Had a wonderful stay at Casa 33 Hatyai! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were also welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. Great hospitality and a pleasant stay—I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hatyai!

The hotel is clean but location wise not very strategic as it located quite far from the city & attractions, at least 15 mins car ride, only 1 small 7-11 nearby. Also, during our check out, the receptionist said they couldn’t find one of the face towel and insisted us to pay, in fact we did not even use any of their towel and we suspect that maybe the housekeeper took away on the first day of house keeping, however we r in a rush so we just pay for it at the end.

My stays at Richmann are consistently characterized by cleanliness and comfort. I particularly enjoyed the pool and the refreshing ”buy one get one free” cocktail offer, which significantly contributed to a relaxing and tranquil short getaway. One area for improvement could be the delivery of Grab Food to rooms. I recommend considering the implementation of a robot for this service, especially if manpower constraints are a factor.

Hotel New Season Square Situado a sólo 5-minute a pie de Lee Garden Plaza, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. La habitación era muy confortable y muy confortable. El personal fue útil y nos ha mejorado a una habitación más grande con baño, lo que nos hizo mucho más agradable. La habitación de cama única de dos personas, y el precio es aproximadamente RM250 por noche. En general, fue una estancia muy buena con un buen valor para el dinero. We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.
