UUsuario invitadoThis hotel is beautifully designed with exquisite architecture. The finishing, furniture and decoration makes you feel that you are living inside a heritage home. The service provided by the staff is top notch. The owner has a very extensive collection of artifact and we were given a tour of his museum. We will also recommend the teppanyaki dinner which was very well done and professionally presented by the young chef. The setting of the villa is romantic and very restful. We will love to come back again!

MM414833****這次入住真的非常驚喜！民宿地理位置絕佳，步行幾分鐘就能到秦王宮，旁邊就是夢幻谷，距離清明上河圖也很近，遊玩超級方便。整體是古風風格，房間裏也有一股木頭的清香，典雅精緻，拍照也特別出片！
房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，連小細節都打理得很用心。最讓我滿意的是早餐，種類豐富又美味，每天都有新花樣，吃得超滿足～
老闆和管家也很熱情周到，從入住到離店都照顧得很細緻，還給了很多本地遊玩攻略和美食推薦，像朋友一樣親切。下次來一定還會住這裏！

For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat.

UUsuario invitadoDated hotel and cleanliness needs to be improved. We found hairs on sheets in 2 of 4 beds. The staff were very friendly and that was the best part of this hotel. We managed to walk to a nearby night market/ pedestrain mall and there was a great HongKong restaurant just further down the road. (Lobby or mall of hampton hotel i believe)

La protección del sonido no es grande - puedes oír a las personas en el pasillo y en los apartamentos arriba, pero esto no es diferente de la mayoría de los hoteles chinos que he estado en.
To get to any of the Hengdian studio sites is a few km but it’s very easy/cost to get DiDi rides

Ssu_explorerI recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Hengdian, and I cannot recommend it enough! From its unbeatable location to the exceptional service, everything about this place exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the Palace of Qin, making it incredibly convenient for exploring attractions. This palace is one of my favourites of all attractions in Hengdian. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to the Along the River Qing Ming Festival gate, and I loved strolling there in the evenings. The area is packed with amazing restaurants, and I highly recommend the grilled shop just 5 minutes away—it’s some of the best grilled food I’ve ever had! Lawson store is only 2-3 mins walk away! Desert and snacks are so yummy and much better than what you get from 7/11 convenient store in Australia. 😅😁
I stayed in a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great! The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers breakfast for just **18 yuan**, and the soup was particularly delicious. If you’re looking for more food options, the surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise. The hotel staff even helped me order food and recommended some fantastic dishes, which I paid for via Alipay. Their recommendations were spot-on, so don’t hesitate to ask them for suggestions!
The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even though I don’t speak Mandarin, they were incredibly patient and helpful. One staff member even walked with me to the tourist center to help me get tickets! Since I stayed for 5 days, I opted for the Hengdian world studio yearly pass, which gave me unlimited access to all the attractions—some of which I visited multiple times. Along the river Qing and Ming festival - I recommend you to go there two - three times - one during the day time, one time around 5:00pm till late and then one time around 07:00. If you are a Song Dynasty lover like myself, you will never get sick of visiting this place. So many things to look at. Please use Baidu translate for Museum description. Very informative and transported back you to Song dynasty civilian life!
If you’re planning to visit Hengdian World Studios, this hotel is the perfect base. You can take DiDi to other attractions and is very convenient. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the major attractions.

Upon arrival, they welcomed us with a refreshing cup of tea—a lovely gesture! Breakfast hours were ample, and the restaurant staff maintained the same friendly attitude. Every time we passed by the front desk, they offered polite greetings. The check-out process was seamless, and they even provided a thoughtful complimentary bottle of water. 👍👍

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to Dream Bund, which made it so easy to explore. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay.
There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we never had trouble finding a good place to eat. The special price for Dream Bund tickets was an added bonus, which made our visit even better. We felt that this hotel provided excellent value for the price. My family absolutely loved it here, and we’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Hengdian!

MM306851****房間很好，全屋地暖很新奇，木居全屋落地窗很有氛圍感，牀頭櫃的鬧鐘小夜燈很好玩還可以無線充電。廁所吹風機很好用也有護髮素，杯子有消毒櫃很多細節很貼心，有管家微信可以隨時聯繫，每個房間還有WIFI
冬天泡温泉挺好玩的雖然有點點冷，煙霧繚繞很有感覺，裏面物價也合適（除了那個自動販賣機有點貴，但是在景區裏也還好吧）温泉很多池子能泡很暖
我們每年都來，今年新弄的酒店住了露營地方還沒去，應該很適合遛娃和寵物還有公司團建。房間包門票很划算比泰順好玩多了

MM474537****Llevé a mi familia de viaje y la señora de la recepción cambió su habitación a una habitación familiar. La actitud del servicio fue muy buena. La habitación del hotel era de muy alta gama y estaba muy limpia. -Efectivo. El estacionamiento fue conveniente y el lugar era grande. También me dieron obsequios. Un rico desayuno y una excelente experiencia de estadía en el hotel. Recomendaré a más amigos que se queden aquí en el futuro.
