EElynncIf you’re heading to the lake area, this hotel ticks a lot of boxes. The location is outstanding with a prime lake view. Staff get kudos for being enthusiastic and going out of their way to help. Good restaurant, good amenities! Highly recommended for nature-lovers wanting a comfortable base by the lake.

SSIEW KENG LEENo hay pena de reservar este hotel. Muy bien mantenido con todas las comodidades, más importante es un hermoso escenario justo fuera de las ventanas. Incluso hemos reservado para 2 dormitorios individuales, pero el tamaño de las camas puede fácilmente adecuarse a 4 adultos o buena opción para la familia de 4. El hotel también ofrece una pausa de té sencilla después de la entrada y cena antes de las 10:00. Todos nos disfrutamos de la estancia. Se recomienda mucho más tranquilidad que Dalusoi.

LLAWRENCE K.H. TAMAs part of our 9-day self-drive trip in Yunnan, me and my wife visited the Lake Lu Gu last week and stayed two nights at the Torre De Marfil Hotel. All hardwares and softwares of the hotel were up to our entire satisfaction. Every little detail of the hotel facilities, whether in the rooms or in the public areas, has been carefully designed and properly maintained. The full and unblocked lakeview, which can be seen directly through the hotel room window, was magnificent and unforgettable. As we were told, most of the hotel personnel are native Mosuo people. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm shown by all of them, especially Xiao Zhang at the Reception Desk, in their works. Without any exception, they responded proactively and efficiently to all our requests. They voluntarily helped us bring our heavy luggages to and from the carpark while explaining to us the unusual marriage traditions followed by the Mosuo Tribe. Breakfasts were provided in individual sets instead of buffets. We were particularly impressed by their presentations, tastes and varieties, which were so much better than what we had in those bigger hotels we had stayed in Dali and Lijiang. Free dessert soups were served and brought to the rooms every evening, which to us were a big surprise! We 100% enjoyed our stay in Torre De Marfil and would definitely recommend it to anyone who happens to be visiting Lu Gu.

UUsuario invitadoThis is one of the perfect hotel i have ever stayed throughout, from design, services, amenities, activities, all these made us feel home. Kudos to our assigned butler, Mr Owen, has taken care us well from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We even have our room free upgrade to have a best view and also given us extra local breakfast to let us try. He took very good photos too ! My wife likes it very much. Not forgetting mention all the staffs within the hotel, also very polite and greet us everytime. Definitely will come back next time around.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es limpia y limpia, muy bien decorada, con microondas y caliente, y no es muy frío durante el Festival de Primavera. El paisaje exterior es pintado, el pequeño jardín que el pueblo lleva a sí mismo, es muy sabroso, la fuente exterior, lejos de la tumba. El servicio es muy bueno, la velocidad de respuesta es muy rápida, es suficiente para el alojamiento, muy intimidad! La experiencia de estadía es muy buena. ¡Si vuelve la próxima vez, escogerá el pez!

RRenee_1101Lugu Lake Arabella was my best stay in Yunnan! My bf and I were stunt by the beautiful lake view Infront of us the time we check in. The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on. Although this hotel is up on a hill and slightly away from 大落水村， but they do provide transport to send and pick up us from there. You just have to WeChat them and tell them your location. They also provide us very delicious and warm breakfast every morning. There’s nothing more delightful than savouring a delicious breakfast while being surrounded by the stunning view of the lake. Even more, they provide us a free shooting session, with 3 complimentary retouched photos for each room, which made me and my friend a day. The photographer shooting skill was great, and we were very happy with our photos. Overall experience were great. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who travel to Lugu lake.

SScott N MThis modern, crisp and clean hotel is snuggled in the heart of gorgeous Lige Dao at Lugu Lake. We had a wonderful visit with the owner and his son taking special care of us including a late check out, helping us buy tickets to the Cable Car and sharing some history of the area. After a day of hard work in the sun, we arrived back to the hotel where the owner even offered us a refreshing ice coffee! Ice coffee in China! It was a wonderful touch to a great stay. Our favorite part was the rooftop Santorini-style terrace where we enjoyed a relaxing lunch in the sun. We will definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to Lugu Lake!

JJuiannyI had a truly memorable and calming stay at Lugu Lake Baiyun Jinsu Inn (Ninglu Highway Branch). The location is absolutely stunning, with a direct lake view. Waking up to the sunrise over Lugu Lake was one of the highlights of the trip. The water is so still and peaceful, reflecting the morning light beautifully. It is one of those moments that makes everything feel worth it. What I loved most is the tranquil environment. You can hear roosters crowing and birds chirping in the morning. No city noise, just pure calm. It is the perfect place if you want to escape from the busy city life and truly unwind. The room is practical and comfortable. There is a washing machine (no dryer), but it wasn’t an issue at all. Clothes dry well overnight when hung up. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. Their hospitality really made the stay even more enjoyable. The inn also provides a simple breakfast and there is even a dessert served at night, which is a lovely and thoughtful touch. At first, I thought Lugu Lake might be too far from Lijiang. But after experiencing its beauty, I can confidently say: it’s absolutely worth the journey and I would love to come back again.

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site. Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing. Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely. There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car. You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms. They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!
