I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at this hotel due to the unprofessional and uncomfortable treatment I experienced. From the beginning, the attitude of the staff, including the owner, felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. On the morning of check-out, I left the hotel early to take my friend to the airport. When I returned, I found that my room had already been entered and cleaned at around 9 a.m., even though I had not checked out and the official check-out time was 12 p.m. Later, a staff member came to wake me and remind me that I needed to leave by 12, while also saying that they thought I had already gone. This is not an acceptable excuse. Entering a guest’s room and preparing it before check-out time, without confirmation, is inappropriate and disrespectful. I also had an unpleasant experience with breakfast. I had paid for two breakfasts, and when I explained that I wanted the second one because I was still hungry, the staff clearly seemed unhappy about it. I then asked for cutlery for the second breakfast, but it was never brought. This is not the guest’s responsibility. If breakfast service is offered, then it should be provided properly and without attitude. The overall behaviour of the staff made me feel judged and unwelcome throughout my stay. Even during check-out, when I returned the key card, their attitude remained unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. It felt like they were selective about which customers they wanted and did not know how to treat paying guests with basic professionalism and respect. If the hotel believes its prices are too low for the service it provides, then it should change its pricing policy. What it should not do is accept payment and then treat guests as if they are a problem. I am submitting this complaint so that other customers do not have to face the same treatment. I hope Trip.com takes this matter seriously.

La ubicación es muy buena. Es un hotel pintoresco y se puede salir a caminar. Hay un estacionamiento exclusivo y el personal de recepción lo llevará allí, pero cuando fuimos allí, no pudimos conducir directamente hasta la puerta. Primero estacionamos en un estacionamiento cercano y luego, cuando nos registramos, el personal nos tomó. nosotros al estacionamiento. The location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect. The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option. The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited. When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open. The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit The ensuite fantastic for all needs. All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

El hotel tiene un ambiente agradable, está ubicado en el casco antiguo, a poca distancia de las atracciones de la zona. El desayuno es abundante, con opciones de huevos fritos y tortillas. Por la noche, hay un concierto de 3 horas en el patio. El servicio de habitaciones fue regular; pedí toallas tres veces durante la noche, pero nunca llegaron (posiblemente por culpa de la recepción). Otros servicios, como la comida y la gestión de equipaje, fueron bastante buenos. Si buscas instalaciones y limpieza exigentes, elige con cuidado. Por 500 yuanes la noche, no soy exigente (valoro la ubicación en el patio, el concierto de 3 horas y los precios razonables del restaurante con un 10% de descuento para los huéspedes).

We loved the hotel , we booked the normal deluxe room with a city view we liked the room so much we booked again for a king suite when we came back to Antalya! Beautiful hotel with good breakfast and lovely service!

La ubicación y el aparcamiento del hotel son excelentes. El desayuno era abundante y la chica de la cocina fue muy atenta y servicial. El personal de recepción del ***et, tanto de día como de noche, ofrece un servicio profesional. El único problema con la limpieza es un poco deficiente. Había cucarachas en nuestra habitación. Ya las han tratado, y los insectos se están volviendo locos, pero su aspecto fue muy molesto para mi esposa. Por lo demás, el ***et es un buen hotel. El simpático pájaro de la entrada es especialmente servicial.

This was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.

Отель снимали на сутки. Номер небольшой, но все имеется. Завтрак включен, шведский стол. Персонал доброжелательный, любят животных. Уютный отель. Есть бассейн, но он расположен в закрытой зоне от солнца.
