22morrowsworldMy initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later). But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform. Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this. A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq ! Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste. Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine. Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

UUsuario anónimoHtoo Htoo the Burmese woman made the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable for myself and multiple other guests. @Owner, consider replacing this employee with a Thai person who has customer service skills. Promote someone in the group that comes in to cook breakfast and clean. Cleaning should be prioritized to a higher degree - the floors and bathrooms are cleaned once per day. There is black mold growing from standing water in the second floor bathroom. This place has potential to be great, but lack of management has it going downhill quick.

DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean. That is all you can see. Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules. If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪 Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money. This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁 They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

CCharltonFirstly, I'd like to say I was a complete dud because I managed to get my wallet into my bag with my underwear, and I assumed the worst. Nonetheless, I approached the staff on duty and they helped me search the room again and without panic or pressure they were exceptionally helpful. The staff were wonderful, unfortunately there isn't much information provided for things to do and see. The rating for the cleanliness is based on two factors. One, the shower drain was a bit clogged with old hair, and the shower head mounting was loose and nearly fell off. Cleanliness in this part also just refers to the rooms needing a bit of maintenance upkeep. Although, a major problem was the AC. It is super dirty and dusty. I had to refrain myself from using it, because i know how ACs can hold germs and dust in if they are not cleaned out every 6 months. Especially, when it's in an establishment where different people are coming in and out frequently. So not using the AC I was left dripping in sweat for most of the night. As for the room, aside from the AC, it was nice. The bed was comfortable for me. The selection of TV in case you feel like just chilling before sleeping was also nice. Netflix, YouTube, and local TV. The accommodation is in a great location, near to the Sunday market, and near cafes and bars. There is one drawback of staying in this location, and that is the fact that the room is not soundproof and all late night activities come through into the room. Ear plugs recommended. Overall, it was a good stay for a fair budget experience. I'd stay here again if I'm just looking for a place to lay my head down for a day or two, but long stays will be questionable until they ensure the ACs are frequently cleaned out. Photos mostly match what's on the profile already.

UUsuario invitadoIt's a cute hotel tugged in the local community. A walk to Karon beach was fun and not too long. We passed multiple streetfood vendors in the morning and some massage places with auntie masseuses with good sense of humor. 7-11 is nearby. When we stayed, we didn't have any problems with noises from the street nor wild guests. Mostly little kids jumping into the pool during hot afternoon and that was actually fun to hear. The staff were very friendly and attentive. 5 stars for them. The room we stayed was spotless clean. Obviously, the hotel has had recently a renovation. However, some system work needs attention beyond what the staff could handle on daily basis as our room on the first floor got some ordor from the drainage for a few minutes when the ventilation was not good like the AC was off or we just got back to the room from outside. But other than that, it was fine. The hotel asks you to put the sign requesting a room service. Without the sign up, they won't enter your room. Not a problem for us, but it took a day until we realized the notification sign on the entrance door. This is a good effort we can all participate to be a bit more suatainable on this beautiful island. One thing I would highly recommend for the hotel is to install drinking water fountain on site and some reusable bottles in the rooms. This can reduce so much garbage for the island and enough drinking water supply for the guests. Phuket is really really hot and complimentary two bottle per day lasted less than 5 minutes for us. It'd be nice to have a fountain where we could get more water during the night. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and worth the money.

TTW2024Staff look a bit shy and quiet. Booked a Family Room with 3 beds and got room 6 on 2nd floor next to the stairs. Direct beach and restaurant are at the back of the resort. At night they and resorts nearby have dinner tables so the beach is lit and lively. Early in the morning they don’t set up yet so it’s very good to walk, run and exercise there. They’re having a renovation. Room 6 had very strong paint smell. Water faucets are usable so they don’t change yet. Hose spray for toilet is on the right and you will twist your body to hang it on the left. Coffee making table, clothes cabinet and safe box are inside the bathroom with walls to separate. Drain hole is near the wall of the toilet so when we shower, the toilet room is wet too. Wall mount shower gel and shampoo. Bring your tooth brush set as most places in Thailand don’t give. Water drains slow a bit but not clogged. Other rooms on ground floor are being renovated also. It’s a small resort in the shape of a town house and they have a small lane to walk to the beach. Next to that lane are 3 or 4 guest rooms on ground floor. If you need the best room, it’s on 2nd floor at the end and you have 2 large beds, a separate large room with microwave, table with 4 chairs at the balcony overlooking the beach. Other guests can walk to this balcony too. View is the sea and the roof of the beach front restaurant. Room 6 has a table & 2 chairs outside the room so when you smoke and eat, expect to see other guests walking pass. Tops convenience store is on the other side of the street. Many shops, restaurants and food stalls on this street. The resort is at the end of this small beach town & next to the National Park. Walking about 30 minutes towards the park direction, we saw a tiny coral islet and we crossed the coral underwater way from main beach to that islet. Wear aqua shoes as it’s impossible to walk with bare feet. Water level is around waist line. The main beach has a strip of sand running towards that tiny islet and the other side has high sand. Very beautiful sunset. If you want to do that, go before 4pm because when it’s dark (after 6pm, mid October), there is almost no light in that zone and water starts to raise higher which means it’s more difficult to walk back from the tiny islet. The walk is short with strong waves. Water is warm.

EEkaterina.TMe gusta mucho ese hostal y lo reservé por segunda vez. El lugar es el mejor, todo está muy cerca. Viví en la habitación durante 6 personas. Las camas son privadas, limpias y cómodas. Debo advertir: debido al horario del aire acondicionado, puede hacer mucho calor dentro de la habitación entre los 10 y los 16 grados, como más de 30 grados. La verdad es que no me molesta, pero para alguien puede ser difícil. La ducha es buena, hay agua caliente, está limpia y no he visto ningún insecto. Una cama está muy cerca del baño, pero yo tenía otra. También me gustó la cocina, el balcón común y la zona de la piscina. Nadie la usa, pero es un placer estar cerca. Solo tengo una queja: el teléfono no funciona, no pude contactar con recepción. Una vez olvidé mi llave (culpa mía, pero) y tuve que esperar 5 horas fuera a que viniera alguien. Creo que debería haber alguien disponible al teléfono para emergencias. Revisé si el teléfono estaba disponible al día siguiente, pero no lo estaba. En general, me encanta el lugar y me quedaría más tiempo.

UUsuario invitadoEs muy difícil elegir un hotel en Phuket. Durante estos 4 días, me quedé en un mal hotel la primera noche y decidí cambiarme a otro hotel al día siguiente. Estaba satisfecho con este hotel, así que renové mi reserva. Otra noche, y el precio principal también fue más rentable. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, la salida está justo en la costa. Hay 2.711 tiendas a 200 metros. También es conveniente para ir de compras. También hay un mercado nocturno con puestos de aperitivos. El hotel debería ser renovado, las habitaciones son muy nuevas, los baños son antiguos, pero están muy limpios. El personal de servicio también es muy bueno. Si necesitamos algo con qué comunicarnos, nos ayudarán a hacerlo. Además, hay un punto de recogida de basura en el cruce. Huele un poco al entrar y salir durante el día, pero no afecta la habitación.

LLiliyaОтель Tina очень зашёл ребенку. Ещё бы бассейн прямиком во дворе. Классно. Водичка освежиться в самый раз. Мы жили на 2м этаже, что тоже плюс на 1м, где бассейн показалось, что в номерах не так неуютно - мало света. Были 2 ночи, номер у нас был хороший. Было комфортно очень, что большой холодильник. Немного огорчило отсутствие горячей воды, но в + 32 это не очень печально.
