La ubicación es muy excelente, el coche y el transporte público son muy convenientes, el hall está limpio y brillante, la decoración es sencilla y cómoda, no hay olor a la puerta, el ambiente en general está tranquilo y elegante. El personal de la recepción es caliente y profesional, se ocupa de la velocidad de salida rápida de la habitación, informa de la hora del desayuno, la ubicación del ascensor, y también se recomienda con paciencia la ruta local de la comida y el juego, y la consulta de preguntas se responderá con detalle.

Modern kang bed room. Tiny and expensive but this is not unexpected given it is within the snow town and it is new year day. Nonetheless, location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Food at the hotel’s restaurant is yummy. Special mention to our dedicated butler Mr Cao who was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He will arrange to pick up your luggages from the bus station in the snow town and transport to the hotel (you will need to take a bus from the ticket entrance to the bus station in the snow town). Mr Cao can also help to arrange for activities. Overall, pleasant stay and will recommend.

Good hotel, great location. It’s very close to the train station — about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi. All my requests were fulfilled, and any issues were solved quickly. The room was clean, and the service was attentive. The only small downside — some guests smoke in non‑smoking areas, including the breakfast hall. I reminded one person, and they put it away. It would be great if the hotel could manage this better in the future. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. Thank you! I have so much more to say about my stay, but it won’t all fit here. I’ll write a longer, more detailed post in the Trip.com community soon.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Though comparable with most of my experiences with hotels at about this price point, the service was excellent and amenities were pretty decked out not to mention the pretty reasonably priced room service foods. During my stay, I got an upgrade to a suite from a king bed because they were out, so I was really happy they did that, room service was also good although the staff didn’t speak good English, I still ordered with no problem. The room itself was spacious, decked out with amazing decor and amenities. The room was spacious (because of the upgrade) and pretty new with exceptions as the TV which is understandable.

Хочу обратить внимание, что розетки в номере с разъемом только под китайский стандарт. Для подключения устройств из России потребуется переходник, который можно приобрести на ресепшене за 5 юаней. Купить переходник возможно и в ближайшем магазине за 2 юаня, но он, скорее всего, будет с разъемом только для вилки с тонкими контактами. А вот на ресепшене продают переходники, которые подойдут и для толстых контактов. Персонал отеля отзывчивый, доброжелательный. В целом, проживанием остались довольны.

My partner and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionists exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond for us. We did not know how to get to the hotel from the snow town, so they picked us up directly from the snow town entrance which is usually reserved for buses. They provided us breakfast outside of their regular breakfast hours because they knew we were spending the entire morning doing activities. I am extremely thankful for the receptionists for doing their best to accommodate our needs despite the language barrier.

Отель находится в центре Арбата, вокруг много торговых центров, в которых есть абсолютно все! Рядом софийская площадь, Зара и много интересного! Обязательно вернемся к вам!
