We stayed here two nights. From the friendly welcome drink to staff recommendations we had a great experience. The location was great for what we needed. The hotel had really affordable and quick laundry service. Only downside was the shower water temp but it’s a little thing. We enjoyed our stay!

Phòng rất sạch sẽ. Chủ nhà thân thiện và rất chu đáo. Vị trí ở trong ngõ nên sẽ không có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô, xung quanh khu vực rất ít bãi đỗ xe. Hài lòng với giá phòng và chất lượng dịch vụ. Đề xuất cho những người đi công tác ngắn ngày.

A haven for my soul !!! I accidentally discovered Va Riverside Retreat, and it turned out to be a hidden haven along the peaceful Huong River. The scenery here is simply serene—watching the golden sunset reflected on the water and waking up to the sound of birds at dawn felt like stepping into another world. Besides relaxing in the refreshing pool, I also had the chance to try paddle boarding on the river. One of the most unique moments was listening to the mystical melodies of the Hầu Đồng ceremonies drifting across from Hon Chen Temple—a truly authentic touch of Vietnamese culture. The local breakfast was delicious, simple yet full of flavor, and made the mornings even more memorable. What stood out the most was the staff—they welcomed me like family, making me feel at home even though I was far away from mine. If you’re looking for more than just a stay, but an experience that touches both your senses and soul, I highly recommend coming here. Discover it as I did, and perhaps you’ll enjoy it even more than I did.

¡El mejor hotel en el que me hospedé durante mi viaje por Vietnam! Está relativamente cerca del centro y hay muy buenas cafeterías por la zona. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y se ocupan en todo momento de atenerte para que no te falte detalle durante la estancia. Pudimos disfrutar de la bañera de la habitación, que es muy tranquila y espaciosa. ¡Sin lugar a dudas volvería a hospedarme aquí si vuelvo a Hue!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and always attentive to any request. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. I loved the little details that made the stay special — soft linens, pleasant fragrance, and a beautiful view from the window. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, the entire experience felt effortless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would happily stay here again!

Гостевой дом расположен в 2 километрах от цента, но зато в тихом месте, где можно отлично выспаться. Рядом находиться железнодорожный вокзал. Брали большой номер 50 кв.м В номере есть мини холодильник, осушитель, обогреватель, чайник. Единственный минус отслаивающаяся штука и вздутая краска от влаги. Нас это не сильно напрягало, в общем все хорошо

The hotel is very nice And the staff were the best I had in Vietnam. Although the location was around 3.5 km from the night walking and food street of Chu Van An, it was a beautiful, relaxing and quiet place with assisted bike for rent. For me it was very pleasant to reach all the destinations (Empirical city, two mausoleums and the pleasant border of the Parfum River) on a bike. I ordered vegetarian breakfast and the hotel provided me great, fresh and Vietnamese food. The room and the bed were awesome (clean, new and stylish) for relaxing after three very intense days. I especially thank My that took very good care of me, and also Trang for her helpful and kind interaction. I loved it!

The hotel looks nice and modern when you first walk into the lobby, and the rooms are indeed spacious. However, the experience quickly went downhill from there. The cleanliness was disappointing. The room had a strong moldy smell, the bedsheets felt unaired and most likely not freshly changed, and the floor was dusty and dirty. The hot water didn’t run continuously—it came and went in short bursts, which was quite uncomfortable. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready and that we needed to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, even after the wait, the room was still not properly cleaned. Overall, even though the hotel looks good in photos and has a pleasant aesthetic, I wouldn’t book here again.

El manejo es muy agradable, cambia de habitación para mí a una habitación más agradable cuando se queja sobre el olor de baño. No me di cuenta del condón de aire que no funciona bien después de volver esta noche y básicamente el control no puede desactivar o controlar el aire acondicionado en absoluto, en la parte superior del condón de aire sólo azota el aire a 1 velocidad abdc1 temperatura no es suficientemente fría, El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede dormir mucho durante la noche, porque el cuarto está muy caliente y el condón de aire no funciona bien. No tratando de decir a la gente cómo gestionar el negocio hotelero, sino como gestores, deben comprobar las condiciones de las habitaciones, que son buenas o malas, puertas de cabinas, tapicería de corredor, etc, si quieren atraer más clientes, No se puede ir a la habitación, pero no se puede ir a la habitación. El alquiler de motocicletas es muy agradable desde este hotel, ofrece una tarifa de medio día porque llegué a las 2:00.
