The aesthetic and vibe of the hotel is first class. The staffs were friendly and always willing to help. Small boutique hotel with few rooms make it bit more cosy and personal. The room was clean, spacious worth the price. There's a cafe right beside the lobby which serve a good coffee.

Buena ubicación, cerca del centro comercial Central Hatyai, con una gran variedad de tiendas, restaurantes y opciones de entretenimiento de lujo. Los mercados están a poca distancia a pie. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable. La habitación estaba limpia y la limpiaban a diario; teníamos todo lo necesario. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Overall the stay was pleasant. It's clean and the location is great. Would have been better if I asked for the room facing carpark, which is more quiet. Many food options along the main street. 7-11 and mini BigC are just few minutes walk away. Kim Yong market is walkable in 8-10minutes. Grab (ehailing) is convenient too if you want to go to Central Hatyai or other further places.

We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

This is second time we stay in this hotel. A quite good experience for this 2 time. If want go to area like Lee garden can take TUK TUK, very convenient m.

Es bueno conocer este lugar, no tan lejos de Lee Garden o Central Festival HatYai.. La casa es muy grande y muy limpia. El propietario es muy caliente y bienvenido. No hay estacionamiento de coches, pero podemos estacionar en frente de la casa y un área alrededor de la casa (3 coches pueden estar acomodados y seguros, viajeros malasios pueden conducir su coche y estacionar aquí entonces usted puede llamar Grab Car o Grab Tuk Es muy conveniente, El precio es justo y no perder tiempo para lidiar con el engaño TukTuk de Hat Yai pero usted necesita llamar Grab fuera de la línea de TukTuk ex. Lee Graden )) Muy conveniente !! Recomendar !!!
