Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand! The hotel is located in a street which I don’t know the name of, but I think it’s BAAN STREET cuz it’s BAAN 125#. The room is unexpectedly big and tidy. It’s a self help hotel so there’s no lobby or room service. You have to carry your luggage up to your room, which is perfectly fine to me. Down there on the ground floor there’s a cafe where drinks and desserts are so good and the staff are very nice. The whole wooden building is a vintage, delicate artwork. There’re 4 room available here, which go along with the 4 seasons. There’s a dining room, a washroom, a bedroom and a balcony. I stayed in the Winter Studio. The view from the balcony was not the best cuz the street is out back. But I like it for it offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. I had perfect sleep with the sound of the rain falling onto the rooftops outside. I don’t know how they did it since there’s a cafe on the first floor with lots of tourists and music on but it was so quiet up here. No noise at all. Btw they offer 2 coffee coupons which you can use to get 2 cups coffee down there for free. Nice room. Perfect coffee. Quiet sleep. Good vibe. You can definitely find what you want here. I’ll choose to stay here again if I travel to Phuket next time. 设施：perfect 卫生：perfect 环境：beyond perfect 服务：none but perfect

Отдыхали в октябре 2025 года, 2 взрослых и 1 ребенок 5 лет. Прекрасное расположение отеля, точнее гестхауса, место тихое, спокойное, при этом всё рядом. Рядом 7/11 (5 минут), прачечная, обменные пункты, кафе, ресторанчики и Kata walking street night market (7 минут), а там еда, одежда, сувениры. До пляжа Ката 10-15 минут спокойным шагом, до пляжа Карон 25-30 минут пешком. Мы жили в трехместном номере (1 двуспальная и 1 односпальная кровати). Номер очень большой, светлый, чистый, есть все необходимое: кровати, шкаф (вешалок было много), туалетный столик, табуретка, софа, прикроватная тумбочка, стол, кресло-качалка, холодильник, телевизор, чайник, стаканы, чашки с блюдцами. В номере был довольно большой балкон, там стояли 2 стула и стол, а также сушилка для одежды. Кондиционер работал исправно. В шкафу был сейф. Санузел совмещенный, душ, раковина, унитаз. Санузел очень простой, без изысков. Горячая вода была всегда, напор нормальный. Уборка ежедневная, полотенца меняли ежедневно, 3 бутылки воды 0,5 л давали ежедневно. WiFi работал без перебоев, скорость нормальная. Соседей не слышали и не видели, персонал вежливый, на русском не говорят, только английский. На первом этаже кухня и прокат скутеров, мы не пользовались ни тем, ни другим. Цена гестхауса полностью соответствует качеству. Мы были очень довольны, волновались, когда бронировали, но он полностью оправдал наши ожидания.

Nos registramos en este hotel/histek genial y nos alojamos por 4 días. Muy bonito hotel 🏨 ubicado directamente en el mercado nocturno. El mercado se llama Indy Market y está abierto todos los miércoles, jueves y viernes de 4 p.m. a 10 p.m. Esto está justo enfrente de la puerta principal. Hay muchas delicias y bebidas allí. Allí podrás relajarte con música en vivo. El Book a Bed Poshtel está muy limpio y la habitación privada (con ventana) tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La cama está en un segundo piso al que se accede por escaleras. Realmente duermes bien allí. En el salón hay una gran zona de descanso donde se puede ver la televisión. Lo especial son los techos altos, que hacen que la habitación sea aún más elegante. Cualquiera que venga aquí no puede equivocarse.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, a poca distancia del mar y de los mercados, con una gran variedad de cafeterías con diferentes precios. El hotel no es nuevo, pero todo está en buenas condiciones; nada molesta a la vista. La variedad del desayuno es normal, bastante decente para todos los gustos. Nadie se quedará con hambre. El restaurante cuenta con muchas mesas y está dividido en diferentes zonas. El personal es amable y atento. Todos los problemas se resolvieron con rapidez y claridad. Incluso en el aparcamiento a la entrada del hotel. Se pueden alquilar bicicletas directamente en el hotel sin necesidad de pasaporte ni depósito. Hay varias piscinas (hay una en una zona tranquila). Hay suficientes tumbonas para todos y sombrillas. Hay mucha vegetación. El diseño paisajístico destaca especialmente. En general, me gustó el hotel. Una impresión muy agradable. ¡Sin duda, quiero volver!

Hotel económico: ideal para estancias cortas, pero caro para lo que ofrece. Este hotel es muy básico para su precio y noté que los precios fluctúan mucho durante la temporada baja. Descubrí que, por ese precio, hay mejores hoteles en la zona, incluso más cerca de la playa y con más servicios. RESTAURANTE Y ZONA DE PISCINA La zona de la piscina es preciosa y, durante mi estancia, siempre estuvo limpia y ordenada, con un pequeño restaurante a la derecha. DESAYUNOS El menú del desayuno es básico, pero adecuado y acorde con el precio. Disfruté de los desayunos sencillos y de la cálida hospitalidad. SERVICIO DE HABITACIONES Este hotel ofrece servicio de habitaciones diario. Se ofrece agua, café con azúcar y té en las habitaciones. Me dieron una bebida de bienvenida a mi llegada en una taza de madera. Fue una delicia. No se limpia la habitación ni se cambia el agua a menos que se solicite. HABITACIONES Si se alojan aquí, les recomiendo las habitaciones con vistas a la piscina. Las vistas a la ciudad no son muy buenas. Las habitaciones son grandes, con un baño un poco más compacto, pero con bañeras increíbles. En mi habitación, la presión del agua no era muy buena. El calentador de agua tiene temperatura controlada. El agua no llega a hervir, pero está a buena temperatura. La habitación es cómoda y, con las cortinas cerradas, es bastante oscura. Está amueblada con muebles de madera oscura, pero la cama es cómoda y la Smart TV te permite ver películas con tu suscripción. Me gustó. Dispone de: Nevera Tetera, tazas y vasos Mucho espacio para guardar cosas y guardar cosas Mesitas de noche y lámparas Toallas La ropa de cama era cómoda AIRE ACONDICIONADO El mío era un poco ruidoso, pero no insoportable, y enfriaba bien, pero tenía una pequeña fuga. Ten cuidado si el suelo está mojado, es muy resbaladizo, así que usa la alfombrilla del baño. Los aires acondicionados son muy viejos. UBICACIÓN El hotel está en una colina, así que ir caminando a las tiendas cercanas puede ser complicado. Sin embargo, ofrecen alquiler de bicicletas por 180 THB y un autobús lanzadera que te lleva a la playa (solo ida) alrededor de las 11 todos los días, y el regreso corre por tu cuenta. Me pareció que estaba un poco lejos de las principales atracciones y que necesita una renovación, especialmente en las zonas exteriores de pintura. El hotel en general es bueno. Sin embargo, debido a su ubicación, el menú básico y el mobiliario antiguo, junto con los restaurantes concurridos y a veces ruidosos, me pareció un poco caro para lo que realmente es. PLAGAS El hotel tiene un serio problema de hormigas. Soy ordenado y limpio, pero nada funcionó; las hormigas se apoderaron de mi habitación. También consigue un repelente de mosquitos, ya que estás al lado de un lago y los mosquitos aquí son como pequeños dragones. Recomiendo este hotel, pero ten en cuenta el entorno y alquila una bicicleta para moverte; así tendrás una estancia cómoda. DEPÓSITO El hotel solicita un depósito de 500 baht o retendrán su pasaporte.

the trip and the location was fine and great. Seen many great review, but only to be deluded by it. On first hand experience personally only can give an honest review after i've booked it myself, exterior of the accomodations looks good, but after we checked in and got into the room the interior of the hotel looks horrible. came with my newly wed spouse our first night we slept our body was itchy and been nonstop since next day and informed them to change the bedsheet and the issue was resolved. but then floor tiles were cracked and broken throughout the room and the window for the window view was not cleaned. Not sure if its because i booked for the partial sea view hence the service of cleanliness wasnt there and as compared to the full sea view room. Though the bathtub by the window of the sea view was really quite good even for just the ”partial sea view”. managed to get some instaworthy photos. also quite a few things have happened. Our power trip on our second last day of stay. their service were great i went down showering halfway with my bathrobe to inform them that the power in the room trip all the electrical were out. They did do a room replacement for us informing us that they will fix our room in the morning while we were being temporarily upgraded to a better room but have to move it back to our own room before 2pm as there will be next customer coming, they handed the key over to us after the power issued was resolved and informed that is it still persist or tripped we can just use the key. but we never used it. but during our last day of stay we utilized the swimming pool facilities on the roof, it was fine and great also quite instaworthy shot. but after we swam in the pool like for good few hour we came back, to only saw them raided our room to repair the facilities without informing us despite we have not place any sign of ”please make up my room” or ”please do not disturb” even tho we were given the sign but we prefer not have our room disturb in the state we left it. but we came back and saw everything was move our belongings and all. i understanding that room service exist but we did not utilize it again, as my wife and i have the habit to self clean the room we stay in so will hardly call for any room service. Actually i myself have came to phuket for the 3rd time and wasnt quite happy with the accomodations, as i know a hotel that my spouse and i have been staying on which is near the airport and the hotel is a ”2 star hotel” with a 3-4 star standards such as cleanliness and all. but never have we been raided, we just felt uneasy after staying here with a series of unfortunate encounters. was expecting minimumly a balcony or some place that me and my spouse can wash and dry out clothes, but nah uh. not sure if this is an actual 3star hotel after what we encounter, tho the staff seems friendly no offence. had a bad experience, but booked it yourself to witness first hand experience. seeing just review can be deceiving and not most travel guru are latest updated. when we had this series of encounter we did actually wanted to booked and the first & second time hotel we used to stay, but we decided to give them a chance for redemption. but they outdone themselves to be honest, everything was great but only they seems to put more effort into more professional like manner. raiding our room to fix your property is not a professional like manner imo.

This is a small boutique and budget hotel located within 10 mins walking distance to the Patong Beach and nightlife in Bangla walking street. The location is great and close to many local eateries and massages and spa. The hotel is jaded but at least it’s clean and the basic amenities are there to ensure a safe and comfortable environment to sleep overnight. The walls are thin and not soundproof as you can hear your neighbours’ loud conversations late into the night, though there are not much noises from the streets. The swimming pool is not well maintained and non-usable during my stay there (see last picture). The free breakfast buffet is simple and the same every morning and they are mostly western-styled menu and nothing to shout about. I would only recommend this hotel to budget travellers who is not fussy and spend most of their time out except to come back to sleep at night.

Después de leer diferentes reseñas, reservé una habitación para una noche. Estaba contento con todas las comodidades y decidí quedarme más tiempo en una habitación con vista a la ventana. Todas las malas reseñas (al menos en mi caso) son erróneas. Quejas sobre: - Desayuno: Si necesitas comida preparada, gira a la izquierda, da dos pasos (o, supongo, incluso pide comida a la habitación) y, las 24 horas, puedes conseguir todo tipo de comida fresca y deliciosa (mariscos, asiática, europea, etc.), o gira a la derecha: ¡hola, 7/11! - Salida: La chica que conocí al día siguiente en el ascensor, cuando iba a la playa, tenía que salir a las 11:55, sin problema. - Ruido: En mi caso, en el quinto piso, mi habitación está detrás de la entrada principal, sin ruido. - Personal: El personal de recepción es muy amable. No hay lavandería disponible, pero es accesible (está justo a la derecha, con una tarifa estándar de 50 BHT por 1 kg); lo comprobaré más tarde. Cerca de la playa: 10 minutos a pie. Por lo tanto, recomiendo este lugar con un 8 sobre 10.

Best budget hotel in Phuket except the dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is located at a great place of phuket new city. This is close to other hotels like Patong Lodge hotel, Andaman etc. Between the sea and the hotel, there is only one obstacle and that is the main road. So, the hotel is so close to the sea. It gives a great view of sea from its balcony. It is located at a calm environment compared to locations near Bangla Road or Patong Beach area. Kalim Bay beach area is quite, less traffic jam and less commercial than patong or other part of phuket city. So, you can stay at your own, without much crowd with less expensive surroundings. This area is dominant by Muslims so you will get so many halal food options around the hotel. From the beginning of the evening, mobile food carts starts opening on the roads besides the sea and in front of the hotel. So you will have good halal food with less price. You can have dinner or lunch options within 50-60 baht per person. You will get Phi Phi Island tour packages and Phi Phi Ferry tickets right at the reception of this hotel at cheap rate with pick up and drop off services. You will get bike rent services just the road beside of this hotel at cheap price. Hotel staffs were so kind and helpful. If you arrive at the hotel earlier than to your check in time, they will let you keep your luggage safely and provide washrooms to change or freshen up. The rooms besides swimming pool gives you a vibe like having a private pool area,, but unfortunately, the pool was not clean. The rooms are amazing to view. It has so many elements those give aesthetic and classical looks like wall mirrors, beds, dress table mirror etc. Our room came with complementary breakfast but we couldn't avail this because breakfast was supposed to be started at 8 AM, but our pick up microbus came at 7 Am to take us to the Rasada pier to catch the ferry to Phi Phi Island. But the man on duty at the reception, made bread toast, provided butter and jam with coffee and tea, as limited breakfast option. Everything of the hotel, including the room rent and facilities were great except there was a huge dustbin area just in front of the hotel entrance. So there is a odor every time during your stay, especially you can't sit on your balcony or at the hotel front beautiful outdoor lobby because its like the whole city's garbage is thrown just in front of your place.

Pros 1. A clean sheet, mattress, and pillow provide comfort. 2.The water pressure is excellent for hot or cold. You can wash your clothes in this spacious bathroom. Drying clothes on the balcony. 3. The mini fridge and A/C are functioning properly. 4. The place is in the straight line to the Patong beach 100 meters away. 5. There are numerous 7-Eleven locations around. Easy to get halal foods in this convenience shop at affordable prices. 6. Nearby, there are two Starbucks, one is 200 meters away and the other is 300 meters away by walking. Muslims have the option to order juices or coffee with plant-based milk. Watson’s are next to the store. 7. McD's, Subway, and Burger King are also near this place, but they are not Muslim friendly. Bars and eateries is numerous around. 8. You can get Halal famous banana crepe and pad Thai at street vendors along Patong Beach, but please look for the Halal signage. 9. The receptionist is fluent in English. The housekeeping lady is helpful and generous. Every morning she will place a bottle of drinking water in front of the door. 10. I made the full payment via Trip.com, there was no need for a deposit. 11. You can walk to Bangla Walking Street, Hard Rock Cafe/Shop, and OTOP Market in less than 1km. 12. I charged RM130 for three nights. I love the location that surrounded a lot of attractions and can reach on foot. To get to this place from the airport, you can take a minivan at a cost of 180 baht per person. You'll be dropped off at the roadside and then walk to the hotel about 300 meters. 13. Wi-Fi connection is good. 14. Functioning water kettle. 15. Shampoo and soap is provided but better bring your own. 16. Easy to get Bolt e-hailing service at the roadside without long waits. Cons 1. The TV is not working at all. 2. No iron is provided inside and out of the room. But, this place is offering the service of washing, drying, and ironing for 100 Baht per KG. 3. The shower curtain is very dirty. I hope the hotel can change it to make the customers comfortable. 4. The balcony is slightly filthy and rusty.
