«Me alojé aquí dos noches con mis padres e hijos. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Se puede ver directamente el Palacio Qin. A pocos pasos, se llega a la puerta principal del Palacio Qin.
Se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar caminando hasta el escenario de la ribera del río Qingming.
También está a sólo unos pasos de la Puerta 2 del Dream Palace.
El personal de recepción del hotel es muy amable. Responden con mucha consideración a cualquier pregunta que tenga. También me ayudaron a aparcar y a bajar cosas del coche. Al volver al vestíbulo del hotel por la noche, me ofrecieron té de jengibre, dátiles rojos y sopa de hongos blancos.
La habitación está limpia e higiénica, lo cual está en línea con el precio.
Pero quizá porque había mucha gente durante el Año Nuevo Chino, la tía dejó las sábanas apiladas a la entrada del pasillo después de recogerlas. No las vi recoger ni siquiera después de ir y venir varias veces. Afectará la sensación general.»

Gracias a la recomendación de la hermana de ahí, es la alegría de la visita de la tienda de ahí. El entorno es bonito, el patio chino, especialmente el desayuno, vive en tantas personas favoritas, variedades diversas, combinaciones ricas, sapos rojos, muy buenos y muy cuidadosos.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel is beautifully designed with exquisite architecture. The finishing, furniture and decoration makes you feel that you are living inside a heritage home. The service provided by the staff is top notch. The owner has a very extensive collection of artifact and we were given a tour of his museum. We will also recommend the teppanyaki dinner which was very well done and professionally presented by the young chef. The setting of the villa is romantic and very restful. We will love to come back again!

While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests.
From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area.
Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable.
But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip.
Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season.
Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels.
All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that.
We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

YYunikunkunbao這個漢庭是我住過樓層算高的。房間很大，衞生也不錯，酒店外面停車位也很多。
唯一缺點是：隔音不是很好，一大早打掃衞生的阿姨嗓門好大，一直在隔壁幾間打掃聲音很吵。

JJiulingniandeqiutianEste B&B está ubicado en la ciudad con un hermoso entorno. Realmente superó mis expectativas. Tiene una ubicación estratégica y transporte conveniente. En segundo lugar, la decoración de la habitación es cálida y confortable, sumado al maravilloso desayuno, ¡es genial! Además, el B&B también ofrece una variedad de actividades para que nuestro viaje sea más colorido. El ambiente cálido y el servicio atento me hicieron sentir más como en casa. UUsuario invitadothe room is spacious and super cozy. very clean, no malfunction. it feels homey. there's also a little snacks provided in the room! the location is also super convenient, just right across the Qing Ming Shang He Tu. you can even see it from your window room. the inn also has a hanfu rent. the host is very responsive, and the whole check in and check out is very smooth. I stayed in the 2nd floor, the stairs is a little bit narrow so it may be a little bit inconvenient if you bring a heavy lugagge, but that's not a problem. the host helped me to bring my luggage up. I recommend it to anyone who visit hengdian!!👍👍

I booked a Smart Room (Double bed), but the room is without a window. But I can not complain because the window is in the toilet. Very smart move to sell a room without out window. :)
Pepsi is a welcome drink, I like it.
The carpet is very dirty, mold under the shower, the air conditioner is very noisy, can not sleep. Poor choice of food for breakfast.
