«Отель небольшой, находится в переулке недалеко от центра. Прелесть в том, что дойти до той же Банглы - 10-12 минут неспеша, но шум от заведений не слышно совсем. Собственно, это одна из причин выбора. Сразу скажу, что придется смириться с отсутствием статуса и гордого лобби - тут все маленькое, а администратор исчезает часов в 8 вечера. Еще одна фишка - прямо напротив моего балкона висел огромный блок с изоляторами. Хотел было номер поменять, но потом решил, что я все равно на балконе практически не сижу, а спать эта штука мне не мешает. Зато в переулке есть прокат мотиков, прачечная, уютная кафешечка с отличными завтраками, а на углу - ларек с фруктами. Номер большой, есть холодильник (огромный), сейф (маленький, только для денег и документов). Сантехника работает исправно, подсветка тоже. Есть лифт, чтоб по лестнице ночью не таскаться. Самое главное - кондиционер человеческий и на минималке тихонечко охлаждает, а не поднимает ураган ледяного воздуха и загоняя его прямо под одеяло. В общем, за свои деньги нормальный выбор, если вы без пафоса и притязаний на роскошь.»

UUsuario invitadoThe stay at Sierra was satisfactory. I stayed overnight to catch a morning flight. The location was at walking distance from the airport and also had a 7eleven nearby. So overall worked best for my purpose. Some amenities were missing though.. the common area for 12 bedroom dorm had little space and no cutlery which made it inconvenient. Rest all was clean and great.

22morrowsworldMy initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later). But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform. Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this. A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq ! Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste. Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine. Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

DDaniel ThaiNos registramos en este hotel/histek genial y nos alojamos por 4 días. Muy bonito hotel 🏨 ubicado directamente en el mercado nocturno. El mercado se llama Indy Market y está abierto todos los miércoles, jueves y viernes de 4 p.m. a 10 p.m. Esto está justo enfrente de la puerta principal. Hay muchas delicias y bebidas allí. Allí podrás relajarte con música en vivo. El Book a Bed Poshtel está muy limpio y la habitación privada (con ventana) tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La cama está en un segundo piso al que se accede por escaleras. Realmente duermes bien allí. En el salón hay una gran zona de descanso donde se puede ver la televisión. Lo especial son los techos altos, que hacen que la habitación sea aún más elegante. Cualquiera que venga aquí no puede equivocarse.

DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean. That is all you can see. Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules. If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪 Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money. This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁 They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

CCharltonFirstly, I'd like to say I was a complete dud because I managed to get my wallet into my bag with my underwear, and I assumed the worst. Nonetheless, I approached the staff on duty and they helped me search the room again and without panic or pressure they were exceptionally helpful. The staff were wonderful, unfortunately there isn't much information provided for things to do and see. The rating for the cleanliness is based on two factors. One, the shower drain was a bit clogged with old hair, and the shower head mounting was loose and nearly fell off. Cleanliness in this part also just refers to the rooms needing a bit of maintenance upkeep. Although, a major problem was the AC. It is super dirty and dusty. I had to refrain myself from using it, because i know how ACs can hold germs and dust in if they are not cleaned out every 6 months. Especially, when it's in an establishment where different people are coming in and out frequently. So not using the AC I was left dripping in sweat for most of the night. As for the room, aside from the AC, it was nice. The bed was comfortable for me. The selection of TV in case you feel like just chilling before sleeping was also nice. Netflix, YouTube, and local TV. The accommodation is in a great location, near to the Sunday market, and near cafes and bars. There is one drawback of staying in this location, and that is the fact that the room is not soundproof and all late night activities come through into the room. Ear plugs recommended. Overall, it was a good stay for a fair budget experience. I'd stay here again if I'm just looking for a place to lay my head down for a day or two, but long stays will be questionable until they ensure the ACs are frequently cleaned out. Photos mostly match what's on the profile already.

UUsuario invitado¡Genial por el precio! Desventajas: No había agua caliente o solo agua hirviendo. Nos duchamos con agua fría, pero no fue un gran problema durante un par de días. Ventajas: ¡Y lo más importante, era muy tranquilo! La cama era buena, las sábanas eran blanquísimas y las toallas también. 👍 Había agua y secador de pelo en la habitación. 👍 Café por la mañana. 👌 Olor: ¡sin moho! Desde el balcón se veía la muralla vecina, y se oía la mezquita por la tarde, ¡pero no por la noche! Por este precio, lo más importante es que era muy tranquilo y se dormía bien. 😴 Depósito: 500 baths en efectivo

EEvgenii KolginIt's funny)) I didn't see a room like mine in anyone's photos. I didn't even have a bed, just a mattress on the floor, or rather two mattresses, since it was apparently a double room. But I was just off the plane and didn't care; I was glad I was alone. The staff was polite, they gave me earplugs, but I didn't use them; I couldn't hear the bar very well. In the morning, some guys were loudly packing up things in the hallway, constantly dropping things; there's no respect for them. The hotel is fine for an overnight stay.
