UUsuario invitadoWe had a very pleasant stay. The bedroom was much larger than we expected and was the best room we had during our trip across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The room was well soundproofed, making it comfortable and relaxing, and it often made us want to spend more time there than usual.
The bathroom was also impressive—very spacious and thoughtfully designed. The mirror featured touch-screen lighting, and the toilet, shower, and bathtub were all in separate areas, which added to the sense of luxury and convenience. Overall, the room was outstanding and definitely worth the money.
The only area for improvement was the breakfast. The food was acceptable, but there was not a wide variety of choices. In addition, the hotel should consider adding more tables and chairs in the restaurant, as guests sometimes had to wait for a table before having breakfast.
Overall, I am a happy customer. The service was excellent, and I would gladly stay here again.

CCELESTE YEONNThe city was hit hard (heavy rain- floods) in the year end 2025. Many hotels have the smell couldn't been wash away. But this hotel have been perfect in handling odour away except the unremovable sofa (please refrain sitting the sofa,it smells terrible like spoil tofu/egg ept) Other than that, it is a great place for events. Breakfast was great, gym available, swimming pool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

UUsuario invitadoI really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and the whole hotel smelled so nice from the moment I walked in. The staff looked great and provided excellent service. The Wi-Fi was super fast, and I loved that I could order food straight to my room with the room service. The room also had an iron, which was very convenient. There are vending machines for convenience, and even a Tao Bin machine where you can order drinks inside the hotel.
The location is also very good close to convenience stores and not far from Central, which made everything easy. The hotel also offers a morning call service and can help call public transport, which was really helpful. One of my favorite parts was the library room quiet and cozy, perfect for reading and relaxing.
In the room provides free drinking water every day, complimentary snacks, and amenities that made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I was really impressed. I’ll definitely come back next time!

Room is cozy, clean and spacious, comes with Complimentary mini bar where you can eat all the snacks and drinks. Before we arrive in hatyai, we touched base with the hotel to arrange for driver to fetch us to the KTM station - they were so helpful and recommended a few drivers for us so that we have more options. Upon arrival, my dad’s room tv was broken and we requested to change his room. They were kind enough to upgrade his room to a bigger one. I was not feeling well the second night and they even offered us medicine. The service in this hotel is top notch, staff is super friendly and helpful, accommodate all requests we have. would definitely stay back this hotel again.

UUsuario invitadoMy first stay in this hotel, was impressed by the lobby, very cozy and nice. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, no complaints. Front office staff wasn’t very friendly. When checked out at 10am, there was no staff at the counter. The cleaner helped to look around, waited for 10 minutes then the lady staff came out from the door behind the counter. No greeting and apology, just ask me to wait for room check and that took another 5 minutes before I had my 500 baht deposit back. Hotel location is near to Lee Garden and Kim Yong market, short walking distance, convenient.
