UUsuario anónimo這是這次旅途中我們最捨不得離開的酒店！房間的窗户簡直像一幅畫、這次定了套房很適合一家五口出行、有兩個廁所、護理包還有房間的迷你吧東西都很齊全連衞生巾都有！娃也真的最愛這家酒店、老闆們很熱情還烤了芝士條給娃、蘋果好吃還無限量供應！還在草地上享受了一頓下午茶！早餐真的很值得一提！在這之前住了兩家酒店早餐娃完全不怎麼吃、可是這次吃完了一碗雲吞還吃了玉米雞蛋👍水果都很新鮮用料也都很好、晚餐也是在餐廳裏吃的。雖然價格在民宿裏算小貴的但是確實態度服務用料都很在線很值！娃還體驗了第一次看電影、邊吃烤乳扇和酥油茶、氛圍感拉滿！還有雙喜真的太喜歡了！下次有機會會來多住幾天！就是希望廁所的門可以改善下有點透視還很難開關。其他都是無敵滿意！無腦沖吧！

UUsuario invitadothe hotel exceeded my expectations. butler Owen was super meticulous the moment we reached the hotel. he ensured the kids are comfortable and well fed and even gave my family member a mini celebration on his birthday. thank u butler owen for your extra effort. the hotel experience was made better by u.
room was nice and view was gorgeous. can even save the sight tickets because the view from the hotel is way better without crowd. the back garden was super fun for the kids w the cat house and small corner for activity. bon fire was made alive by the host and guests who participated. only thing to improve in my view is the breakfast. we had the western choice and it was limited in options for those not taking beef and toast was abit odd and cold. i think the hotel tried to be fanciful w the food platter but wish we have a simpler and more rustic local breakfast spread.
but overall 9/10 and owen scores the last 1 pt to make it 10/10

UUsuario invitadoNo regrets for booking this hotel. Very well kept with full amenities, most importantly beautiful scenery just outside the windows. Even we booked for 2 singles bedded room, but the size of beds can easily fit 4 adults or Good option for family of 4. The hotel also provided simple tea break after check in and supper before 10pm.
All of us enjoyed the stay.
Strongly recommended if one preferred a quiet place to recharge. So much more serenity compared to Daluosui.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

SScott N MThis modern, crisp and clean hotel is snuggled in the heart of gorgeous Lige Dao at Lugu Lake. We had a wonderful visit with the owner and his son taking special care of us including a late check out, helping us buy tickets to the Cable Car and sharing some history of the area. After a day of hard work in the sun, we arrived back to the hotel where the owner even offered us a refreshing ice coffee! Ice coffee in China! It was a wonderful touch to a great stay. Our favorite part was the rooftop Santorini-style terrace where we enjoyed a relaxing lunch in the sun. We will definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to Lugu Lake!

The attention to detail from the housekeeping staff was evident in the cleanliness and organization of the rooms .
What truly stood out was the genuine friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Lugu Lake Scenery Resort for a luxurious and enjoyable stay with top-notch service.

RRenee_1101Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on.
Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location.
They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake.
Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos.
Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake.

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site.
Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing.
Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely.
There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car.
You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms.
They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!
