceful, well-considered stay that felt both cosy and memorable.

SScott N MThis modern, crisp and clean hotel is snuggled in the heart of gorgeous Lige Dao at Lugu Lake. We had a wonderful visit with the owner and his son taking special care of us including a late check out, helping us buy tickets to the Cable Car and sharing some history of the area. After a day of hard work in the sun, we arrived back to the hotel where the owner even offered us a refreshing ice coffee! Ice coffee in China! It was a wonderful touch to a great stay. Our favorite part was the rooftop Santorini-style terrace where we enjoyed a relaxing lunch in the sun. We will definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to Lugu Lake!

Llamé para preguntar sobre la habitación y agregué la cuenta de WeChat. de la chica del hotel (Xiao Zhang). Encantado de conocerte. La chica es muy atenta. Debo elogiarla especialmente. Hay muchas cosas que siguen igual durante un viaje familiar. la ubicación del hotel y organizó que el ama de llaves nos recogiera en el estacionamiento. El ambiente es realmente entretenido, perfectamente diseñado, con impresionantes vistas al lago. Puedes disfrutar del hermoso paisaje sin salir de la habitación. Tiene calefacción por suelo radiante y es muy cómodo. Cuando llegamos al hotel por la noche, también hay gachas nocturnas. El desayuno del hotel es nutritivo y sabe bien. Siento que no puedo elogiarte lo suficiente en una frase. Recomendado. Como me sentí tan bien, me quedé otra noche. Mañana por la noche escribiré sobre mi experiencia de estancia.

The town is a small quiet village, so there isn't much to do except to enjoy the view and stillness of the Beautiful lake. Choose the rooms with view and bath tub. It's worth the additional price.

RRenee_1101Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on.
Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location.
They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake.
Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos.
Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake.
