My stay at Qianshanji Hotel was truly memorable. The room offers a direct view of Lugu Lake, and every moment feels like looking at a beautiful painting. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were thoughtfully prepared, delicate, and generous in variety. The hotel facilities are very well equipped, and I was especially touched by the thoughtful details: bath balls, a carefully prepared care pack (with good-quality sanitary pads, makeup remover pads, facial towels, etc.), and even a bag of dried apples prepared for us to take home. When I arrived, I wasn’t feeling well. The front desk staff immediately offered me glucose and portable oxygen can. What truly warmed my heart was that when I developed a fever, they not only cooked porridge for me, but also prepared for my family as well. Although there is no elevator, which may be less convenient for elderly guests, the staff were always proactive and kind in helping to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. In the evening, I highly recommend going to the lawn in front of the hotel, you’ll be completely amazed by the breathtaking, star-filled sky :)

This is one of the perfect hotel i have ever stayed throughout, from design, services, amenities, activities, all these made us feel home. Kudos to our assigned butler, Mr Owen, has taken care us well from the moment we stepped into the hotel. We even have our room free upgrade to have a best view and also given us extra local breakfast to let us try. He took very good photos too ! My wife likes it very much. Not forgetting mention all the staffs within the hotel, also very polite and greet us everytime. Definitely will come back next time around.

Incluyendo, pero no sólo, las tablas de viaje, los comentarios, el análisis de mapas, etc. Como viajar con un bebé, hay que considerar el entorno del hotel, las instalaciones cercanas y el nivel de conveniencia del estacionamiento. Es muy satisfactorio que se haya seleccionado el lugar para la investigación.

The rooms of this hotel were impressively equipped with the latest state-of-the-art AI voice control system, making everything easy and convenient to operate.  Even the toilet is of modern comfort.  Most importantly, the room was exceptionally clean with no trace of smoking smell, despite noticing some patrons smoking in the lobby. Breakfast was a highlight especially the warm and delicious ”mee Xian” personally cooked by the lady boss - truly a delightful and tasty start too the day. A fantastic stay with excellent technology.

I had a wonderful stay at 慕鱼, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Lugu Lake. The hotel is tastefully designed, with every corner beautifully decorated and thoughtfully curated. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a lake-view room, and the room cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. The view is truly stunning — there is an unobstructed, direct view of Lugu Lake, and 蒗放码头 is located right in front of the hotel, making the location incredibly convenient. At night, I could see a sky full of stars directly from my room, which felt truly magical. Every detail in the room felt well considered and intentional. The room was also very comfortable in winter, with floor heating and a Dyson hair dryer, which made a huge difference during the colder days. During afternoon tea time, the hotel served a lovely afternoon tea set, and sitting in the backyard while enjoying the lake view became one of the most relaxing and memorable moments of my entire trip. Upon checkout, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast to go and gifted me some souvenirs, which was a very warm and touching gesture. They also helped recommend a reliable driver who took me back to Dali in a comfortable 9-seater car, making the journey smooth and stress-free. The owner is a beautiful and kind lady, and her dog Lucky, an adorable corgi, is an absolute delight. The staff were all genuinely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, 慕鱼 offers beautiful design, breathtaking views, thoughtful service, and a truly relaxing experience. I would absolutely love to return.

The view of the hotel was really as advertised, super pretty. Staffs was also exceptionally helpful - the moment we got off the car, there were at least 3 staffs ready to help with our luggages. Special thank you to the following staffs: 小老贾，喇叭裤，杨歌. Afternoon tea and night time dessert was also delicious! Location is quite central, with a lot of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant 😊

El hotel está en una parte más tranquila y menos ocupada del lago, más cerca de la montaña. La habitación estaba muy tranquila y caliente a la noche a principios de abril. La matriz también puede calentarse en días más fríos. El hotel ofrece una tonelada de snacks como chocolate, nueces, wafers. También tuvimos té de la tarde una vez llegamos. El desayuno es muy impresionante y no espica. No hay ascensor, pero una chica de personal muy agradable, la Directa, nos ayudó a llevar nuestros bolsillos abajo y arriba. También nos preguntamos si podemos conseguir algunas snacks para nuestro viaje de vuelta a Lijiang, y ella dio tantas galletas de rosa gratis. Muy satisfecha con el servicio. También nos recogió de otro hotel en coche.

El hotel tiene un sentido de diseño, en la montaña de Mezzomont, pero no está lejos de nada, conducir cuatro o cinco minutos del centro, el hotel también ofrece transporte gratuito. El paisaje de alto nivel es incómodo, el autoconducir es muy conveniente para estacionar abajo, el desayuno es muy rico y esperamos el desayuno todos los días. El personal del hotel es la hermana joven de mi hermana. El alojamiento nos ha actualizado el tipo de habitación. Se comunica muy convenientemente. El alojamiento y la salida de la habitación ayudan a recoger el equipaje. Nuestros camas cayeron en el hotel y también ayudan a enviarlo a casa rápidamente. Super recomendado, se pretende tener la oportunidad de ver el almuerzo de la mañana en su casa en invierno.

瀘沽湖白雲錦宿真的超出預期！一線湖景視野絕了，推開窗就是整片藍湖，清晨薄霧、傍晚晚霞都美到失語。房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，投影、洗衣機、智能設備都很貼心。服務熱情周到，接送及時，早餐好吃又精緻，性價比超高，來瀘沽湖住這裏太值了！

After arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window. The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries. The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect. Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats. The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast. All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.
