UUsuario invitadoA last-minute decision led me to Erlanghe instead of Snow valley, and I discovered a tranquil and beautiful village. Although many of the original residents have moved away, some still choose to stay. The host, Sister Liu and her husband, are natives. They have lived in this village for decades.They are honest, kind-hearted people who treat their guests like families, running their homestay with sincerity and integrity. Holding onto such simple, genuine beauty is truly rare in this world filled with marketing gimmicks.
They even built a small snow slope across from the house for the kids to play. Sister Liu keeps the rooms impeccably clean, the bathroom has no unpleasant odor at all! The kang (heated bed) was wonderfully warm, and after playing in the snow, lying down on it, I fell asleep almost instantly.
Sister Liu’s dumplings were particularly beautiful, each one identical, and the wrappers had the fragrant of wheat, a flavor I hadn’t tasted in years. The wild mountain vegetables served at dinner were also unique. Sister Liu even specially scrambled eggs for my daughter !
Waking up to a world of glittering white snow was both familiar and strange. Taking a walk around the village, the crisp, crunching sound of footsteps in the snow was incredibly healing. Returning to Sister Liu’s freshly cooked porridge, steamed traditional sourdough buns, and homemade pickles (so delicious I could eat a whole bowl!) made the day utterly satisfying. I really wish I could have stayed a few more days!

UUsuario invitadoModern kang bed room. Tiny and expensive but this is not unexpected given it is within the snow town and it is new year day. Nonetheless, location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Food at the hotel’s restaurant is yummy. Special mention to our dedicated butler Mr Cao who was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He will arrange to pick up your luggages from the bus station in the snow town and transport to the hotel (you will need to take a bus from the ticket entrance to the bus station in the snow town). Mr Cao can also help to arrange for activities. Overall, pleasant stay and will recommend.

SSheryl Bayog-Yanos”I extend to this hotel my highest recommendation due to their dedication to the highest standards of hospitality.” Exceptional service that went above and beyond— one of our family members had an accident in the snow even before we arrived in Snow Town. We requested medical care when we arrived, and the hotel provided us with more than the assistance that we needed. (1) They provide us everything in the room and make sure we have a comfortable stay even though we only stayed for one night; (2) We arrived late, and the hotel restaurant is about to close in a few minutes; perhaps they will still accommodate us and serve us scrumptious food (comfort food for a very challenging day); (3) After our meal, they get us to the clinic. The hotel provides us a translator, making a potentially stressful situation much easier; (4) We requested transportation to Yabuli with very limited time. The hotel provided us with car service with an excellent driver. The hotel driver assisted us so well. He patiently waited for us to board the train and made sure we got off at Yabuli safely.
The quality of service they provided us is a remarkable example of going above and beyond for guest comfort and well-being, especially in a new place with a language barrier. We appreciate your excellent customer service and assistance for international visitors, particularly those who require medical attention.
I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my fellow foreign travelers!.

Even though we can’t speak Chinese, he is really put alot of effort to brief us regarding the place. I would really recommend this place and if I have another chance to visit Harbin again, I would definitely book this place again if it is still available.
I would like to post the video of this place however this app doesn’t support it.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is located not far from Snow Town and provides a shuttle bus service. On the return trip from the Snow Village, the owner clearly informs guests of the pickup point and the vehicle license plate, which is very reassuring.
The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and communication via WeChat is easy at any time. They also helped arrange a private car to Yabuli Railway Station at a reasonable price.
The hotel is very new. Both the room and bathroom are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also offers meals, and the food was very delicious. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

SSweeLin HoI had a wonderful stay at XUEJI Snow Season Hotel (雪季酒店) in Snow Town. The service here truly stands out — warm, personal, and heart-felt. The lady boss is incredibly passionate and kind; she even showed us to our room personally, which made us feel very welcomed.
The room was beautifully decorated with festive Christmas touches, immaculately clean, and genuinely comparable to what a luxury hotel can offer. What impressed me most is the people behind the hotel — their sincerity turns a stay into a memorable experience.
The view from our room was simply breathtaking — a pure winter snow landscape right outside the window. A truly amazing and cozy place to enjoy the magic of Snow Town. Highly recommended!

UUsuario invitadoLocated almost at the end of Snow Rhyme Street. We hired luggage transport services for RMB20/ luggage to and from our hotel to the bus station. Room was spacious and comfortable but since 5 of us were non smokers.. It was difficult for me to sleep at night when the cigarettes smoke from other room seeping into our room as I sleep near the closed window. I wear face mask to sleep. Breakfast was basic. Hotel entrance at below picture..

En cuanto a la ubicación, el hotel está en el centro, el transporte es muy conveniente y hay centros comerciales, restaurantes y atracciones en los alrededores. Tanto si viajas por placer como por negocios, es muy práctico.
Las instalaciones del hotel también son muy completas. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, la decoración es sencilla y generosa, y la ropa de cama es cómoda, lo que garantiza un sueño reparador. El baño es limpio e higiénico, el suministro de agua caliente es suficiente y la calidad de los artículos de aseo también es muy buena.
El servicio es un punto a destacar de este hotel. El personal es amable y atento; desde el check-in hasta el check-out, cada detalle crea una atmósfera de intimidad.
En resumen, este hotel ha alcanzado un alto nivel tanto en instalaciones de hardware como en servicios de software. Si buscas una estancia cómoda, práctica y agradable, no te pierdas este hotel.

DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop.
Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.
