Están bellamente decoradas y cuentan con aire acondicionado, agua caliente, balcón, televisión, refrigerador, agua de cortesía y muchas almohadas.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Hotel New Season Square Situado a sólo 5-minute a pie de Lee Garden Plaza, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La habitación era muy confortable y muy confortable. El hotel de Aura Hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas con un servicio de 2 estrellas. En general, mi experiencia aquí no fue nada menos que fantástico. Recomiendo muy a cualquiera que busque una mezcla de lujo, confort y servicio excepcional. No puedo esperar a volver para otro estancia!

La limpieza es la primera cosa que se ha visto en el lugar, probablemente uno de los más limpios que he estado en este rango de precios. El servicio era impresionante. Cuando tuve un problema con el WiFi, les di una llamada y el personal me envió el código de entrada y salida, rápido y suave. Incluso en mi primera visita, el servicio de estacionamiento era claro y bien organizado, lo que hizo las cosas más fáciles. Localización-wise, it's not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It's surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there's a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. Check-in was smooth, and the range of facilities on offer meant there was no reason to look elsewhere. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully maintained, with a simple, no-fuss layout that keeps things comfortable without unnecessary clutter. Overall, a reliable choice for travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and a welcoming common space.

I would like to propose a new approach to the booking process. Regarding bookings, since I am using a Diamond-tier account, when I make a reservation for a guest or anyone else, it is not necessary for me to know the guest’s name at the time of booking. What matters is the booking number that we present. The guest who checks in can simply use their own name, as long as it matches their ID card or passport, that should be sufficient. There is no need for us to contact or disturb the guest just to ask for their name, especially since sometimes the booking may be made up to 12 hours in advance. Therefore, I would like to suggest that we improve this process by applying a Kaizen approach. Nowadays, we should prioritize convenience in the booking process. Booking should not require the guest’s full name in advance. I would also like to raise another point. In the airline industry, passengers can complete online booking and even online check-in, despite having very strict security systems. However, in the hotel industry, I do not understand why online check-in is still not fully implemented. Why is that?
