It was a nice stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were sick during our trip and they helped us got medicines. The room has an amazing view and we saw the fireworks from the room. The location of the hotel is very close to all things, and especially perfect for those ski lovers as the ski ground is right behind the hotel.

According to the booking Amenities the room : 1. has a mountain view but I did NOT get the Mountain view. 2. is on the ground floor not 1st floor as indicated in the booking 3. NO TV in my room Except for the concierge Service NONE of the Luxury Privileges mention in the booking was offered. I was a not happy with that. But I do want to give a shoutout to Mr Sung Yu (I hope I got his name correct) for taking care of us through out our stay there. Keep up the good job!!!

Modern kang bed room. Tiny and expensive but this is not unexpected given it is within the snow town and it is new year day. Nonetheless, location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Food at the hotel’s restaurant is yummy. Special mention to our dedicated butler Mr Cao who was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He will arrange to pick up your luggages from the bus station in the snow town and transport to the hotel (you will need to take a bus from the ticket entrance to the bus station in the snow town). Mr Cao can also help to arrange for activities. Overall, pleasant stay and will recommend.

The quality of hotel is decent, the check-in personnel was nice considering they didn’t speak any English or Russian. Staff was definitely friendly, breakfast was alright, beware of bringing overly heavy luggage as there’s no lift, however staff would actually help carry luggage up.
