SSaran KhHad a 10 night stay at Lexia. Firstly, the location was very comfy, it was near the beach and close to many great restaurants. There's a 2-3 min walk to Helsinki supermarket which closes at 3am, Mackbear.co with great San Sebastián which located in 5 min walk distance. The streets were beautiful and peaceful. The hotel itself is really chic and clean. The staff are welcoming and nice, not rude in any way. The breakfast was super delicious, though it was not a buffet, we had all the things we liked to eat, the all kinds of  hams and cheese and bread were yummy. The pool on the -1 floor was clean and we almost always had it only to ourselves. On the first couple of days the wifi was not working, but the staff fixed it the next day so we were cool. The room cleaning service was a bit lacking, the ladies did not clean everything, maybe we should've told them to wipe the counters regularly. At first we used to hide our laptops and precious stuff in locked luggages, but then stopped, because no one was gonna take them! We just left our laptops on the bed and they would be there when we come back. Overall, the safety, vibes, aesthetics and food qualities are top.

UUsuario invitadoI would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at this hotel due to the unprofessional and uncomfortable treatment I experienced. From the beginning, the attitude of the staff, including the owner, felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. On the morning of check-out, I left the hotel early to take my friend to the airport. When I returned, I found that my room had already been entered and cleaned at around 9 a.m., even though I had not checked out and the official check-out time was 12 p.m. Later, a staff member came to wake me and remind me that I needed to leave by 12, while also saying that they thought I had already gone. This is not an acceptable excuse. Entering a guest’s room and preparing it before check-out time, without confirmation, is inappropriate and disrespectful. I also had an unpleasant experience with breakfast. I had paid for two breakfasts, and when I explained that I wanted the second one because I was still hungry, the staff clearly seemed unhappy about it. I then asked for cutlery for the second breakfast, but it was never brought. This is not the guest’s responsibility. If breakfast service is offered, then it should be provided properly and without attitude. The overall behaviour of the staff made me feel judged and unwelcome throughout my stay. Even during check-out, when I returned the key card, their attitude remained unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. It felt like they were selective about which customers they wanted and did not know how to treat paying guests with basic professionalism and respect. If the hotel believes its prices are too low for the service it provides, then it should change its pricing policy. What it should not do is accept payment and then treat guests as if they are a problem. I am submitting this complaint so that other customers do not have to face the same treatment. I hope Trip.com takes this matter seriously.

UUsuario invitadoThe location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect. The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option. The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited. When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open. The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit The ensuite fantastic for all needs. All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

QQieerxihahahaLa ubicación es muy buena. Es un hotel pintoresco y se puede salir a caminar. Hay un estacionamiento exclusivo y el personal de recepción lo llevará allí, pero cuando fuimos allí, no pudimos conducir directamente hasta la puerta. Primero estacionamos en un estacionamiento cercano y luego, cuando nos registramos, el personal nos tomó. nosotros al estacionamiento. Tuvimos que tomar un vuelo temprano a la mañana siguiente y la recepción nos ayudó a abrir la puerta del estacionamiento. Es una pena que no tuve tiempo de desayunar y no experimenté todo. En general un gran hotel

AAhmetBeyPolatLa ubicación y el aparcamiento del hotel son excelentes. El desayuno era abundante y la chica de la cocina fue muy atenta y servicial. El personal de recepción del ***et, tanto de día como de noche, ofrece un servicio profesional. El único problema con la limpieza es un poco deficiente. Había cucarachas en nuestra habitación. Ya las han tratado, y los insectos se están volviendo locos, pero su aspecto fue muy molesto para mi esposa. Por lo demás, el ***et es un buen hotel. El simpático pájaro de la entrada es especialmente servicial.

UUsuario invitadoThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.

UUsuario invitadoLa estación de autobuses está justo delante del hotel. Las instalaciones de los alrededores son completas. Las zonas residenciales de los alrededores también son muy tranquilas. En Antalya, que está llena de moscas, el hotel se ha convertido en un paraíso tranquilo. La recepción habla inglés con fluidez y también son muy entusiastas. El único inconveniente es que las instalaciones son un poco antiguas. Es muy recomendable para viajeros que buscan una buena relación calidad-precio.
