入住時，是兩大一小，前台小妹很勉為其難的送了我們一個價值38的早餐，所以要表揚一下寫個好評。 這是本次假期旅行的最後一站嗯，定的時候被環境吸引，想不慌不忙的喝個茶拍個照，結果在清明上河圖耍晚了，到酒店晚上10點了，管家有熱情的等我們，房間準備小點心和一壺玉米漿床品舒適，被單柔軟。 酒店硬件環境沒的説，裝修用心，用色大膽，復古與時尚的對沖，但是到離店逛了一圈沒有看到大家説的負一樓收藏品，管家也沒有介紹。酒店外圍是個莊園，大環境也是很到位的，不過介意房產酒店的慎選啊。 軟件服務呢。。。確實很值得表揚，有踐行節約環保啊。。。碩大的房間衹有一個床頭有一盒抽紙，房間和衞生間兩頭有垃圾桶（隔着十萬八千里，讓愛衞生的我們被動運動），洗漱台沒有垃圾桶。。。洗漱間沒有插座無法第一時間享受戴森吹風機。。。房間有4瓶黃山礦泉水，因為我們玩了一天，太渴了，請管家多送幾瓶礦泉水到房間，管家很快的響應，用漂亮的愛馬仕黃口袋裝了4小瓶農夫山泉，讓我們電解質平衡。。。早餐配不上1000多的房價和環境，我們是山裡來的接受半自助定餐，但是太摳搜了吧，麪包5片放在餐盤中，問了管家等烤好的麪包都冷了才拿出了黃油和果醬，黃油是切片的很小一塊（説怕化），咖啡機壞了衹能做純咖啡，對不起dior杯子，餛燉還可以，發糕已經蒸太久了底子也化了。。。還有還有高檔環境的餐廳小管家看不上大胃客人啊，看到有其他客人來想要一碗餛燉，用大點的碗多煮點，管家各種溝通不暢不耐煩。 總的來説是好的酒店，希望更好，畢竟下次來橫店，我們還想住這的～😍😍👍👍👍

We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

The location is good. The hotel interior desires really nice or decorate by antique furniture and the lighting is very nice. You can take a lot of photo in the ground floor and corridor. The room is the same as what I see in the website decoration is nice and clean. We went in May and the weather is hot and the hotel air condition is this is good enough. We got upgraded to bigger room and the washroom is very big. The receptionist and or the hotel butler ( I forgot adked her name) is very friendly and helpful. I would like to said thank you to her. The hotel provided free breakfast. It tastes good. We lived 2 nights and they very early in the morning that we cannot catch up the breakfast time. The hotel butler prepared takeout for us so that we can have it in airport. The breakfast included congee, homemade sausage, fruit, milk. It all tasted good. I definitely will recommend to all my friend. I will book again when I come back..

Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

We had a wonderful time at the this amazing place. The crew was really friendly and helpful. The bed and shower was great. We did BBQ at our balcony which was very conveniente. Breakfast was full of ingredients. Hot springs are relaxed and warm. Want to say a special thank you to the crew : The team leader, Ah Fang, the front desk staff, Xiao Ye, and Xiao Chang, as well as Xiao Zhang, the shuttle bus driver. 我们在这里度过了非常美好的时光。 工作人员非常友好，也很乐于帮助我们。房间的床和淋浴都很棒。我们还在阳台上烧烤，非常方便。早餐食材丰富，温泉非常放松而且温暖。 特别感谢以下工作人员： 团队负责人 Ah Fang， 前台工作人员 Xiao Ye 和 Xiao Chang， 以及接送车司机 Xiao Zhang。 谢谢你们的热情招待！

We had the Deluxe suite, it was nearly the size of a small appartment. The hotel feels a bit dated but still in good shape. Staff was incredibly friendly. We mostly missed the opportunity to charge via USB ports directly.

La experiencia de alojarme en el hotel del área panorámica esta vez superó mis expectativas, especialmente tengo que elogiar el servicio de autobús y al hermano Dakang. Como hotel situado en una zona pintoresca, la importancia del servicio de autobús es evidente, y el servicio aquí es absolutamente tranquilizador y reconfortante. El servicio de autobús se envía de manera eficiente y el vehículo siempre llega a tiempo, ya sea que esté viendo el amanecer temprano en la mañana o regresando al hotel tarde en la noche. Lo más inolvidable es el entusiasta servicio brindado por el conductor Dakang. Cada vez que los invitados suben al autobús, los saludará con una sonrisa sincera, les recordará que tengan cuidado en los escalones en los días de lluvia e incluso recordará las paradas que los invitados visitan con frecuencia. No sólo conduce con firmeza. Este servicio humano convierte el autobús mecanizado en un vínculo de calidez. El hermano Dakang añadió un fondo brillante a todo el viaje con su profesionalismo y sinceridad, ¡lo que definitivamente es el escenario más conmovedor de este hotel! Es muy recomendable para todos los viajeros que buscan experiencias detalladas. Creo que esta atención también os sanará. Podrás ser actor de grupo mientras te alojas en el hotel. Es una experiencia muy especial y muy interesante.

El servicio es muy entusiasta y puntual. A mi hija le gusta mucho el servicio de robots del hotel. Es muy divertido. El desayuno es muy rico. El transporte es conveniente y está cerca de varias atracciones. Actualización gratuita a suite para padres e hijos. La habitación es muy grande, está separada de las áreas secas y húmedas y es completamente inteligente. Se recomienda sustituir el secador de pelo por uno mejor e instalar perchas en el baño. Nos alojamos aquí por dos noches y la experiencia fue cómoda, aprobado.

Un hotel de temas de Shanghai excelente justo al lado del parque de temas de Shanghai. Muy agradable y cómodo estancia. Todos los objetos están en buenas condiciones de trabajo. El hotel es agradable para proporcionarnos frutas frescas. El campanario era muy agradable y amigable. El hotel es un hotel muy bonito, nuevo, bien mantenido y asequible. Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.
