LeeAiTeeEvery time I come to Hat Yai, my only job is to book the hotel and Casa 33 is always our first choice.
The hotel is clean, bright, and peaceful. Everything is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable.
On my last two trips, Jub at the front desk gave me great suggestions as soon as I arrived. Special Thanks to her and all reception staff as well for the warm welcome and support

Usuario invitadoI checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Usuario anónimoGood Location but Parking Nightmare
Rating: 3/5
I stayed at the Hatyai CC Hotel for two nights (July 3–5) and have mixed feelings.
The Good: The room has clearly been recently renovated, and I must say the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I slept well (when I wasn't being woken up). it’s walking distance to Kim Yong Market, 7-Eleven, and the Lee Garden area, which made exploring Hat Yai very convenient.
The Bad: I was placed on the 2nd floor, which faces the main road. If you are a light sleeper, beware. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night.
The Ugly (For Drivers): If you are driving here, please read carefully. They have 12 lots, but in reality, they squeezed 12 cars into a space meant for 10. The spots are so tight that once parked, you cannot open your car door fully. Expect door dings and scratches. Once those 12 ”lots” are full, you’ll be forced to park on the busy roadside.
Verdict: Perfect for walkers who don't mind noise, but a hard pass if you value your car's paint job or need a quiet night's sleep.

Usuario anónimoThis hotel is located in Hat Yai, right next to a Mini Big C convenience store. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Greenway Night Market. The room was cozy, spacious, and perfect for a solo traveler.
However, the noise level was a major issue. Around 2:00 to 3:00 AM, I could constantly hear people slamming doors. It was so loud that even listening to music with my earbuds couldn't block it out.
A few quick tips for future guests: you need to request a hairdryer at the reception desk if you need one, and there is a cash deposit of 300 THB required upon check-in.

Usuario anónimoFrom the moment you walk in, the lobby makes a great first impression — spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with everything you’d need. Check-in was smooth, and the range of facilities on offer meant there was no reason to look elsewhere.
The rooms are clean and thoughtfully maintained, with a simple, no-fuss layout that keeps things comfortable without unnecessary clutter.
Overall, a reliable choice for travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and a welcoming common space.

The price is reasonable, location everything ok
But the hotel room wall sound proof is worse , in the room , we can hear clearly what people talking in the corridor. Especially midnight if people walking and talking, it is too noisy to fall asleep.

Hostel was decent. Very cold too even though it’s a closed capsule. Capsule quite small, better for those who travel with only one bag (recommended). I had 2 bag (1 luggage 1 gym bag) and the space quite crowded with stuff haha. Toiletries not provided except for towel. Towel is thick so it’s hard to dry in air conditioning space. Advisable to bring own towel that is thin and easy to dry. Bring hanger as well (recommended) if you need it to hang your clothes as they dont provide it much. Plus point: location is in the centre (lee garden) and every place is walking distance (kim yong, lee garden plaza, 7E, HatYai Junction, Amazon cafe). There’s also a lot of massage shop along the hostel building. If you are here for songkran, definitely you’ll get wet the moment you step out from the hostel haha. Very convenient place and friendly customer service!!
