UUsuario invitadoIt was a nice stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were sick during our trip and they helped us got medicines. The room has an amazing view and we saw the fireworks from the room. The location of the hotel is very close to all things, and especially perfect for those ski lovers as the ski ground is right behind the hotel.

Ee_shielaThe best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you!
The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is!
It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids
It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.

UUsuario anónimoGreat location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel.
Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day.
The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night.
The room was clean and comfortable.
It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

La ciudad de Xifen River no es grande, el hotel está a cinco minutos de coche junto a la estación de tren, y está cerca del centro de la ciudad.
El hotel es muy nuevo, el cuarto está limpio, el cuarto administrativo es grande, hay sofá y nevera, para que los robots de venta puedan enviarlos a la habitación, vivir con mucha cautela, para recomendar el río Xifen.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is new and so modern with smart home but the price is affordable. We arrived late night and without dinner, they are so warm, prepared warm milk as welcome drinks for us. The room is warm and big, with all the marble design looks so luxury, I like it so much. We have a very good rest in this hotel. Location is a bit away from 雪乡， but for us this hotel is located half way to the next destination, so it is still good. Overall. This hotel is outstanding, very recommended to stay.

“院長”阿姨和她的漂亮活潑的女兒、帥氣憨厚的兒子一起，提供了這麼好的民宿環境。
剛到的時候幫忙把行李搬上了2樓，房間很暖和很乾凈。院子裏的雪人、“酷似小樽”的車站和自助貨櫃都是這家人對美好生活體驗的外化。每個細節都很貼近生活但又讓遊客有“洋氣”“大氣”的感受。
晚上院子的客人一起圍着火爐在雪地裏聊天，阿姨的女兒很熱心幫大家拍照。民宿位於河邊，晚上時不時有人放煙花。第二天阿姨幫忙叫車去七裏地、司機幫忙取了行李送到七裏地再把我送去車站，一路上沒咋用自己操心。
走的時候阿姨還給了一份小禮物，特別驚喜的是裡頭打印出來的照片，還有奶糖、一次性毛巾、薑茶、蒸汽眼罩。
真的是住過最好的民宿，寫了好長好長一段跟各位分享這次的體驗，推薦大家都來感受下😜

VVCHROne of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
Though comparable with most of my experiences with hotels at about this price point, the service was excellent and amenities were pretty decked out not to mention the pretty reasonably priced room service foods.
During my stay, I got an upgrade to a suite from a king bed because they were out, so I was really happy they did that, room service was also good although the staff didn’t speak good English, I still ordered with no problem.
The room itself was spacious, decked out with amazing decor and amenities. The room was spacious (because of the upgrade) and pretty new with exceptions as the TV which is understandable.

You can walk to parks, attractions, museums, etc. The problem for me was that the rooms are for smokers, because I don't smoke myself. The room I was given was windowless and filled with the smell of cigarettes. At my request, they changed to another room with a window, thanks to which there was practically no smell. And another problem in my room is the bathroom. After taking a shower, a large puddle forms on the floor due to poorly made floor tiles and the absence of curtains. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a few nights.
