The warm welcome from front desk and houskeeping is the first impression. The room amenities is all I need, love the scent of shower gel, so refresh. The bed is so soft and comfortable, sleep tight and deep. Such a good relaxation. Thank you all the team member at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel, you made me a plesant stay :)

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Hotel location that very near to Lee Garden night market, 7-Eleven, and some massage places. Also alot of nice roadside food. Hotel room also nice, clean and big bed.

We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

Comfy bed, room clean and new. I liked that the air conditioning was not on top or in front of the bed. Location is 12min walking from the bus terminal and 5mins from a big shopping mall. When you don't have many guests, I would suggest to leave a room empty between 2 occupied rooms to reduce the potential noise disturb (as the walls are thin).

Clean hotel with fantastic amenities. Pool and free gymnasium. Slightly out of the way but a short grab to major places such as HatYai Village or Central HatYai.

El hotel está muy bien evaluado y se encuentra en una zona de interés muy grande, con una buena ubicación y una comodidad de la habitación.

Desgraciadamente, nuestra estadía no fue agradable. La habitación no estaba bien equipada, lo que hizo muy incómodo. Además, a las 3:30 p.m., nos molestó la gente que golpeaba las puertas y gritaba en el corredor, lo que afectaba significativamente nuestro sueño. Otra experiencia decepcionante fue que una galleta adicional requería una tasa adicional, y la tasa era inesperada y no respondía a nuestras expectativas de hospitalidad. En general, la experiencia fue inferior a las expectativas y hay ciertamente margen para mejorar tanto las instalaciones como el servicio de los huéspedes.

The room is nice. The air-conditioning is very cool. The location is great. Walking distance to the Lee Garden Night market, Robinson Mall, train station and massage parlors. Highly recommended. I will stay again.
