«I haven stayed this hotel in year 2023 before, but this this it's disappointing me and my friends. 1⃣my children got many red dots on their skin. Not sure which insects bike them. 2⃣The water pressure is super Low, we cant even wash hair, so imagine how small is the water coming. And the bathroom get Flow while bathing. 3⃣Many dust in the room. But their service is good after complain, work efficiently. Location is good, opposite and behind the hotel got 7-11 store, famous restaurants also nearby. Walk to Lee Garden area 10mins and kim yong market in 15mins. Hotel will give 150bath voucher to redeem at cafe when check in. Parking is free but limited lot. Will not recommend to stay here, and the price not worth for this.»

«Hostel was decent. Very cold too even though it’s a closed capsule. Capsule quite small, better for those who travel with only one bag (recommended). I had 2 bag (1 luggage 1 gym bag) and the space quite crowded with stuff haha. Toiletries not provided except for towel. Towel is thick so it’s hard to dry in air conditioning space. Advisable to bring own towel that is thin and easy to dry. Bring hanger as well (recommended) if you need it to hang your clothes as they dont provide it much. Plus point: location is in the centre (lee garden) and every place is walking distance (kim yong, lee garden plaza, 7E, HatYai Junction, Amazon cafe). There’s also a lot of massage shop along the hostel building. If you are here for songkran, definitely you’ll get wet the moment you step out from the hostel haha. Very convenient place and friendly customer service!!»

«It's located about 1km from Lee Garden/town centre, not too far, still manageable. Location quite strategic near lots of food stalls and 7-eleven just round the corner. Place is clean with the necessary amenities like towel, toothbrush, tissue, drinking water, snacks, hair dryer, etc air conditioning was cold Check in required a deposit of 200 baht and an International adapter for 100baht to charge your HP as I forgot to take it along Service was commendable when asked for directions and even extra pillow Room is quite big for 3 persons with TV, Sofa, table and chairs It is cheaper and convenient to get a Grab car than tuk-tuk when required to move far Overall pleasant stay and will book it next trip»

«Location: 10/10 The location is excellent. The hotel is right next to Hatyai Central Mall and a 7-Eleven. Both the ASEAN Night Market and Greenway Night Market are within a 5-10 minute walk. Cleanliness: 10/10 The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odours at all. The hotel even provided a pleasant aroma diffuser, which made the stay even more comfortable. Service: 10/10 The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Facilities: 9/10 The facilities were almost perfect. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi could be a little slow at times. Overall Overall, I have virtually no complaints about this hotel. It offers excellent value and a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it for solo travellers as well as couples visiting Hat Yai.»
