No family room and no actual single bed, the 3rd bed is actually a adding bed, room space very2 tight, not comfortable, hotel no parking very inconvenient if you are rental a car, counter staff need to improve drastically.

Good location behind the Thai boxing stadium at 5 minutes by feet from Bangla road, the shower was strong, maybe to much put water everywhere

Location of the hotel is good, easy to get around and the Mall is just around the corner. The rooms are so so; no slippers, hand towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb. About a 10 minutes walk to Patong beach.

Price is cheap with bathtub, one big bed and one single bed, pool on the roof, semi buffet breakfast with some set meal, much important is convenient to everywhere in patong. Nice stay.

Yeah overall it was a good experience but on arrival was put in a room that had no electricity and had not been cleaned yet from the previous guests staying but it was sorted out straight away and I was put in a new clean room with electricity. The front desk staff sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. For its money it’s worth it. Great pool on top of the building so great view of that area. Right next to the massive shopping mall and the Main Street with all the nights festivities. Will take about 15 minutes to walk to the beach but it wasn’t that bad. Would stay here again in the future.
